Claims (14)
- 容器により少なくとも部分的に囲まれる、複数の開口を有する配管分配器と、
配管分配器に近接して配置された傾斜する流体受面と、を備え、
流体受面は複数の開口から出る液体含有流体を受け、
液体含有流体は、流体が流体受面に衝突するとき、配管流れ方向の水平方向運動量を有し、流体は容器の垂直軸に対して15°から60°の角度で流体受面に衝突し、
流体受面は、流体が該受面に衝突するところに流体受面上の流体の水平方向運動量を低減する流れ妨害部分を備える、容器。 - 流体受面は容器の垂直軸に対して0°から45°の角度を形成する、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 流体受面は衝突バッフルからなる、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 流体受面はダウンカマーまたは疑似ダウンカマーの壁面からなる、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 流体は容器に対して供給流、ポンプ循環流、または還流である、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 流れ妨害部分は水平方向運動量に実質的に垂直に流体受面に結合されるリブを備える、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 流れ妨害部分は水平方向運動量に実質的に垂直に流体受面にくぼみを備える、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 流れ妨害部分は複数の規則的またはランダムに配置された、流体受面からの突起部を備える、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 容器は蒸留、吸収、急冷または洗浄塔である、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 容器内の流体分配を改良する方法であって、
配管分配器の下に傾斜した流体受面を配置し、流体受面は配管分配器の複数の開口から出る液体含有流体を受け、
液体含有流体は、流体が流体受面に衝突するとき、配管流れ方向に水平方向運動量を有し、流体は容器の垂直軸に対して15°から60°の角度で流体受面に衝突し、
流れ妨害部分を流体が該受面に衝突するところで流れ受面に設けることにより、流れ妨害部分が流れ受面上の流体の水平方向運動量を低減させることを含む、方法。 - 流体受面は容器の垂直軸に対して0°から45°の角度を形成する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 流れ妨害部分は水平方向運動量に実質的に垂直に流体受面に結合されるリブを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 流れ妨害部分は水平方向運動量に実質的に垂直に流体受面にくぼみを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 流れ妨害部分は複数の規則的またはランダムに配置された、流体受面からの突起部を備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
