Description
1.MIMOおよびSDMAに対する共同処理のため、システム容量が、大スケールにおいて向上させられる。
2.本発明によって提供される技術的ソリューションにおける複雑なアルゴリズムは、基地局側で扱われ、移動局に複雑さが増すことは全くない。したがって、本発明は、移動局の費用を低減するのに大いに役立つ。
3.移動局間の複数のアクセス干渉が、ビーム形成を使用して有効に抑えられ、分散構造の採用に起因して生じさせられるセル間の干渉は、全く存在しない。したがって、本発明は、共通周波数ネットワーキングを円滑にし、MIMO−OFDMシステムによく適合する。
4.MIMO伝送は、異なる基地局からのビームによって形成されるので、空間無線チャネルは、比較的互いに独立であり、MIMO伝送は、適しており、従来のMIMOが、空間的相関に影響されやすいという問題が、解決される。さらに、SDMAは、見通し線を有する環境によりよく適する。したがって、本発明の技術的ソリューションは、見通し線、および小さいカバレッジを有する都市環境によりよく適する。

Claims (11)
- 複数のアンテナによって形成されたアンテナアレイをそれぞれが有するアンテナRF処理ユニット(21、22、23)と、前記複数のアンテナRF処理ユニットにリモートで接続された中央処理ユニット(24)とを含み、
前記中央処理ユニットが、
移動局群の各移動局のデータをMIMO符号化して、移動局群の各移動局のデータから、マルチパスデータ記号を生成するようにするためのMIMO符号化ユニット(241)と、
移動局群の各移動局のマルチパスデータ記号群の各マルチパスデータ記号に、そのマルチパスデータ記号およびその関連付けされたアンテナRF処理ユニットに対応する重み付き係数ベクトルを掛けて、移動局群の各移動局の各マルチパスデータ記号のビーム形成データを獲得するためのビーム形成ユニット(242)とを含む、移動局群にサービスを提供する分散基地局(20)であって、
前記MIMO符号化ユニット(241)は、少なくとも1つの移動局のための前記マルチパスデータ記号を少なくとも2つのアンテナRF処理ユニットに関連付けするように適用され、
前記分散基地局は、少なくとも1つのアンテナRF処理ユニットを複数の移動局に関連付けし、複数の移動局に関連付けされた各アンテナRF処理ユニットのビーム形成データを重ね合わせ、重ね合わされたビーム形成データを、送信のためにそのすべてのアンテナに供給する重ね合わせユニット(243)をさらに含む、基地局(20)。 - 前記MIMO符号化ユニット(241)によって生成されるマルチパスデータ記号の数が、信号受信中に移動局群の各移動局によって受信されるビームの数と同一である、請求項1に記載の分散基地局(20)。
- 前記移動局の各マルチパスデータ記号のビーム形成データが、対応するアンテナRF処理ユニットのすべてのアンテナ上で、前記移動局群に向かうビーム群を形成する、請求項1に記載の分散基地局(20)。
- アンテナRF処理ユニットの各アンテナRF処理ユニットの各アンテナ上における移動局群の各移動局の重み付き係数ベクトルが、移動局群のチャネル測定情報およびフィードバック情報を使用し、他の移動局群に対する干渉を低減するための基準に基づいて計算される、請求項1に記載の分散基地局(20)。
- 前記MIMO符号化ユニット(241)が、空間時間ブロック符号化、空間周波数ブロック符号化、または空間の再利用を使用して符号化を実行する、請求項1に記載の分散基地局(20)。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の分散基地局(20)と、複数の移動局(MT1、MT2、およびMT3)とを含み、前記分散基地局(20)が基地局(20)のアンテナ群を介して移動局群の各移動局に直接に送信するビーム群が、対応する移動局のアンテナ群と一緒になってMIMO伝送システムを構成する、通信システム(30)。
- 複数のアンテナRF処理ユニット(21、22、23)と、前記複数のアンテナRF処理ユニットにリモートで接続された中央処理ユニット(24)とを含む分散基地局(20)と、移動局群との間において信号伝送の方法であって、
移動局群の各移動局に関して、前記基地局のデータをMIMO符号化して、移動局群の各移動局のデータをマルチパスデータ記号に分割するためのMIMO符号化ステップと、
移動局群の各移動局のマルチパスデータ記号の各マルチパスデータ記号に、そのマルチパスデータ記号に対応する重み付き係数ベクトルを掛けて、移動局群の各移動局の各マルチパスデータ記号のビーム形成データを獲得するためのビーム形成データ獲得ステップとを含み、前記方法はさらに、
前記移動局群の少なくとも1つのための前記マルチパスデータ記号を少なくとも2つのアンテナRF処理ユニットに関連付けるステップと、少なくとも1つのアンテナRF処理ユニットを複数の移動局に関連付けるステップとを含み、
複数の移動局に関連付けされる各アンテナRF処理ユニットに前記ビーム形成データは重ね合わされ、重ね合わされたビーム形成データは送信のためにそのすべてのアンテナに供給される、方法。 - 前記MIMO符号化ステップにおいて生成されるマルチパスデータ記号の数が、信号受信中に移動局群の各移動局によって受信されるビームの数と同一である、請求項7に記載の信号伝送の方法。
- 前記移動局の各マルチパスデータ記号のビーム形成データが、対応するアンテナRF処理ユニットのすべてのアンテナ上で、前記移動局群に向かうビーム群を形成する、請求項7に記載の信号伝送の方法。
- アンテナRF処理ユニットの各アンテナRF処理ユニットの各アンテナ上における移動局群の各移動局の重み付き係数ベクトルが、移動局群のチャネル測定情報およびフィードバック情報を使用し、他の移動局群に対する干渉を低減するための基準に基づいて計算される、請求項7に記載の信号伝送の方法。
- 前記MIMO符号化ステップが、空間時間ブロック符号化、空間周波数ブロック符号化、または空間の再利用を使用して符号化を実行する、請求項7に記載の信号伝送の方法。
