Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes an insert holder used to hold an insert member on a mold when forming a molded body such as a handhole, a manhole, or an information box, an insert member that is directly attached to the mold, and an insert member. The present invention relates to a method for producing a molded body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of the insert holder is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2951950. This constitutes an insert holder from a projecting portion that is mounted in a hole provided in a mold and a sealing portion that is provided with a threaded portion that is screwed into a threaded portion inside the insert member on the outer peripheral surface. . Therefore, after the sealing part of the insert holder is screwed into the insert member and integrated, the protrusion of the insert holder is attached to the hole of the mold, and then the concrete is placed in the mold and solidified. For example, the protrusion and the sealing portion are separated by raising the molded body with respect to the mold.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above insert holder, the concrete “loose” enters the gap between the sealing portion and the screwed portion of the insert member and solidifies until the concrete is placed in the mold and solidified. Therefore, when the sealing portion is rotated and removed from the insert member, a large rotational operation force is required. Further, the “slosh” may enter the inside of the insert member through the gap and solidify, and a large operating force is required even when a bolt is screwed into the insert member.
[0004]
In view of the above-mentioned situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem in that an insert holder is provided in which no sludge enters the insert member.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is an insert holding tool for holding an insert member on the inner surface side of a mold for forming a molded body such as a handhole or a manhole in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is attached to the mold And a cylindrical portion that is integrated with the mounting portion and has a threaded portion formed on the inner surface thereof, and is fitted or screwed to the outer surface of the insert member. The cylindrical portion on the molded body side and the mounting portion on the mold frame side are separated by lifting or lowering at least one of the molded body and the mold frame and separating the mold frame from the molded body. An insert holder was configured with a separating portion.
Therefore, when the insert member is held by the formwork, the integrated insert holder is attached to the formwork through the attachment portion by fitting or screwing the cylindrical portion to the outer surface of the insert member. It is. Thereafter, the concrete is poured into the mold and solidified, and the solidified concrete body is raised using, for example, a crane or the like, so that the mounting portion on the mold side and the cylindrical portion on the molded body side are separated from each other. And the cylindrical portion is integrated with the molded body. As described above, by covering the outer surface of the insert member with the cylindrical portion, it is possible to avoid that the “loose” of the concrete enters the insert member. For example, even if the “slope” enters and solidifies between the outer surface of the insert member and the inner surface of the cylindrical portion, there is no problem because the cylindrical portion is not removed from the insert member. In addition, when the cylindrical portion is screwed to the outer surface of the insert member, the insert member can be easily removed from the cylindrical portion due to the flow pressure of the poured concrete or the vibration applied to vent the air in the poured concrete. There is no such thing as going off.
[0006]
Since the lid portion for closing the opening of the end portion on the attachment portion side of the tubular portion is connected to the tubular portion via a thin portion, rainwater, dust, or the like is present inside the insert member of the finished molded body. The lid can be prevented from entering. Then, when screwing a bolt into the insert member, it is only necessary to release the connection of the lid part to the support part using a tool or the like. For example, the lid part is provided with a lid part by screwing. The removal operation can be performed quickly.
[0007]
It consists of a mounting portion provided for attachment to the mold to form a molded body of a hand hole or manhole or the like, a tubular portion threaded portion formed on an inner surface while being integrated with the attachment portion, wherein By raising or lowering at least one of the molded body formed by the mold and the mold and detaching the mold from the molded body, the cylindrical section on the molded body side and the mounting section on the mold frame side And a lid portion for closing the opening of the end portion on the mounting portion side of the tubular portion is connected to the tubular portion via a thin portion to constitute an insert member. Yes. When the insert member is held by the formwork, it is only necessary to attach the insert member to the formwork via the attachment portion of the insert member. After that, the concrete is poured into the mold and solidified, and the solidified concrete body is raised using, for example, a crane or the like, so that the mounting portion on the mold side and the cylindrical portion on the molded body side separate the separation portion. And the cylindrical portion is integrated with the molded body. The insert member configured as described above has no gap generated between the insert member and the insert holder in which the concrete “slope” enters as in the first aspect. Further, since the lid portion for closing the opening of the attachment portion side end portion of the tubular portion is connected to the tubular portion via the thin portion as in the second aspect, the inside of the insert member of the finished molded body It is possible to prevent the rainwater, dust, etc. from entering the lid by the lid. Then, when screwing a bolt into the insert member, it is only necessary to release the connection of the lid part to the support part using a tool or the like. For example, the lid part is provided with a lid part by screwing. The removal operation can be performed quickly.
