Description

The present invention relates to a drainage pipe joint used when a resin drainage pipe is extended.

Conventionally, when the open end of a resin pipe embedded in a concrete building foundation is cut to match the foundation wall surface, the diameter of the receiving port corresponding to the outer diameter of the resin pipe becomes the obstacle of the foundation wall surface. The provided resin pipe joint could not be connected. For this reason, after crushing the building foundation and exposing the tip part of the resin pipe, the resin pipe joint must be connected to the exposed part, and workability during piping was not good.
In FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1, a joint body is disclosed, and a pipe joint can be connected by extending a pipe without crushing the building foundation.

When the joint body disclosed in Patent Document 1 is made of resin, it satisfies a condition such as moldability and ensuring strength, and therefore the part to be inserted into the resin pipe must be thick. In the drainage pipe, in order not to deteriorate the drainage characteristics, the step in the pipe has to be reduced, and the joint body disclosed in Patent Document 1 cannot be employed in the drainage pipe.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a drainage pipe joint capable of extending a resin pipe reliably while reducing a step in the pipe.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 has a metal thin-walled cylinder having an outer diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of a predetermined resin pipe, and an inner and outer diameter substantially the same as the resin pipe. The thin-walled cylinder has a length that is one-half of the axial length of the thin-walled cylinder, and is composed of a resin short tube that is inserted and fixed by inserting one half of the thin-walled cylinder.
In the invention according to claim 1 configured as described above, when the opening end of a resin pipe embedded in a concrete layer such as a building foundation is cut in accordance with a concrete wall surface, it substantially matches the inner diameter of the resin pipe. A thin metal cylinder having an outer diameter is inserted from one end side to half the axial length. In this way, by adopting a configuration in which the same thin-walled cylinder can be inserted into the resin pipe up to half, it becomes possible to prevent defective construction due to excessive or insufficient insertion amount of the thin-walled cylinder relative to the resin pipe. In the present invention, expressions such as half length and half mean a dimension setting that can prevent this kind of defective construction, and are limited to the meaning of 50% of the total dimension in a strict sense. It is not done.
The reason why the insertion portion into the resin pipe, that is, the thin cylindrical body is made of metal, is that there is a background that it is desired to reduce the level difference generated in the drainage pipe as much as possible to prevent the drainage characteristics from deteriorating. When the drainage pipe joint is formed integrally with the short pipe made of resin, there is a limit to reducing the thickness of the cylindrical part from the viewpoint of moldability and strength maintenance, and deterioration of drainage characteristics is inevitable. In this sense, the metalization of the thin-walled cylinder is a useful configuration.

The other half of the thin-walled cylinder is inserted into a short pipe that roughly matches the inner and outer diameters of the resin pipe and is cut in half the axial length of the thin-walled pipe, and is bonded and fixed to the short pipe. ing. For this reason, when the thin cylindrical body is inserted from one end side to half of the axial length, the opening end of the short pipe comes into contact with the opening end of the resin pipe. There is no gap between them. Therefore, it is possible to save the space for connecting the short pipe and the resin pipe. Further, it is not necessary to cover the short pipe and the resin pipe with a sealing material. Furthermore, it is also useful from the viewpoint that the appearance is not deteriorated by the gap between the short pipe and the resin pipe.
At that time, when the thin cylindrical body is bonded and fixed to the resin pipe, the short pipe communicating with the resin pipe protrudes from the concrete wall surface by half of the axial length of the thin cylindrical body. Then, even if it is a resin pipe joint having a diameter of the receiving port corresponding to the outer diameter of the resin pipe, the short tube is inserted into the receiving port, and the short tube and the receiving port are bonded and fixed. Accordingly, it is possible to extend the resin pipe joint communicating with the resin pipe to the outside of the concrete wall surface.

