Description
本発明による隔膜型センサは、図1を参照して先に説明した基本構成を有する隔膜型ポーラログラフ式センサである溶存水素センサに好適に適用し得る。
・作用極:Pt
・対極:Ag/AgCl
・測定時印加電圧:500mV(作用極−対極間)
・電解液:0.1mol/L HCl、0.1mol/L KCl
次に、本発明の他の実施例について説明する。本実施例では、本発明に従う白金メッキ層を、電気伝導率セルに適用する場合について説明する。

Claims (5)
- 電極の表面での測定対象成分の反応に伴い前記電極に流れる電流を測定するための電気化学式センサにおいて、
前記電極の表面に灰色を呈する白金メッキ層が設けられており、前記白金メッキ層は、該白金メッキが成される方向の単位時間当たりの電流密度が0.3〜6mA/cm 2 ・sの交流電流で白金メッキすることで設けられることを特徴とする電気化学式センサ。 - センサ本体の一端に試料中の測定対象成分を透過させる隔膜によって外部と区画される室を備え、前記室の内部に作用極と対極とが配置され、前記作用極と対極とが前記室内に収容された電解液に接触した状態で、前記隔膜を透過した測定対象成分が前記作用極の表面で反応することにより前記作用極と対極との間に流れる電流を測定するための電気化学式センサであり、前記作用極の表面に前記灰色を呈する白金メッキ層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1の電気化学式センサ。
- ポーラログラフ式センサ又はガルバニ電池式センサであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の電気化学式センサ。
- 前記電気化学式センサは、溶存水素センサであることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3の電気化学式センサ。
- 試料に接触するように配置された電極間に電圧を印加することにより試料の電気伝導率を測定するための電気伝導率セルにおいて、
前記電極の表面に灰色を呈する白金メッキ層が設けられており、前記白金メッキ層は、該白金メッキが成される方向の単位時間当たりの電流密度が0.3〜6mA/cm 2 ・sの交流電流で白金メッキすることで設けられることを特徴とする電気伝導率セル。