[0008]
By providing a lid that closes the end opening of the cylindrical portion, and this lid is constituted by a lid screw having a screw portion that is screwed into a screw portion formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion, for example, bonding Troubles such as poor adhesion that occur when the lid is fixed to the cylindrical portion by the agent can be reliably avoided.
[0009]
A method for producing a molded body in which concrete or the like is poured into a space formed by a mold to form a molded body such as a handhole or a manhole, wherein the insert member is inserted into the mold by the insert holder according to claim 1. After forming a molded body by pouring a fluid such as concrete into the mold, at least one of the molded body and the mold formed by the mold is raised or lowered to move the mold from the molded body. Is separated from the cylindrical part on the molded body side and the mounting part on the mold side to produce a molded body.
[0010]
A method of manufacturing a molded body in which concrete or the like is poured into a space formed by a mold to form a molded body such as a handhole or a manhole, and the insert member according to claim 3 is held in the mold By pouring a fluid such as concrete to form a molded body, and then raising or lowering at least one of the molded body formed by the mold and the mold to separate the mold from the molded body. The molded body is manufactured by separating the cylindrical part on the molded body side and the mounting part on the mold side.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a molded body 1 such as a hand hole or a manhole disposed between buried pipes for connection, branching, passing through, and maintenance inspection after embedment of optical fibers and cables inserted into the buried pipes. This shows a state in which a number of nuts 2 made of metal (which may be made of resin and the material is not particularly limited) are embedded in the molded body 1. That is, after the nut 2 is held by the insert holder 4 on the inner surface side of the upper open-type metal mold 3 arranged on the floor surface, the (raw) concrete is poured into the mold 3 and solidified. It shows the state that was made to. The mold 3 is composed of a cylindrical outer mold 3A located on the outside and a convex inner mold 3B having a bottom contacting the floor and located on the inside. The outer mold frame 3A is configured such that a plurality (only two are shown) of the outer mold frame 3A can swing open and close around the horizontal axis X1 and X2 shown in the drawing. Since the nut 2 can be easily attached and detached, the nut 2 may be attached to the outer frame 3A using the insert holder 4 of the present invention, or the nut 2 may be attached by other methods (including conventional methods). 2 may be held. The outer mold 3A may be a fixed type that cannot swing open and close.
[0012]
The insert holder 4 is shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). The insert holder 4 is preferably made of a synthetic resin for ease of molding, but may be made of other materials such as metal. The insert holder 4 is integrated with a cylindrical mounting portion 4A for insertion into a hole 3K (see FIG. 3A) formed in the mold 3 and mounting, and the mounting portion 4A. And a cylindrical portion 4C formed on the inner surface of a screw portion 4B that is screwed to a screw portion 2B formed on the front end side of the outer surface of the nut 2 on the inner surface of which the screw portion 2A is formed. In order to separate the cylindrical part 4C on the molded body side and the mounting part 4A on the mold side by separating the molded body 1 from 3, a separating part 4D having a thin connecting portion between them is provided. The separation portion 4D is advantageous in terms of manufacturing by forming the connecting portion between the attachment portion 4A and the cylindrical portion 4C thin, but the attachment portion 4A and the cylindrical portion 4C are formed separately. Both of them may be integrated with an adhesive or the like, or may be integrated by fitting, and the connecting portion may be the separating portion 4D. Further, although the cylindrical portion 4C is screwed to the thread portion 2B on the outer surface of the nut 2, the cylindrical portion 4C may be externally fitted to the nut 2. In addition, when fitting outside, you may fix using an adhesive agent. Further, a taper (inclined) surface 4E located on the outer side of the front end of the mounting portion 4A is formed on the inner side toward the front end side so that it can be easily inserted into the hole 3K of the mold 3. Also good. Here, there is an advantage that the mounting portion 4A can be quickly mounted on the mold 3 by inserting and mounting the mounting portion 4A into the hole 3K of the mold 3, but it can be screwed into the mold 3 or the like. The mounting portion 4A may be attached by the above. As shown in the figure, the nut 2 may be provided with an annular flange portion 2F at one end, or may have no flange portion.
