【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、インターネット等コンピユータの通信網に接続された、複数の例えばアーテスト、デザイナー、写真家、画家等著作画像を創作する者の持つコンピュータ端末（以下アーテイスト端末という）、例えばプリント印刷等により前記著作画像を含んＴシャツ等商品の個人的購入希望者が持つコンピュータ端末（以下顧客端末という）、さらに同じく前記商品を多量に卸仕入れ希望する者が持つコンピュータ端末（以下販売店端末という）、及び、前記Ｔシャツ等商品のプリント印刷等商品の製造販売を希望する者が持つコンピュータ端末（以下製造者端末という）と同じく前記通信網に接続されたサービスセンターのサーバー装置との間の情報のやりとりによって、例えばインターネットのホームページ等コンピユータ通信網上で、前記アーテイスト端末から入力された個性的な著作画像を配置した商品の販売展示において、遠隔地の複数の顧客端末から入力された前記商品毎の購入予約、受注または人気投票等状況を及び、顧客の氏名、住所等商品送付先等顧客情報を同じく遠隔地の製造者端末にて入手し、前記商品を製造販売する。さらに、当該商品の希少価値を保つ為の限定販売数と購入予約順番を併記した情報を当該商品に付与して製造販売することができるコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムに関する。

【従来の技術】
通常、例えばデザイナー、写真家、画家等の創作著作画像を配置した例えばＴシャツ等デザイン商品はその製造販売会社が販売数量の予め見込みを行い、前記創作著作画像作成者と当該著作画像使用許諾契約し、前記見込み量を生産することが行われている。このような、見込み生産は常に売れ残りの危険を伴い、不良在庫となる事が多く、その危険率負担から商品の売り出し価格が高くなる事が多い。また、一カ所の店舗で、顧客の好みに合わせた多くの商品を揃える為には大形の店舗が必要である等問題があり、この種の商品の販売価格を高くする原因でもあった。また、近年、インターネットのホームページ等でこの種の商品を通信販売、または、オークションを行うことも盛んに行われているが、例えばデザイナー等前記創作著作画像を供給する者が、遠隔地から選択でき、かつ標準化された一定枠形状内に創作著作画像を配置し、簡易に彼等の作品をこれまた、顧客が選択出来る商品の外形種類等と組み合せ新たな商品を創作し、当該商品を製造前に遠隔地の顧客から購入予約や人気情報を得て、当該商品の製造を決定し、注文顧客に販売する。さらに、当該商品の希少価値を保つ為の限定販売数と購入予約順番を併記した情報を当該商品に付与して販売し、かつその商品の製造、配送方法に合理性をもたらす手段を提供するコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムは今までに無かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ここで、例えばデザイナー等前記創作著作画像を供給する者が、遠隔地からアーテイスト端末で彼等の作品を商品の一部に配置し、商品全体のデザインをする場合、彼らが自由奔放に配置すると、その情報を受け取る製造者端末では、その商品特有の制約から製造不可能になる場合が多い。よって、前記配置に制約を与えることと、簡易に前記著作画像を配置させるための工夫が必要であった。さらに、特定著作画像を配置した商品は、購入側からみると、その希少価値が好まれる傾向にある。理想的には、前記著作画像の創作者が、当該著作画像を含んだ商品の製造プリント限定数を指定し、よって、当該商品の例えば購入予約者は前記製造プリント限定数内で、購入予約者毎の予約順番が当該商品の購入受け取り時認識出来る様に、多量複数種類販売される当該商品に前記予約または受注順番を付記する為の処理方法や、製造、商品の配送方法に合理的な工夫が必要であった。

【問題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するための請求項１に係わる発明は、携帯電話とその基地局との接続を含んだインターネット等コンピユータ通信網を利用し、広く不特定多数の顧客へＴシャツ等の商品販売の為に前記商品のデザイン情報をホームページ等に掲載し前記商品を販売する方法において、前記通信網に接続されたサービスセンター等に設置された前記ホームページの掲載データを保有するサーバ装置から遠隔地で同じく前記通信網に接続され、前記商品のデザインを創作するアーテイストの保有する端末へ、前記商品の一部にイラスト又は絵、写真等著作画像を配置する為の複数の枠形状を選択する情報が供給される段階を有すること、及び、前記端末からは前記選択後の枠形状内にイラスト作成ソフト等で創作された著作画像のデジタルデータを前記サーバ装置にて受信し、前記サーバ装置の著作画像登録デジタルデータベースに格納する段階と、その後前記デジタルデータベースの内容に基づいた、前記著作画像と前記商品の外観等形状との組み合わせを前記通信網に接続された不特定多数の前記顧客が持つ顧客端末で選択して表示できる段階と、同じく前記顧客端末から前記商品の購入予約または、購入申込を前記サーバ装置が受信する段階を有することを特徴とするコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムである。

