Claims (5)
- 回転可能で、しかも挿入長さ調整自在にチャンバー内に挿入され、チャンバー内に熱風を吹き出す吹き出し口を有したパイプ形状の熱風吹き出しノズルと、
チャンバー内に設置されたワークを載置するワーク台とを備え、
前記吹き出し口は、前記熱風吹き出しノズルの長手方向に設けられていることを特徴とするリフロー炉。 - 前記熱風吹き出しノズルは、前記ワーク台の上下左右の位置に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリフロー炉。
- 前記熱風吹き出しノズルは、内部に電熱ヒーターが設置されたエアーヒーターであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリフロー炉。
- 前記チャンバーを構成する壁面にノゾキ窓が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリフロー炉。
- チャンバー内で静止状態に置かれたワークを加熱することによりワーク上に置かれたはんだ材料を溶融させるリフローはんだ付け方法において、
チャンバー内に挿入されるとともにチャンバー内に熱風を吹き出すための吹き出し口が長手方向に設けられたパイプ形状の熱風吹き出しノズルを回転させたり、チャンバー内への挿入長さを調整したりして、熱風の吹き出しノズルの熱風吹き出し方向と熱風吹き出しノズルの位置を調整することによりチャンバー内に置かれたワークのはんだ付けを行うことを特徴とするリフローはんだ付け方法。
