【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、企業もしくは起業家を対象とし、各企業の異なる事業内容を相互に補完するように仲介、斡旋を行う用途に用いて好適な、事業仲介方法ならびにそのサーバ、およびサーバプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
インターネットの利用者が急増すると共に、インターネットの商業利用も拡大してきた。インターネットのホームページは、主に顧客のニーズを把握したい供給者側からの情報発信に利用され、一部、掲示板のように個人同士の情報交換の場としても利用されている。
ところで、就職活動についてもインターネットを利用することが常識となりつつあり、急増している職業斡旋サイトの中でも、一定の分野、業界に特化したサイトが人気を博している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のインターネットを用いた就職斡旋は、あくまで個人レベルの就職斡旋事業をサイト運営した域を出ず、停滞している現在における経済状況の中では、新規事業を発足させる、あるいは起業を促がすための企業間の仲介、斡旋、実現こそが望ましい。
新規事業を起こす上で、その事業の一部分を担う能力はあるが、事業全体を遂行する能力のない企業もしくは企業主がいて、その事業全体の欠落部分を補完することのできる別の企業もしくは企業主とを結び付け、場合によっては自らもその新規事業に参入することができれば、それら企業はもとより経済効果も得られるはすである。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、企業もしくは起業家を対象とし、インターネットを利用して各企業の異なる事業内容を相互に補完するように仲介、斡旋を行うことにより、広い範囲で事業機会を創出し、かつ、各企業の持てる事業能力の活性化をはかる業際企業としての立場を確立し、しいては経済市場の再構築が可能な、事業仲介方法ならびにそのサーバ、およびサーバプログラムを提供することを目的とする。

また、企業には企業秘密や営業秘密がありうるため、インターネット上で公開する情報を階層化して管理して事業仲介、斡旋を行う他に、サイト主催者自身による事業参入も含みとした事業仲介方法ならびにそのサーバ、およびサーバプログラムを提供することも目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した課題を解決するために本発明は、顧客の端末装置とは通信ネットワークを介して接続される事業内容登録データベースを持つ事業仲介サーバであって、前記ある顧客の端末装置を介して前記事業内容登録データベースに登録される、自身が行える事業内容と自身が行いたい事業内容と自身が行いたい事業に欠落している事業内容を、前記通信ネットワークを介して公開する事業内容登録公開手段と、他の顧客の端末装置を介して到来する検索照会要求に基づき、前記事業内容登録データベースを参照し、自身が行ないたい事業に欠落している事業内容を補間できる顧客を検索照会する事業内容検索照会手段とを備えたことを特徴とする。

上記構成によれば、事業内容検索照会手段が、顧客が欠落している事業能力と他社の行える事業内容とをマッチングさせることによって各企業の異なる事業内容を相互に補完するように仲介、斡旋を行い、広い範囲で事業機会を創出し、かつ、各企業の持てる事業能力の活性化をはかる事業仲介サーバを提供することができる。

本発明の事業仲介サーバにおいて、前記事業内容登録公開手段は、前記ある顧客の端末装置を介して到来する登録要求に基づき、必要データの入力を促がす定型のフォーム情報を送信することを特徴とする。

上記構成によれば、事業内容登録公開手段は、顧客がその定型の入力フォームへ、自社が行える事業内容と、自身が行いたい事業内容と、その事業を行うのに自身に欠落している事業内容とを入力することによって、それらデータを取り込み、事業内容登録データベースに登録して公開することで、事業内容検索照会手段によるマッチングを行わせることのできる事業仲介サーバを提供することができる。

本発明の事業仲介サーバにおいて、前記フォーム情報は公開情報と秘密情報から成り、前記事業内容検索照会手段は、前記公開情報に基づいて事業を補間できる顧客を検索照会し、前記事業内容登録公開手段は、前記秘密情報を公開するにあたり、必要な所定の手続きを経た後前記秘密情報の公開を許可することを特徴とする。

上記構成において、公開する情報を一次の公開情報と二次の秘密情報に区分し、事業内容登録公開手段が、二次の秘密情報を公開するときには別途秘密保持契約を締結するように管理することで秘密保持を厳守でき、商談をスムーズに促進させることのできる事業仲介サーバを提供することができる。

