Description
一方、例えば、掃除機において可撓性ホースは、掃除機本体付近では左右方向と上方向(図10に示した曲げの方向)に柔軟に曲がることが要求されており、手元操作部付近では左右方向と下方向(図11に示した曲げの方向)に柔軟に曲がることが要求されている。従って、チューブをホース内に直線状にしか配置できない従来のチューブ内蔵式の可撓性ホースにおいては、上記いずれかの方向で、ホースが曲がりにくい方向(図11の方向)にチューブを配置せざるを得ず、ホースや掃除機の操作性が悪くなってしまうという問題があった。
また、本発明は、上記目的とともに、チューブをホース内部に接着一体化する形状を、直線状以外の形状にできるホースの製造方法、さらにはホースの円周方向におけるチューブ接着位置をホースの長さ方向にわたって適宜自在に制御できる製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
ホースに導入される接着ノズルの先端部に、チューブ押圧手段の方が接着剤吐出口よりも接着ノズルの先端に近い位置に設けられている装置であっても良い(請求項6)。

Claims (7)
- ホースの内部にチューブを挿通するとともに接着一体化した可撓性ホースの製造方法であって、
ホースの内壁面またはチューブの外面に接着剤を塗布する第1の工程と、
チューブをホースに押し付けて接着する第2の工程とを、
ホース内部で連続して行うことが可能な接着ノズルをホース内に導入し、
前記ホースの一端から他端に向かって前記接着ノズルをホースに対して相対的に移動させながら前記チューブを前記ホースに接着することを特徴とするチューブ内蔵可撓性ホースの製造方法。 - 接着ノズルとチューブとを同時に前記ホース内に導入したのちに、前記ホースから前記接着ノズルのみを引き出しながら、前記接着ノズル先端の吐出口から接着剤の塗布を行いつつ前記接着ノズル先端のチューブ押圧手段によりチューブをホースに押し付けて接着することを特徴とする請求項1記載のチューブ内蔵可撓性ホースの製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の可撓性ホースの製造方法であって、ホースと接着ノズルのホース軸線方向の相対的移動に連動して、前記ホースをその軸線周りに接着ノズルに対して相対回転させることにより、ホースの円周方向における前記チューブの接着位置をホースの長さ方向にわたって変化させたことを特徴とするチューブ内蔵可撓性ホースの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の可撓性ホースの製造方法であって、チューブの代わりに樹脂被覆された導線をホース内に接着一体化することを特徴とするチューブ内蔵可撓性ホースの製造方法。
- ホースの内部にチューブを挿通するとともに接着一体化した可撓性ホースの製造装置であって、
ホース内部に導入可能であり、その先端部にチューブをホース内壁面に押し付けるチューブ押圧手段と接着剤吐出口を備える接着ノズルと、
ホースを保持するクランプと、
接着ノズルとクランプをホース軸線方向に相対移動させる相対移動機構とを備えることを特徴とするチューブ内蔵可撓性ホースの製造装置。 - 接着ノズルにチューブ仮保持手段を備えると共に、
ホースに導入される接着ノズルの先端部に、チューブ押圧手段の方が接着剤吐出口よりも接着ノズルの先端に近い位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のチューブ内蔵可撓性ホースの製造装置。 - ホースを保持するクランプと接着ノズルとをホース軸線周りに相対回転可能とする相対回転機構を備えると共に、
接着ノズルとクランプの相対移動に連動して、接着ノズルとクランプの相対回転を制御する相対回転制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のチューブ内蔵可撓性ホースの製造装置。
