Description
〔1〕付加硬化型ポリイミドと、単層カーボンナノホーンが集合した球状のカーボンナノホーン(CNH)とを含み、カーボンナノホーンが1〜50wt%の範囲の含有量で分散されていることを特徴とする摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料。
〔2〕カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)およびグラファイトから選ばれる少なくともいずれかをさらに含み、かつ、これらとカーボンナノホーンとからなる炭素材料の合計の含有量が1〜50wt%であることを特徴とする上記の摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料。
〔3〕上記の複合材料の製造方法であって、カーボンナノホーンを含む炭素材料と付加硬化型ポリイミドの混合粉とを、放電プラズマ焼結する工程を含むことを特徴とする摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料の製造方法。
〔4〕混合粉を所要形状に成形した後に放電プラズマ焼結することを特徴とする上記の製造方法。
〔5〕摩擦面部が上記の摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料で形成され、非摩擦面部がこの複合材料とは異なる樹脂で成形され、摩擦面部と非摩擦面部とが一体化されていることを特徴とする成形品。
〔6〕上記〔5〕の複合材料の製造方法であって、カーボンナノホーンを含む炭素材料と付加硬化型ポリイミドの混合粉と、樹脂粉とを成形型中に積層充填し、放電プラズマ焼結する工程を含むことを特徴とする摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料の製造方法。
Claims (6)
- 付加硬化型ポリイミドと、単層カーボンナノホーンが集合した球状のカーボンナノホーン(CNH)とを含み、カーボンナノホーンが1〜50wt%の範囲の含有量で分散されていることを特徴とする摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有含有ポリイミド複合材料。
- カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)およびグラファイトから選ばれる少なくともいずれかをさらに含み、かつ、これらとカーボンナノホーンとからなる炭素材料の合計の含有量が1〜50wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1の摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料。
- 請求項1または2の複合材料の製造方法であって、カーボンナノホーンを含む炭素材料と付加硬化型ポリイミドの混合粉とを、放電プラズマ焼結する工程を含むことを特徴とする摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料の製造方法。
- 混合粉を所要形状に成形した後に放電プラズマ焼結することを特徴とする請求項3の摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料の製造方法。
- 摩擦面部が請求項1または2の摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料で形成され、非摩擦面部がこの複合材料とは異なる樹脂で成形され、摩擦面部と非摩擦面部とが一体化されていることを特徴とする成形品。
- 請求項5の複合材料の製造方法であって、カーボンナノホーンを含む炭素材料と付加硬化型ポリイミドの混合粉と、樹脂粉とを成形型中に積層充填し、放電プラズマ焼結する工程を含むことを特徴とする摩擦材料用新炭素材料含有ポリイミド複合材料の製造方法。
