Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle battery pack mounting structure, and more particularly to a vehicle battery pack mounting structure using an electric motor such as an electric vehicle as a drive source.
In recent years, an electric vehicle using an electric motor as a drive source and a so-called hybrid car having a plurality of types of drive sources such as an electric motor and a gasoline engine have been put into practical use.
Such an electric vehicle or the like is equipped with a battery for providing electricity as energy to an electric motor or the like. As this battery, a secondary battery such as a nickel-cadmium battery (Ni-Cd battery) or a nickel metal hydride battery that can be repeatedly charged and discharged is used.
However, in the conventional battery mounting structure, measures for improving the collision safety structure at the time of a vehicle collision, particularly at the time of a side collision, are not sufficient.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the present invention, and an object thereof is to provide a vehicle battery pack mounting structure with high collision safety.
A vehicle battery pack mounting structure according to the present invention includes a floor panel, a seat disposed on the floor panel, and a vehicle battery pack disposed under the seat. The floor panel has a reinforcing member that surrounds the vehicle battery pack. A through hole is formed in the area of the floor panel surrounded by the reinforcing member. Vehicle battery pack includes a battery module, is arranged in the through-holes near to pass through the through hole, and a conductive wire connected to the battery module, a housing for housing the battery module, a fan for cooling the battery module, A power control unit for controlling the battery module, and the through hole and the conductive wire are disposed between the battery module and the reinforcing member.
In the vehicle battery pack mounting structure having such a configuration, since the battery pack is disposed in the region surrounded by the reinforcing member, even if an external force is applied, the region surrounded by the reinforcing member is not easily deformed. Therefore, deformation of the battery pack arranged there can be prevented. This prevents liquid leakage from the battery pack and enhances safety. Furthermore, since the through hole is formed in the region of the floor panel surrounded by the reinforcing member even at the time of a side collision, the deformation of the through hole can be prevented even at the time of a side collision. In addition, since the conductive wire is disposed in the vicinity of the through hole, there is little damage to the conductive wire for moving the through hole and the conductive wire while maintaining the relative position even during a side collision. As a result, a short circuit or the like can be prevented and safety can be improved.
More preferably, the battery pack further includes an electrical connection box disposed near the through hole and interposed between the battery module and the conductive wire. In this case, since the electrical junction box is disposed in the vicinity of the through hole, the electrical junction box, the conductive wire, and the through hole can be moved while maintaining the relative positions at the time of collision. As a result, damage to the conductive wire can be suppressed.
More preferably, the sheet is Ru front seat der.
According to the present invention, a highly safe mounting structure for a vehicle battery pack can be provided.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the following embodiments, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will not be repeated.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a mounting structure for a vehicle battery pack according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, a vehicle battery pack mounting structure 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention includes a
The
In
A
On the
The
An
The
The
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG. Referring to FIG. 2,