上記した課題を解決するために本発明は、顧客の端末装置と、事業内容登録データベースを持つサイト事業者の事業仲介サーバとが通信ネットワークを介して接続されて成る事業仲介システムのための事業仲介方法であって、ある顧客の端末装置を介して前記事業内容登録データベースに登録される、自身が行える事業内容を、前記通信ネットワークを介して公開し、他の顧客の端末装置を介して到来する検索照会要求に基づき、前記事業内容登録データベースを参照し、自身が行いたい事業に欠落している事業内容を補間できる顧客を検索照会して事業を仲介斡旋することを特徴とする。

このことにより、顧客が欠落している事業能力と他社の行える事業内容とをマッチングさせることによって各企業の異なる事業内容を相互に補完するように仲介、斡旋を行うことで、広い範囲で事業機会を創出し、かつ、各企業の持てる事業能力の活性化をはかることができる。

本発明の事業仲介方法において、前記他の顧客の端末装置を介して到来する検索照会要求に基づき、サイト主催者自身が前記事業への参入を模索すべく関与の許諾を申し入れることを特徴とする。

このことにより、顧客に対し、サイト事業者から好ましい相手方企業の紹介、引き込みを行うことができる他に、自身の参入を模索、検討する道も開け、サイト事業者は、業際企業としての立場を確立することができる。

上記した課題を解決するために本発明は、顧客の端末装置と、事業内容登録データベースを持つサイト事業者の事業仲介サーバとが通信ネットワークを介して接続され、前記事業仲介サーバに用いられるサーバプログラムであって、前記ある顧客の端末装置を介して前記事業内容登録データベースに登録される、自身が行える事業内容を、前記通信ネットワークを介して公開する第１のステップと、他の顧客の端末装置を介して到来する検索照会要求に基づき、前記事業内容登録データベースを参照し、自身が行いたい事業に欠落している事業内容を補間できる顧客を検索照会する第２のステップとをコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする。

本発明のサーバプログラムにおいて、前記第２のステップは、前記事業内容登録データベースに登録される公開情報に基づいて事業を補間できる顧客を検索照会するステップと、同じく前記事業内容登録データベースに登録される秘密情報を公開するにあたり、必要な所定の手続きを経た後許可するステップとをコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする。

上記したサーバプログラムを事業者サーバで実行することにより、顧客に対し、サイト事業者から好ましい相手方企業の紹介、引き込みを行うことができる他に、自身の参入を模索、検討する道も開け、サイト事業者は、業際企業としての立場を確立することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、本発明における事業仲介方法を実現するためのビジネスモデルおよびその利用主体の関係を説明するために引用した図である。
図において、符号１はサイト主催者、符号２、３は、それそれ顧客Ａ、Ｂであり、いずれも企業もしくは起業家が対象となる。
サイト主催者１は事業仲介サーバ１０を備え、顧客２、３は、それぞれ端末装置２０、３０を備えるものとし、事業仲介サーバ１０ならびに端末装置２０、３０は、インターネット等の通信ネットワーク４０を介して接続されている。
なお、顧客が備える端末装置２０、３０は、端末装置である必然性はなく、例えば企業内サーバであっても構わない。

図１において、サイト主催者１は、企業、あるいは起業家等、顧客２、３のための仲介・斡旋情報を持つサイトを運用している。
まず、顧客Ａ（２）は、サイト主催者１の事業仲介サーバ１０にアクセスする（ａ：サイトアクセス）。このことにより、サイト主催者１は、このサイトに入力すべき事業内容、その他についての定型入力フォームを要求のあった顧客Ａ（２）に送信する（ｂ：入力フォーム送信）。定型入力フォームの一例は図６に示されている。

定型入力フォームを受領した顧客Ａ（２）は、その入力フォームに、一次公開情報と、二次秘密情報とを区分けして、自らが行える事業と自身が行いたい事業内容および自身に欠落している事業内容を入力し、サイト主催者１に送信して事業内容を登録する（ｃ：事業内容登録）。そして、サイト主催者１は、送信された入力情報を事業内容登録データベースに蓄積する。

