Description
本発明の一実施形態である剥離ベルト(材質SBR、摩耗特性20g、硬度50(JIS(A))、厚さ4.0mm、幅10mm)を用いて、自動車の塗装面に貼られた、塩化ビニール製のステッカーを剥離した。剥離には市販のベルトサンダーを用いて、回転数2500rpmで5Nの力で押し付けつつ行った。塩化ビニール製ステッカーと粘着剤とを跡形も無く剥離することができた。また、自動車の塗装面へのダメージは無かった。
次に、本発明の一実施形態である剥離ベルト(材質SBR、摩耗特性18g、硬度48(JIS(A))、厚さ4.0mm、幅10mm)を用いて自動車のドア上部に装着されたアクリル製バイザーの粘着剤を剥離した。剥離には市販のベルトサンダーを用いて、回転数2000rpmで5Nの力で押し付けつつ行った。粘着剤を跡形も無く除去することができた。アクリル製バイザーへのダメージは無かった。
本発明の一実施形態である剥離ベルト(材質NR、摩耗特性20g、硬度52(JIS(A))、厚さ3.0mm、幅10mm)を用いてアクリル製看板に貼られた、塩化ビニール製ステッカーの剥離を行った。剥離には市販のベルトサンダーを用いて、回転数2000rpmで10Nの力で行った。塩化ビニール製ステッカーと粘着剤とを跡形もなく剥離することができた。また、アクリル製看板へのダメージは無かった。
比較のためクロロプレンゴム(CR)を用いて剥離ベルトを製造した。素材としてCRを採用した以外は上記実施例1と同様にした。なお、素材として採用したCRは耐摩耗性が高い(摩耗特性3g)。自動車の塗装面上の粘着剤を十分に除去することができなかった。
比較のため硬度25(JIS(A))の剥離ベルトを製造した。補強材を減量した以外は実施例1と同様にした。ステッカーは取れたが自動車の塗装面上の粘着剤を十分には除去することができなかった。
比較のため硬度85(JIS(A))の剥離ベルトを製造した。補強材を増量した以外は実施例1と同様にした。ステッカーは取れたが、自動車の塗装面に摺り跡が残った。
Claims (3)
- 評価試験用に直径150mm、厚さ15mm、幅10mmに調製した剥離ベルトを、ダイヤ電着#30〜40のコンタクトブロックで10Nの荷重を付加しつつ、500RPMで5分間回転させたときの評価対象剥離ベルトの重量の減少量で表した摩耗特性が5g以上であり、ゴム硬度がJIS(A)30〜80である軟質の合成樹脂又はゴムからなる剥離ベルト。
- 軟質の合成樹脂又はゴム部分が0.5mm〜20.0mmの肉厚を有する請求項1に記載の剥離ベルト。
- 基材をさらに含む請求項1又は2に記載の剥離ベルト。