この発明によれば、前記サーバ装置から前記コンピュター網に接続された遠隔地の例えばアーテイストの保有する端末に、前記商品の一部にイラスト又は絵、写真等著作画像を配置する為の枠形状を選択する情報が供給される段階を有するので、前記端末でアーテイストが彼等のイラスト等著作画像を前記選択された枠形状内に納めて創作させることが出来る。これにより例えばＴシャツ等の商品では、統一的に標準形態でインターネットのホームページに掲載でき、かつ、その後、能率良くプリント生産することに繋げられることになる。

また、請求項２に係わる発明は、前記著作画像を前記ホームページに掲載する段階と、前記著作画像が組み込みデザインされた商品へのプリント限定数を指定、表示する段階と、前記顧客端末からの前記商品の購入予約または受注情報を前記サーバ装置が受信し、ＣＧＩ等集計処理手段で前記著作画像毎に累計購入予約数または受注数を集計処理し、即座に折り返し、前記顧客端末へ前記著作画像毎に前記プリント限定数以下であることの確認を表示する段階と、現在累計購入予約数、または購入予約順位、受注数、または、受注順位を表示する段階を有し、さらに、前記サーバ装置には、前記著作画像毎のプリント限定数情報、購入予約者または注文者名、商品送付先住所等顧客情報のデータベースを有すること特徴とするコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムである。

この発明によれば、前記著作画像毎にプリント限定販売数を指定、表示する段階と、購入予約または、購入を受け付けの現在数、または順位、または受注情報を表示する段階を有するので購入希望顧客はもちろん、当該著作画像を創作したアーテスト、販売店端末を持つ当該商品の卸販売をする者、製造会社その著作画像の人気度合が分かる。また、特に前記顧客は自分が何番目に購入希望をしたのかも即座に分かり、自慢できる様な利点がある。

また、請求項３に係わる発明は、前記現在累計購入予約数、または受注数が前記プリント限定数内で且つ、予め設定した数を越えた時、前記該当商品の価格が予め設定した価格変更表示を行う段階及び手段を有することを特徴とするコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムである。

この発明によれば、前記現在累計購入予約数、または受注数が前記プリント限定数内で、且つ、予め設定した数を比較して越えた時、ホームページ上の前記該当商品の価格表示が予め設定した価格変更に表示を行うようにして実現する。

また、請求項４に係わる発明は、前記サーバ装置に記憶格納された前記複数の著作画像の画像データと前記画像データに対応した著作画像番号毎のプリント限定数、購入予約者または発注者順位、受注年月日時刻、注文者名、送付先、服型形状の選択情報等を商品へのプリント情報として前記コンピュータ通信網を経由受信し、例えば、Ｔシャツ等の商品自体、または、商品に付属する印刷物に前記プリント限定数と併記して、前記順位、または、前記受注年月日時刻を印刷等表記する段階及び手段を有することを特徴とするコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムである。

この発明によれば、前記サーバ装置に前記著作画像毎に指定のプリント限定数情報、及び購入予約者または注文者順位、送付先住所、受注年月日時刻等のプリント情報データベースを成生し、そのデータを遠隔地の製造会社端末が受信し、Ｔシャツ等の商品自体にまたは、商品に付属する印刷物に前記プリント限定数と併記して、前記購入予約または注文順位を印刷等表記する手段により実現することが出来るさらに、前記購入予約者への送付先住所印刷情報も同時に出力でき、多くの種類の著作画像デザインの商品を、非常に効率的に生産、配送できる方法とそのシステムを得ることができる。

前記請求項５に係わる発明は、前記著作画像の画像部と前記注文者の送り先住所、氏名部は熱転写紙等例えばＴシャツ等商品へのプリント基材の同一面上に印刷され、前記画像部は商品のプリント印刷用基材として、前記送り先、氏名部は前記商品の注文者への配送用宛名情報として切り分け分離して使用されることを特徴とするコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムである。

この発明によれば、Ｔシャツ等商品へのプリント基材と、それにより出来上る商品を注文者に配送する宛名情報が常に一体で製造工程を流すことができ生産効率のよい、合理的な方法を提供出来る。

前記請求項６に係わる発明は、イラスト、漫画のキャラクター、又は絵、写真等著作画像を配置する為の予め選択できる枠形状は、例えばＴシャツ、またはトレーナー等衣類の前胸部または後背中部等一部分の円形または矩形等指定形状であることを特徴とするコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムである。