一方、顧客Ｂ（３）は、サイト主催者の事業仲介サーバ１０にアクセスし（ｄ：検索照会要求）、自らが行いたい事業内容に欠落している事業内容と一致する別の顧客の事業内容を、一次公開情報に基づいて、事業内容登録データベース上で検索し、回答を得る（ｅ：１次公開情報検索回答）。
また、顧客Ｂ（３）がサイト主催者１に直接アクセスし、サイト主催者１から好ましい相手方企業の紹介、引き込みや、サイト主催者１自身の事業参入を模索、検討する道筋も設けるものとする。

顧客Ｂ（３）は、好ましい相手方企業家である顧客Ａ（２）を見いだした時、サイト主催者１に通報する（ｆ：１次報告）。
サイト主催者１は、その好ましい相手方企業家である顧客Ａ（２）に通報し、本件事業について二次秘密情報を開示することの伺いを立て（ｇ：秘密情報開示伺い）、承諾された場合、サイト主催者１を含めて秘密保持契約を締結することの確認を行い、二次秘密情報を開示すると共に、更なる具体的商談に入るか否かの問い合わせを行う（ｉ：２次秘密情報の開示・問合せ）。
顧客Ａ（２）、Ｂ（３）は、更なる具体的な商談に入り（ｊ：具体的商談）、このとき、サイト主催者１は、商談の仲介をするなかで、事業の欠落部分を補完できる新たな企業の紹介、斡旋、関連会社を含むサイト主催者自らの参入可否の検討、もしくは銀行などの資金提供者の引き込みも行う（ｋ：事業参入の可否伺い）。

このようにして商談が成立した場合新規事業が発足し、サイト主催者１は、企業同士を結び付ける業際企業としての役割りを全うする。なお、事業の形態としては、新規事業の他に、合併会社の新設、企業買収、企業間の業務提携、資本参加あるいは通常の請負による受発注による業務遂行などがあり得る。

図２は、図１に示す事業仲介サーバの内部構成を機能展開して示したブロック図である。
以下に示す各ブロックは、具体的には、ＣＰＵならびにメモリを含む周辺ＬＳＩで構成され、ＣＰＵがメモリに記録されたプログラムを読み出し逐次実行することによってそのブロックが持つ機能を実現するものとする。

事業仲介サーバ１０は、事業内容登録ＤＢ（データベース）１００と、事業内容登録公開部１０１と、フォーム情報送信部１０２と、検索照会要求受信部１０３と、事業内容検索照会部１０４と、検索回答送信部１０５と、二次秘密情報開示許可送受信部１０６と、事業参入可否送受信部１０７で構成される。

事業内容登録公開部１０１は、ある顧客の端末装置２０を介して事業内容データベース１００に登録される、自身が行える事業内容を、インターネット等の通信ネットワーク４０を介して公開する機能を持ち、事業内容検索照会部１０４は、他の顧客の端末装置３０を介して到来する検索照会要求に基づき、事業内容データベース１００を参照し、自身が行いたい事業に欠落している事業内容を補間できる顧客を検索照会する機能を持つ。

フォーム情報送信部１０２は、ある顧客の端末装置２０を介して到来する登録要求に基づき、必要データの入力を促がす定型のフォーム情報を送信する機能を持つ。また、検索照会要求受信部１０３は、顧客Ｂ３からの検索照会要求を受信して事業内容研鑚照会部１０４を起動する機能を持つ。更に、検索回答送信部１０５は、事業内容検索照会部１０４により事業内容登録ＤＢ１００を検索した結果を要求のあった顧客３の端末装置３０へ送信する機能を持つ。

なお、フォーム情報は公開情報と秘密情報から成り、事業内容検索照会部１０４は、一次公開情報に基づいて事業を補間できる顧客を検索照会し、また、事業内容登録公開部１０１、二次秘密情報を公開するにあたり、必要な所定の手続きを経た後秘密情報の公開を許可する。このために、二次秘密情報の開示許可伺い画面ならびにその回答画面を生成し、これら画面を介して必要な情報を得るために二次秘密情報開示許可情報送受信部１０６を備える。この二次秘密情報開示許可情報送受信部１０６は、必要に応じて事業内容検索照会要求のあった顧客３の端末装置３０に対して秘密保持契約書画面情報を送信し、署名した書式情報画面を得る。
また、事業参入可否情報送受信部１０７は、顧客３の端末装置３０を介して到来する検索照会要求に基づき、サイト主催者１自身がその事業への参入を模索すべく関与の許諾を申し入れるための情報ならびにその回答を得るための画面情報を生成し送受信する機能を持つ。