[0013]
When the nut 2 is held on the mold 3 using the insert holder 4, first, the insert holder 4 and the nut 2 are integrated by screwing the insert holder 4 into the outer surface of the nut 2. In this state, as shown in FIG. 3A, the nut 2 is inserted through the insert holder 4 by inserting the mounting portion 4 </ b> A of the insert holder 4 into the hole 3 </ b> K of the mold 3 from the inside of the mold 3. The mold 3 can be held.
[0014]
After the nut 2 is held on the mold 3 via the insert holder 4 as described above, (raw) concrete is poured from above the mold 3 to be solidified (vapor or the like is sprayed on the mold 3). The compact 1 may be accelerated (see FIG. 3A). Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the molded body 1 is moved along the contact surface with the mold frame 3, that is, the molded body 1 is raised in the direction of arrow H using, for example, a crane. The separation portion 4D is divided, and the mounting portion 4A and the tubular portion 4C are separated from each other with the separation portion 4D as a boundary, so that the molded body 1 in a state where the nut 2 and the tubular portion 4C are embedded is obtained (FIG. 3). (See (b)). The molded body 1 is detached from the mold 3 by raising the molded body 1. However, the molded body 1 is held at that position, and the molded body 3 placed on an elevator, for example, is lowered to form the molded body. The mold 3 may be detached from 1, or both may be detached by moving both the mold 3 and the molded body 1 in the vertical direction away from each other.
[0015]
You may comprise the said insert holder 4 as shown to Fig.4 (a), (b). That is, the lid portion 4F for closing the opening at the mounting portion side end portion of the cylindrical portion 4C constituting the insert holder 4 is integrally formed with the cylindrical portion 4C via the thin portion 4H. Then, after the nut 2 is held on the mold 3 via the insert holder 4 as described above, the concrete is poured and solidified, and then, as shown in FIG. For example, by using a crane or the like to raise the separation part 4D, the attachment part 4A and the cylindrical part 4C are separated from each other with the separation part 4D as a boundary, and the nut 2 and the cylindrical part 4C are embedded. Thus, the molded body 1 is obtained (see FIG. 5B). At this time, the opening of the nut 2 is closed by the lid portion 4F, so that dust or the like does not enter the nut 2. A horizontally long projecting portion 4G projecting toward the attachment portion is integrally formed at the approximate center of the surface of the lid portion 4F, and this projecting portion 4G is picked with a tool such as a radio pliers or a dedicated tool to remove the lid portion 4F. Although the cover 4F can be easily removed by rotating it, the protrusion 4G can be omitted. By integrally forming the lid portion 4F on the cylindrical portion 4C via the thin wall portion 4H, there is an advantage that it can be easily removed as well as the manufacturing surface. However, the lid portion 4F formed separately is adhesive, etc. May be fixed to the cylindrical portion 4C by using a locking means or the like. Other configurations not described are the same as those described above, and therefore, the same reference numerals are given and descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0016]
Moreover, you may comprise the said nut 2 as shown to Fig.6 (a), (b). 6A and 6B show the insert member itself in which the nut 2 has the function of the insert holder 4. In other words, a cylindrical mounting portion 4A provided for insertion into the hole 3K formed in the mold 3 and mounting, and a cylindrical shape integrated with the mounting portion 4A and having a threaded portion 4B formed on the inner surface. A disc-shaped cap screw 4J provided with a nut portion 4C, a screw portion 4I screwed into the screw portion 4B to form a lid for closing an end opening of the nut portion 4C, and the cylindrical shape A nut (insert member) 2 is composed of a lid portion 4F that is integrally formed via a thin portion 4H in order to close the opening at the end on the attachment portion side of the portion 4C. Then, in the same manner as described above, by separating the molded body 1 from the mold 3, in order to separate the cylindrical part 4C on the molded body side and the mounting part 4A on the mold frame side, a separating part 4D in which both connecting