As another configuration, the invention according to claim 2 is a drainage pipe joint for connecting and connecting resin pipes having substantially the same inner and outer diameters while chamfering the inner corners of the opening end in the circumferential direction, A metal thin-walled cylinder having an outer diameter that is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the resin pipe and a circumferential ridge that can be accommodated in the space of the pipe inner wall generated at the chamfered portion at an intermediate position in the axial length. It is supposed to consist of
In the invention according to claim 2 configured as described above, when the opening end of a resin pipe embedded in a concrete layer such as a building foundation is cut in accordance with a concrete wall surface, it substantially matches the inner diameter of the resin pipe. A thin metal tube having a circumferential ridge that can be accommodated in the space generated in the chamfered portion at an intermediate position in the axial length, and the ridge from the one end to the resin pipe. Insert only half of the axial length until it hits the open end. Then, the other end side of the thin-walled cylindrical body is inserted into an extending resin pipe whose inner and outer diameters substantially coincide with the resin pipe. Until the open end of the resin pipe for extension extends into contact with the open end of the resin pipe, the other end side of the thin cylindrical body is bonded and fixed to the resin pipe for extension when the other end side is inserted into the resin pipe for extension. Thus, by providing a protrusion at an intermediate position of the axial length of the thin cylindrical body, the thin cylindrical body can be inserted into each resin pipe up to half, and the thin cylindrical body is inserted into each resin pipe. It prevents bad construction due to excessive or insufficient amount. The expression such as the intermediate position of the axial length referred to in the present invention means the dimensional setting to the extent that this kind of defective construction can be prevented in the same manner as in the first aspect, and the whole in a strict sense. It is not limited to the meaning of 50% of the dimension. The reason why the drainage pipe joint is made of metal is the same as that of the first aspect.

The extending resin pipe communicating with the resin pipe protrudes from the concrete wall surface. Then, even if it is a resin pipe joint having the diameter of the receiving port corresponding to the outer diameter of the resin pipe, the extending resin pipe is inserted into the receiving port, and the short pipe and the receiving port are bonded. By fixing, the resin pipe joint communicating with the resin pipe can be extended to the outside of the concrete wall surface.
At this time, since the resin pipe and the extending resin pipe are connected in communication while chamfering the inner corner of the opening end in the circumferential direction, there is a space on the inner peripheral side at the contact portion of both resin pipes. It is formed, the said protruding item | line is accommodated in the same space, and a clearance gap does not arise between the opening ends of both resin pipes. Therefore, it is possible to save the space for connecting the resin pipes. Moreover, it is not necessary to cover between the resin pipes with a sealing material. Furthermore, it is also useful from the viewpoint that the appearance is not deteriorated by the gap between the resin pipes.

As an example of a specific configuration of the thin-walled cylindrical body, the invention according to claim 3 is the drainage pipe joint according to any one of the first or second aspect, wherein the axial length of the thin-walled cylindrical body is half. The intermediate position of one length or the length in the axial direction is assumed to be approximately the same as the receptacle depth dimension of the resin pipe joint having the diameter dimension of the adhesive receptacle corresponding to the outer diameter of the resin pipe.
In the invention concerning Claim 3 comprised as mentioned above, it substantially corresponds with the length which doubled the receptacle depth dimension of the resin pipe joint which has the diameter dimension of the adhesion receptacle corresponding to the outer diameter of the said resin pipe. As described above, the axial length of the thin cylindrical body is set. For this reason, when connecting the resin pipe joint to the short pipe of claim 1, the operator simply inserts the opening end of the resin pipe joint until it contacts the concrete wall surface. Even if there is no, the short tube can be reliably inserted and fixed to the back end of the receptacle. Further, in the case of a narrow space, the configuration is useful particularly in that the resin pipe joint can be connected by efficiently using the space.