この発明によれば、前記アーテイスト端末から例えばＴシャツ、またはトレーナー等衣類の前胸部または後背中部等一部分の円形または矩形等指定形状で、予め選択できる枠形状が示され、その範囲内にイラスト又は絵、写真等著作画像を配置するので、たとえ、広域遠隔通信網により膨大な多数の前記アーテイスト端末から同じく膨大多数な前記著作画像を配置したＴシャツ等衣類を生産する場合でも前記著作画像以外の所はパターン化、及び標準化して生産効率を非常に上げる事が可能になる。

前記請求項７に係わる発明は、イラスト、漫画のキャラクター、又は絵、写真等著作画像および、宝石、貴金属等のデザイン物を配置する為の予め選択できる複数の枠形状は、例えばピンバッジ、ブローチ、指輪等の台座等円形、矩形等の指定形状、および衣類、人の指等への取り付け構造であることを特徴とするコンピユータ通信網を利用した商品販売方法及そのシステムある。

この発明によれば、前記同様、例えばピンバッジ、ブローチル、指輪等の一部の円形、矩形等の指定形状の予め選択できる台座等の枠形状が示され、イラスト又は絵、写真等著作画像および、宝石、貴金属のデザイン構成物を配置するので、たとえ、広域遠隔通信網により膨大な多数の前記アーテイスト端末から同じく膨大多数な前記著作画像、デザイン構成物を配置したピンバッチ、ブローチ、指輪等商品を生産する場合でも前記著作画像、デザイン構成物以外の所はパターン化及び標準化され生産効率を非常に上げる事が可能になる。

前記請求項８に係わる発明は、イラスト又は絵、写真等著作画像を配置する為の予め選択できる枠形状は、絵画キャンパス、額、写真台紙、ポスター、カード、家具、鞄等身周り商品の一部分の形状、大きさを示す例えば複数の号数または、複数の規定される、または、額縁等の指定形状であることを特徴とするそのシステムである。

この発明によれば、絵画キャンパス、額、写真台紙、ポスター、カード、家具、等商品の一部分の形状、大きさを示す例えば複数の号数または、複数の規定される、または、指定形状の予め選択できる枠形状が示され、その範囲内にイラスト又は絵、写真等著作画像を配置するので、たとえ、広域遠隔通信網により膨大な多数の前記アーテイスト端末から同じく膨大多数な前記著作画像を配置した前記商品を生産する場合でも前記著作画像以外の所はパターン化、及び標準化して生産効率を非常に上げる事が可能になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の形態を図面で参照しつつ説明する。図１は、本発明の実施の１形態である商品販売方法を実現する全体システムを示す図である。携帯電話とその基地局との接続を含んだ広域でオープンなコンピュータの通信網であるインターネット通信網１へ、例えば携帯電話基地局１１や、プロバイダー１２から１６を経由し、複数の携帯電話等携帯端末１３０、同じく顧客端末１４０、及びアーテイスト端末１５０、例えばＴシャツをプリント印刷する等の商品の製造会社端末１６０、前記商品を卸仕入れし店頭販売する販売店端末１７０そして、サービスセンターのサーバ装置１０１がＴＣＰ／ＩＰ等のインターネット通信プロトコルを用いて通信可能に構成されている。

図２はアーテイスト、顧客、製造会社等の持つ通信網に接続される端末のブロック構成図である。これは、インターネットに接続される端末、すなわち、アーテイスト端末１５０、製造会社端末１６０、販売店端末１７０もほぼ同じ構成であり、代表例として顧客端末１４０で説明する。この端末１４０は、ユーザインタフェイス等として機能すると共に例えばＴシャツ等の枠形状７ａ２や組み合わせデザイン形状８ｂ２等商品情報等の各種の情報を表示するための表示装置２０１と、各種のコマンドや商品の選択、著作画像の作成、商品購入予約情報等を入力するための入力装置２０２と、各種印刷情報を出力するプリンター等印刷装置２０８、各種の処理を行なう処理装置２０３と、ワークエリア２０４を備えると共に、ＯＳ（オペレーティングシステム）、ＧＵＩ（グラフィカルューザインターフェイス）、ブラウザ、および、本発明に係る処理を行なうためのＡＰＬ（アプリケーションプログラム）を記憶した記憶装置２０５とを有し、各構成要素は相互に通信可能にバス２０６で接続されていると共に、公衆回線２０７が通信接続手段２０９を経由し、処理装置２０３に接続されている。このような端末１０４は、事務所はもとより、一般家庭にも広く使われることが可能である。また、ここで、前記印刷装置２０８は製造会社端末１６０においては、Ｔシャツ等布地に著作画像８ａ２を熱転写プリントするための転写印刷用紙に印刷可能なもので構成される。さらに、ここで、携帯端末１３０は前記携帯端末基地局１１と無線でデータ送受信可能なもので、前記で説明の顧客端末１４０の表示部２０１、入力装置２０２を含め必要機能を手のひらサイズに小型にしたやはり前記コンピュータ通信網１に接続可能な端末である。

