Description
The present invention relates to a working vehicle that uses an electric motor driven by a battery as a power source, and more particularly to a working vehicle that operates with hydraulic oil supplied from a hydraulic pump driven by the electric motor.
The engine is the mainstream power source for conventional work vehicles. However, construction machines equipped with an electric motor as a drive source are used at sites where the engine cannot be used due to the surrounding environment, such as underground construction sites (see, for example, Patent Document 1). As a power source of the electric motor, a commercial power source or a battery mounted on a construction machine and charged by the commercial power source is used. The operation of such an electric motor is controlled by an inverter.
However, when a load is applied to this electric motor, the load current flowing from the battery to the inverter increases. However, if the overload condition continues, the overcurrent flows into the inverter and generates heat. The protective means for preventing the breakage of the battery is activated and stopped. When the inverter stops due to heat generation, the inverter cannot be restarted until the temperature becomes lower than a predetermined threshold value. As a result, there is a problem that a time during which the work vehicle cannot be used occurs. .
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and is configured to stop the operation of the electric motor when it is detected that the state in which the overcurrent flows through the inverter continues for a predetermined time. An object is to provide a working vehicle.
In order to solve the above-described problem, a working vehicle according to the present invention (for example, a crawler type power shovel 1 in the embodiment) is operated by a hydraulic actuator, and a hydraulic pump supplies hydraulic oil to the hydraulic actuator. An AC power drive type electric motor for driving the battery, a battery for supplying DC power, an inverter for operating the electric motor by converting the DC power of the battery into AC power and supplying the electric motor, and A controller for controlling the operation of the electric motor by controlling the supply of AC power to the electric motor by the inverter, and a current sensor for detecting the magnitude of the load current flowing from the battery to the inverter (for example, the voltage / current sensor in the embodiment) 42), and the controller is detected by a current sensor Operation magnitude of the load current, when it exceeds a predetermined threshold value continuously for a predetermined time, the controller to stop the electric motor have rows the operation control of the inverter, by the operator for actuation by the hydraulic actuator And an accelerator amount setting switch operated by an operator to set the accelerator amount, and the control controller operates the operation device and operates the accelerator amount setting switch to exchange AC with the electric motor by the inverter. It is configured to perform power supply control.
It also has a reset button that can be operated by the operator, and the control of the load controller detected by the current sensor continuously exceeds a predetermined threshold for a predetermined time and the controller stops the electric motor by the inverter. Then, when the reset button is operated, the control controller may be configured to resume supply control of AC power to the electric motor by the inverter.
When the working vehicle according to the present invention is configured as described above, even if a large load is applied to the electric motor and an overcurrent flows through the inverter to generate heat, the inverter is operated before the protection circuit of the inverter is activated, that is, the inverter. Since the operation of the electric motor is stopped by the controller before the motor becomes hot and stops, the work can be immediately resumed using the work vehicle, and the work efficiency is improved .
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, as an example of a working vehicle according to the present invention, a crawler type power shovel vehicle 1 will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, this power shovel vehicle 1 operates using the electric power from a battery for the purpose of being used in comparatively sealed space, such as underground. The power shovel vehicle 1 is provided with a traveling cart 4 constituting the
The
The
The
なお、このような電動モータ31としては、例えばIPM(Interior Permanent Magnetic)モータ等が用いられる。
Here, in the present embodiment, the
As described above, the power shovel vehicle 1 is driven using hydraulic oil supplied by controlling the
Now, control of the
Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the relationship between the voltage Vi applied to the
On the other hand, considering the relationship between the rotational speed of the
In the non-operation state (when the operation signal is not output from the operation device 14), the load current Io is low and the rotation is small even if the
For example, in the case of FIG. 5, for the highest rotational speed R MAX is the
Now, control of the operation of the
When the main switch of the power shovel 1 is turned on and started, the
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S101 that the driving operation has not been performed, the
Here, the acceleration amounts ΔR L , ΔR M , ΔR H are calculated in step S103. The currently set accelerator amounts (L, M, H), the discharge hydraulic pressures of the first to third pumps 32a to 32c. P 1 to P 3 , load current I 0 flowing into
Thus, if the predetermined time no operation state continues, it is not necessary to supply the hydraulic oil from the
Incidentally, the
As described above, when the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, there is no change in the operation amount of the operating
In the power shovel 1, when a load is applied to the
For this reason, the
As described above, the power shovel vehicle 1 according to this embodiment is configured such that the operator selects the accelerator amount, that is, the voltage value applied to the
For this reason, in the power shovel 1 according to the present embodiment, the load current Io is monitored by the