図３に事業内容登録ＤＢ１００のデータ構造を示す。事業内容登録ＤＢ１００は、サイト主催者１の事業仲介サーバ１０を介して送信される定型の入力フォームに顧客２が自身の端末装置２０を操作して必要事項を入力し送信することにより付される会員番号毎、企業名、住所、連絡先、事業分野、業種コード、一次公開情報、二次秘密情報のそれぞれが蓄積されるフィールドを持つ。
一次公開情報、二次秘密情報共に、行える事業内容、行いたい事業内容、欠落している事業内容がコード化されて保持され、一事業内容につき、それぞれに複数のコードを保持できるものとする。

図４〜図１０は、図２、図３に示す本発明実施形態の動作を説明するために引用した図であり、事業仲介サーバによる登録処理手順、事業仲介サーバによる検索照会処理手順、入力フォームの一例、検索照会画面の一例、サイト主催者による問いかけ画面の一例、秘密保持契約書締結画面の一例、サイト主催者による事業参入可否伺い画面の一例のそれぞれを示す。

以下、図４〜図１０を参照しながら図２、図３に示す本発明実施形態の動作について詳細に説明する。
図４は、事業仲介サーバ１０に用いられるサーバプログラムによる登録処理手順をフローチャートで示した図である。
まず、事業仲介サーバ１０は、顧客Ａ（２）が自身の端末装置２０を操作することによるアクセスを受け（ステップＳ４０１）、更に、事業内容登録公開部１０１を介して事業内容登録要求を受信する（ステップＳ４０２）。
このことにより、事業者仲介サーバ１０は、フォーム情報送信部１０２を介して、サイトに入力すべき事業内容、その他についての入力フィールドから成る定型入力フォームを要求のあった端末装置２０へ送信する（ステップＳ４０３）。

定型入力フォームを受領した顧客Ａ（２）は、自身の端末装置２０の画面にその入力フォームを表示し、企業情報としての書誌事項と、一次公開情報と、二次情密情報とを区分けして、自らが行える事業と、自身が行いたい事業内容および自身に欠落している事業内容をそのデータフィールド毎入力し、それらを事業仲介サーバ１０に送信する。事業仲介サーバ１０は、事業内容登録公開部１０１を介して先に送信された必要データを受信し（ステップＳ４０４）、一般会員としての会員番号が付与され（ステップＳ４０５）、その会員番号毎、受信データを事業内容登録ＤＢ１００に登録し、蓄積する（ステップＳ４０６）。
定型入力フォームの一例は図６に示したとおりであり、そのほとんどが事業内容登録ＤＢ１００に蓄積される。
尚、会員は、例えば一般会員と特別会員に分けられ、前者は定型の入力フォーマットに必要データを入力して事業内容登録ＤＢ１００に登録した顧客、後者は、本事業仲介サイトに新規事業を起こすために検索照会を行い、サイト主催者１と共に新規事業を発足させたことのある企業とする。

図５は、事業仲介サーバ１０に用いられるサーバプログラムによる検索照会処理手順をフローチャートで示した図である。
まず、顧客Ｂ（３）は、自身の端末装置３０を操作し、通信ネットワーク４０を介してサイト主催者１の事業仲介サーバ１０にアクセスし（ステップＳ５０１）、自らが行いたい事業内容に欠落している事業内容と一致する別の顧客の事業内容を得るべく検索照会画面を利用して検索照会要求を発行する。検索照会画面の一例は図７に示されている。
事業仲介サーバ１０は、検索照会要求受信部１０３を介してこの検索照会要求を受信し（ステップＳ５０２）、事業内容検索照会部１０４による検索照会処理を起動する。

事業内容検索照会部１０４は、まず、事業内容登録ＤＢ１００の一次公開情報フィールドの内容を参照することにより、要求のあった顧客の行いたい事業と他社の行いたい事業、および顧客の欠落している事業内容と他社の行える事業とのマッチングを行うべく検索照会を行い（ステップＳ５０３）、その両方もしくは後者のみがヒットすることにより、要求のあった顧客に対し、一次公開情報の範囲でヒットした好ましい相手方企業である顧客の情報を送信する（ステップＳ５０４）。