図３はサービスセンターのサーバ装置１０１のブロック構成図である。このサーバー装置１０１は、各種の情報を表示するための表示装置３０１と、必要な情報等を入力するための入力装置３０２と、各種の処理を行なう処理装置３０３と、ワークエリア３０４を備えると共に、ＯＳ（オペレーティングシステム）や本発明に係る処理を行なうためのＡＰ（アプリケーションプログラム）を記憶した記憶装置３０５と、複数のデータベース（以下ＤＢとも言う）３０６〜３１１とを有し、各構成要素は相互に通信可能にバス３１２で接続されていると共に、公衆回線２０７が通信接続手段３１３を経由し、処理装置３０３に接続されている。表示装置３０１は、例えばＣＲＴ等の表示デバイスで実現でき、入力装置３０２は、例えばキーボード等の入力デバイスで実現でき、記憶装置３０５、ＤＢ３０６〜３１１は、例えばハードディスク等のストレージデバイスで実現でき、処理装置３０３は、例えばマイクロプロセッサー等の電子デバイスで実現できるので、サーバー装置１０１は、必要なプログラムをインストールした１台のコンピュータシステムで実現可能である。また、前記サービスセンターは前記販売店もしくは前記製造会社内にあり、前記サーバ装置１０１はそれぞれの端末１７０、１６０と兼ねていても何ら問題は無い。

ここで、図１にもどり、サーバ装置１０１内の記憶装置３０５内、各データベース３０６から３１１内のソフト構成とそれらの繋がりについて説明する。まず、著作画像を創作するアーテイストの身元確認パスワードＩＤ（以下単にＩＤと言う）登録、確認手段１１１があり、そこで確認された端末からのみ、枠形状データベース３０６、著作画像仮登録データベース３０７とデータ送受信を行えるよう構成している。３０７の画像データは審査手段１１２で一度サービスセンターの職員の目で、公に不適切な表現が無いかを表示装置等で確認する。その後、確認されたものを著作画像登録データベース３０８に格納する。枠形状データベース３０６の服型形状データと著作画像データベース３０８の画像を組み合わせ手段１１６が組み合わせ商品データベース３１０に繋がる様構成している。さらに、例えば顧客端末１４０からは経路１１３より、組み合わせ商品データベース３１０の内容をＷＥＢ上で閲覧できる。閲覧した商品を顧客が購入時に入力される顧客氏名、住所等は受注情報データベース３０９に記録される。販売店は発注量が非常に多い可能性があるので、パスワード等による販売店ＩＤ登録、確認手段で本人確認を経由、上記同様ＷＥＢ上での閲覧を行い、商品仕入れ発注情報を入力させ、受注情報データベースに記録される。前記組み合わせ商品データベース３１０、受注情報データベース３０９の合算データがプリント情報データベース３１１である。製造会社端末１６０からは製造会社ＩＤ登録、確認手段１１５により、特定に許された者のみとしてプリント情報データベースにアクセスできる様構成している。

これより、本発明方法及びシステムにおける１実施例の方法の流れと構成、および、各関係端末で閲覧出来る表示画面の例を前記で説明の図を含め、複数の図により説明する。図４は本発明方法の通信処理の流れを説明する図、図５（ａ）は、枠形状データベースの構成例を示す図、図５（ｂ）は、著作画像仮登録データベースの構成例を示す図、図５（ｃ）は、著作画像登録データベースの構成例を示す図、図５（ｄ）は、組み合せ商品データベースの構成例を示す図、図６（ａ）は、発注情報データベース構成例を示す図、図６（ｂ）は、プリント情報データベースの構成例を示す図、図７（ａ）は、枠型形状選択、および商品外形の表示画面例を示す図、図７（ｂ）は、イラスト絵画等著作画像作成入力画面例を示す図、図８（ａ）は、著作画像と商品外形選択画面例を示す図、図８（ｂ）は、組み合わせ商品デザインの販売展示ＷＥＢ画面例を示す図、図９は、プリントデータが描かれた熱転写紙の出力例を示す図、図１０は、商品の出来上がり例を示す図である。