As described above, Claim 1 or Claim 2 can provide a drainage pipe joint capable of extending a resin pipe reliably while reducing the step in the pipe.
Moreover, according to the invention concerning Claim 3, piping work can be made still more reliable.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a drainage pipe joint according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure, a drainage pipe joint 10 is composed of a stainless steel thin-walled cylinder 11 and a PVC-made short pipe 12 bonded and fixed in a state where one end half of the thin-walled cylinder 11 is inserted. .
The thin-walled cylinder 11 has a wall thickness of 0.5 mm, an axial length of 80 mm, and an outer diameter that approximately matches the inner diameter (about 77 mm) of a PVC pipe having a nominal diameter of 75 mm. The short pipe 12 is configured by cutting a polyvinyl chloride pipe having a nominal diameter of 75 mm into a half length (40 mm) of the axial length of the thin cylindrical body 11. In addition, the thickness of the thin cylindrical body 11 is preferably 1 mm or less, and preferably 0.1 to 0.5 mm.

FIG. 2 schematically shows an example of use of the pipe joint 10.
In this figure, a PVC pipe 21 having a nominal diameter of 75 mm is embedded in a concrete building foundation 20 as a drainage pipe. The opening end 21 a of the PVC pipe 21 is cut so as to be flush with the concrete wall surface 20 a of the building foundation 20.
The thin cylindrical body 11 is inserted into the opening end 21a of the PVC pipe 21 from the side where the short pipe 12 is not bonded and fixed, and at the position where the opening end 12a of the short pipe 12 abuts, that is, the thin cylindrical body 11 is The thin-walled cylinder 11 is bonded and fixed to the PVC pipe 21 at a position where it is inserted by a half length (40 mm) of the axial length. In this way, by adopting a configuration in which the thin cylindrical body 11 can be inserted into the PVC pipe 21 up to half, it is possible to prevent defective construction due to excessive or insufficient insertion amount of the thin cylindrical body 11 with respect to the PVC pipe 21.

At this time, since the open end 12a of the short pipe 12 is in contact with the open end 21a of the PVC pipe 21, no gap is generated between the short pipe 12 and the PVC pipe 21. For this reason, the connection part of the short pipe 12 and the PVC pipe 21 can be saved. Moreover, it is not necessary to cover between the short pipe 12 and the PVC pipe 21 with a sealing material. Further, the appearance is not deteriorated by the gap between the short pipe 12 and the PVC pipe 21.
The reason why the insertion portion into the PVC pipe 21, that is, the thin-walled cylinder 11 is made of stainless steel is to prevent the deterioration of drainage characteristics by reducing the steps generated inside the drainage pipe as much as possible. In other words, when the thin-walled cylinder 11 and the short pipe 12 are integrally formed of vinyl chloride, there is a limit to the thin-walled cylinder 11 from the viewpoint of moldability and strength maintenance, and deterioration of drainage characteristics is inevitable. In this sense, the thin-walled cylindrical body 11 has a useful configuration. In addition, it is suitable also from a viewpoint of rust prevention property if stainless steel is selected as a raw material of the thin-walled cylinder 11.

At that time, when the thin cylindrical body 11 is bonded and fixed to the PVC pipe 21, the short pipe 12 communicating with the PVC pipe 21 is a half length (40 mm) of the axial length of the thin cylindrical body 11 from the concrete wall surface 20a. Only protruding. Then, even if it is the PVC pipe joint 30 which has the diameter dimension of the receiving port 31 corresponding to the outer diameter of the PVC pipe 21, the short tube 12 is inserted in the receiving port 31, and the short tube 12 and the receiving port 31 are connected. By bonding and fixing, the PVC pipe joint 30 communicating with the PVC pipe 21 can be extended outside the concrete wall surface 20a. That is, the PVC pipe joint 30 can be connected without cutting the building foundation 20.
Note that the half length (40 mm) of the axial length of the thin-walled cylinder 11 substantially matches the depth dimension of the receiving port 31 in the PVC pipe joint 30. For this reason, the operator simply inserts the open end of the receiving port 31 until it abuts against the concrete wall surface 20a, and securely inserts the short tube 12 to the far end of the receiving port 31 without the marked line. It becomes possible. When the building foundation 20 is installed in a confined space, it is useful in that the PVC pipe joint 30 can be connected particularly efficiently using the space.

FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a pipe joint having another configuration.
In the same figure, the pipe joint 40 is comprised with the thin-walled cylinder 41 made from stainless steel.
The thin-walled cylinder 41 has a thickness of 0.5 mm, an axial length of 80 mm, and an outer diameter that roughly matches the inner diameter (about 77 mm) of a PVC pipe having a nominal diameter of 75 mm. Further, at the intermediate position of the axial length of the thin-walled cylinder 41 (a position of about 40 mm from both opening ends), a protrusion 41a having a height of about 0.5 mm is formed in the circumferential direction. The reason why the thin cylindrical body 41 is made of metal is the same as that in the above embodiment.

FIG. 4 schematically shows an example of use of the pipe joint 40.
One end side of the thin cylindrical body 11 is inserted into the open end 21a of the PVC pipe 21 and the protruding strip 41a abuts, that is, the thin cylindrical body 11 is a half length (about approximately the axial length). The thin cylindrical body 11 is bonded and fixed to the polyvinyl chloride pipe 21 at a position where only 40 mm) is inserted. Then, half of the thin cylindrical body 11 protruding from the opening end 21a of the PVC pipe 21 is formed on the opening end 51 on the chamfered side of the extending PVC pipe 50 whose inner corners are chamfered in the circumferential direction. The extension PVC pipe 50 is adhesively fixed to the thin-walled cylinder 11 so that the open ends 21a and 51 are in contact with each other. In this way, the thin cylindrical body 11 can be inserted into the PVC pipe 21 and the extending PVC pipe 50 in half, so that the insertion amount of the thin cylindrical body 11 with respect to the PVC pipes 21 and 50 is excessive. Defective construction due to shortage can be prevented.

At this time, since the inner corner of the opening end 51 is chamfered in the circumferential direction, the PVC pipe 21 and the extending PVC pipe 50 are connected in communication, so that the PVC pipes 21 and 50 are in contact with each other. A space 51a is formed on the inner peripheral side, the ridge 41a is accommodated in the space 51a, and no gap is formed between the open ends of the PVC pipes 21 and 50. Therefore, it is possible to save the space for connecting portions of the PVC pipes 21 and 50. Further, it is not necessary to cover the space between the PVC pipes 21 and 50 with a sealing material. Furthermore, it is also useful from the viewpoint that the appearance is not deteriorated by the gap between the PVC pipes 21 and 50.
Since the present invention does not limit the length of the extension PVC pipe 50, the operator can cut the extension PVC pipe 50 into a desired dimension (50 mm, 80 mm, etc.) When the extended PVC pipe 50 bonded and fixed is cut along the opening end of the thin-walled cylinder 11, the extended PVC pipe 50 is 40 mm long, that is, the PVC pipe joint 30 as in the above-described embodiment. It is possible to approximately match the depth dimension of the receiving port 31 in FIG. Then, the operator simply inserts the opening end of the receiving port 31 until it abuts against the concrete wall surface 20a, and securely inserts the extension PVC pipe 50 to the far end of the receiving port 31 without the marked line. It becomes possible to do.

As described above, in the drainage pipe joint 10, the insertion portion into the PVC pipe 21, that is, the thin-walled cylindrical body 11 is made of stainless steel, so that the level difference generated in the drainage pipe is reduced as much as possible. Is preventing the deterioration. Moreover, the position where the opening end 12a of the short tube 12 abuts against the opening end 21a of the PVC pipe 21, that is, the position where the thin cylindrical body 11 is inserted by a half length (40 mm) of the axial length. Then, the thin-walled cylinder 11 is bonded and fixed to the PVC pipe 21. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent defective construction due to excessive or insufficient insertion amount of the thin cylindrical body 11 with respect to the PVC pipe 21.