顧客Ｂ（３）は、得られた情報の範囲内で好ましい相手方企業家を見いだした時、サイト主催者１に通知する（ステップＳ５０５）。次に、サイト主催者１は、好ましい相手方企業家である顧客Ａ（２）に通知し、商談をすすめるために本件事業について二次秘密情報を開示することについての伺いを立てる（ステップＳ５０６）。これは、二次秘密情報開示許可情報送受信部１０６で図８に示す問いかけ画面が生成され、これを送信することによって行なわれる。
相手方企業である顧客Ａ（２）により、図８に示す問いかけ画面を介して二次秘密情報を開示することが承諾された場合（ステップＳ５０７）、更に、二次秘密情報開示許可情報送受信部１０６で図９に示す秘密保持契約書締結画面が生成され、そして、顧客Ｂ（３）に送信され、サイト主催者１を含めて秘密保持契約を締結することの確認が行なわれる。その後、サイト主催者１は二次秘密情報を開示し（ステップＳ５８）、顧客Ａ（２）と顧客Ｂ（３）との間で更なる具体的商談に入るか否かの問い合わせが行なわれる（ステップＳ５０９）。

顧客Ａ（２）、Ｂ（３）は、更なる具体的な商談に入るものとし、このとき、サイト主催者１は、商談の仲介をするなかで、関連会社を含むサイト主催者自らの参入も模索できる。
この場合、事業仲介サーバ１０は、事業参入可否情報送受信部１０７で図１０に示す参入可否問合せ画面を生成して顧客Ａ（２）、Ｂ（３）に送信し、自身の参入を許可するか否かの問合せを行う。ここで事業参入可否時用法送受信部１０７を介し具体的商談を進めている顧客Ａ（Ａ）またはＢ（３）によって許可する旨の返事を受信したとき、サイト主催者１もその商談に参画できるものとする。
このようにして商談が成立した場合新規事業が発足し（ステップＳ５１０）、サイト主催者１は、企業間を結び付ける業際企業としての役割りを全うすることができる。

以上説明のように本発明は、企業もしくは起業家を対象とし、インターネットを利用して各企業の異なる事業内容を相互に補完するように仲介、斡旋を行うことにより、広い範囲で事業機会を創出し、かつ、各企業の持てる事業能力の活性化をはかる業際企業としての立場を確立し、しいては経済市場の再構築を可能とする。また、企業には企業秘密や営業秘密があり、インターネット上で公開する情報を階層化して管理して事業仲介、斡旋を行う他に、サイト主催者自身による事業参入も含みとすることも可能である。
なお、本発明実施形態では、通信ネットワーク上で公開する情報は、一次公開情報と二次秘密情報との２段階に階層化したが、階層は２段階のランクにこだわる必要は無く、秘密保持の決め細かな管理のために３段階以上にランク分けしてもよい。

なお、上記した本発明実施形態においては、事業仲介サーバ１０を構成する、事業内容登録公開部１０１と、フォーム情報送信部１０２と、検索照会要求受信部１０３と、事業内容検索照会部１０４と、検索回答送信部１０５と、２次秘密情報開示許可送受信部１０６と、事業参入可否送受信部１０７のそれぞれで実行される手順をコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録し、この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することにより上述した各装置における機能が実行されるものとする。ここでいうコンピュータシステムとは、ＯＳや周辺機器等のハードウアを含むものである。

また、「コンピュータシステム」は、ＷＷＷシステムを利用している場合であれば、ホームページ提供環境（あるいは表示環境）も含むものとする。
また、「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ＲＯＭ、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ等の可搬媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。さらに「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムが送信された場合のシステムやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリ（ＲＡＭ）のように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含むものとする。

また、上記プログラムは、このプログラムを記憶装置等に格納したコンピュータシステムから、伝送媒体を介して、あるいは、伝送媒体中の伝送波により他のコンピュータシステムに伝送されてもよい。ここで、プログラムを伝送する「伝送媒体」は、インターネット等のネットワーク（通信網）や電話回線等の通信回線（通信線）のように情報を伝送する機能を有する媒体のことをいう。
また、上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良い。さらに、前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるもの、いわゆる差分ファイル（差分プログラム）であっても良い。

以上、この発明の実施形態を図面を参照して詳述してきたが、具体的な構成はこの実施形態に限られるものではなく、この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計等も含まれる。