portions are formed thinly I am preparing. Therefore, after the mounting portion 4A of the insert member 2 is inserted and held in the hole 3K of the mold 3, the concrete is poured and solidified, and then the molded body 1 is moved to the arrow H as shown in FIG. For example, the separation part 4D is divided by being raised using a crane or the like, and the attachment part 4A and the cylindrical part 4C are separated from each other with the separation part 4D as a boundary, so that the cylindrical part 4C is embedded. The molded body 1 is obtained (see FIG. 7B). Other configurations not described are the same as those described above, and therefore, the same reference numerals are given and descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0017]
6 (a) and 6 (b), the lid is composed of the lid screw 4J. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the disc-shaped lid 4K is formed using an adhesive or the like at the opening end of the cylindrical portion 4C. The lid body may be fixed to the opening end of the cylindrical portion 4C using a locking means, and the means for fixing the lid body to the cylindrical portion 4C can be freely changed. . Other configurations not described are the same as those described above, and therefore, the same reference numerals are given and descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0018]
9 (a) and 9 (b), a plurality of projections 4T (four in the figure) along the longitudinal direction of the outer surface of the mounting portion 4C of the insert holder 4 shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b). However, any number may be used as long as it is two or more), so that the effect of preventing rotation and retaining against the solidified molded body 1 can be exhibited.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to claim 1 or claim 5, the tubular portion covers the outer surface of the insert member, so that it is possible to prevent the concrete “slope” from entering the inside of the insert member, and the insert member can be bolted. Can be smoothly and quickly performed without requiring a large operating force. In addition, when the cylindrical portion is screwed to the outer surface of the insert member, the insert member can be easily removed from the cylindrical portion due to the flow pressure of the poured concrete or the vibration applied to vent the air in the poured concrete. Therefore, there is no occurrence of a defective product in which the insert member is not in a predetermined position.
[0020]
According to claim 2, since the lid portion for closing the opening of the end portion on the attachment portion side of the tubular portion is connected to the tubular portion via the thin portion, the inside of the insert member of the finished molded body is provided. It is possible to prevent rainwater, dust, and the like from entering at the lid portion, and if the lid portion is removed, the bolt can be screwed immediately without performing a recovery process of the dust and the like. In addition, when the insert member is made of metal, it is possible to avoid rusting due to intrusion of rainwater or the like. Further, when removing the lid, it is only necessary to release the connection with the support using a tool or the like. For example, the lid can be removed more quickly than a screw provided with the lid. And workability can be improved.
[0021]
According to claim 3 or claim 6, it is possible to prevent the concrete “slope” from entering the inside of the insert member as in the case of claim 1 or claim 5, and screwing a bolt into the insert member It is possible to carry out smoothly and quickly without requiring a large operating force. In addition, it is only necessary to attach to the mold through the mounting portion provided in the insert member, which is advantageous in terms of manufacturing and mounting work on the mold. Removal operation can be performed quickly, and workability can be improved.
[0022]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the lid that closes the end opening of the cylindrical portion is constituted by a lid screw provided with a screw portion that is screwed into a screw portion formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion. Therefore, it is possible to reliably avoid troubles such as poor adhesion that occur when the lid is fixed to the cylindrical portion, and to improve the degree of completion of the product.