まず、例えばＴシャツ等の一部にプリントされるイラスト等著作画像を創作するデザイナーアーテイスト（以下アーテイストと言う）が操作するアーテイスト端末１５０からサービスセンターのサーバ装置１０１が提供する例えばＴシャツ等商品販売のホームページにアクセスし、アーテイスト登録、確認を行う為にアーテイストＩＤ（ＩＤは本人確認番号、以下ＩＤと言う）登録、確認要求送信４０１を行う。前記サーバ装置ではそれを受信、アーテイストＩＤ登録採番、また、その後は確認し、サーバ装置１０１内の図５（ａ）枠形状データベースの構成５ａ１に示すような、例えば複数のＴシャツデザイン枠形状の枠型ＡからＣ形状データ等の枠形状データの送信を行う段階４０２がある。これを、インターネット通信網１を通じて、アーテイスト端末１５０が受信、デザイン枠形状選択段階４０３に至る。そこでは、例えば図７（ａ）の表示画面７ａ１がアーテイスト端末１５０の表示装置２０１に表示される。例えば、枠形状７ａ２を選ぶ時、表示画面７ａ１に表示されているプラウザソフトによる例えばリンク先を示す枠型Ａの表記７ａ３に同じく表示されるカーソル７ａ４を重ね、例えばマウスであったりする入力装置２０２をクリックすることにより、デザイン枠形状選択を実行する。この時、前記枠形状は、例えばここでは、Ｔシャツ等の対象商品の一部を構成するので、対象商品の外観服型形状７ａ５、７ａ６が全体デザイン感覚の参考に表示される。前記選択により、リンク先画面の例とてアーテイスト端末１５０へは、例えば選択された枠形状７ａ２が先に登録のアーテイストＩＤに対応する著作番号７ｂ３分として表示される著作画像作成画面７ｂ１を構成するデータが送信される。この時、先にサーバ装置１０１から受信するか、もしくは、予めアーテイスト端末１５０内のＡＰＬ（アプリケーションプログラム）を内蔵する記憶装置２０５に保有する一般に良く出回っているパソコン等端末の表示画面上で絵を描くことが出来るソフト等で枠形状７ｂ２内に例えば個性的なイラスト絵画等を描くことが出来る、図７（ａ）はその描きかけの著作画像７ｂ４を示している。また、例えば文字を書き入れたい時等は図７（ｂ）に示す、文字選択窓７ｂ５をカーソル７ａ４で示し文字仕様を選択し、書き込みできる。このようにして、アーテイスト端末１５０で創作された枠形状７ｂ２内の著作画像７ｂ４は画像完成後、登録送信スイッチ７ｂ６等の操作を経由例えばビットマップフアイル等画像データとして、図４の流れを説明する図の、絵、イラスト等著作画像作成、著作画像データ送信４０４の段階にいたり、図１の構成図に示す、サーバ装置１０１の著作画像仮登録データベース３０７に記憶格納される段階４０５がある。

図５（ｂ）に示す様に、著作画像仮登録データベース３０７の構成５ｂ１は、例えば、アーテイストＩＤと関連して採番された著作番号データ５ｂ２、アーテイスト氏名、著作画像データ５ｂ３他で構成されている。その後、サーバ装置１０１の審査手段１１２を経由して、著作画像登録データベース３０８を保有するのは、万一不特定多数のアーテイスト端末から公のインターネットで公開するのにふさわしく無い著作画像が登録されるのを除外する為の手段である。よって、著作画像仮登録データベース３０７の構成を示す図５ｂ１と著作画像登録データベース３０８の構成を示す図５ｃ１との構成の違いは、例えば５ｃ１では著作画像１２３５（５ｂ４）の著作画像データ５ｄ５が削除されていることで示されている。これらは図４の流れを説明する図では、著作画像データ受信仮登録データベースに格納段階４０５から著作画像内容審査段階４０６、著作画像データを登録データベースに格納段階４０７を経由すことで示される。

次に、サーバ装置１０１は図８（ａ）の著作画像と商品外形選択画面例に示す様に、前記著作画像登録データベースから複数の完成された著作画像８ａ２、８ａ３を、また、Ｔシャツ等服の形状を選択するチエックボックス８ａ４を表示する表示画面８ａ１がある。そこで、組み合わせデザインを見るリンク実行信号スイッチ８ａ５経由、例えば前記著作画像８ａ２と前記チエックボックス８ａ４で選択された服型１（７ａ５）との組み合わせ商品デザイン８ｂ２を表示する表示画面８ｂ１の例を示す。これらは、サーバ装置１０１の発信するホームページとして前記インターネット等通信網１に配信できる様に構成しておく。
これらが図４で説明する著作番号、画像データ、服型選択データ配信段階４０８である。
