Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an obstruction nail that is placed between obstruction nails planted on a game board surface of a pachinko machine so as to obstruct a hit ball that falls along the game board surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many obstacle nails are planted in the game board to guide the hit ball that has been thrown into the game club to the winning hole, or to prevent winning, and the windmill to prevent the falling of the hit ball from becoming monotonous Obstacles such as are installed as appropriate. These obstacles are planted or fixed in advance based on the design, and cannot be arbitrarily moved or removed after fixing.
In particular, the obstruction nails are closely related to the mounting position of other obstacles such as windmills to be assembled on the game board and the mounting position of the prize opening, and the planting position is fixed at the design stage. It is not possible to change the position.
[0003]
For this reason, the conventional obstacle nail or the like for the hit ball has a drawback that it becomes monotonous as a result of being implanted at a fixed position as designed and guiding the hit ball in a substantially constant drop direction. In order to eliminate this monotony, an obstacle for a game ball that is passed between obstacle nails and obstructs the course of the hit ball to prompt the change of the course direction is proposed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-25283.
[0004]
The obstacle according to this proposal has a function in place of the obstacle nail itself. In other words, instead of laying a large number of obstacle nails, only two nails at both ends of the row are planted and passed between the two obstacle nails, so that a substantially intermediate nail can be driven. It will be omitted. The other function is to rotate the bearing when the ball hits one of the obstacle nails so as to rotate freely, or to change the course direction with respect to the hit ball colliding by swinging.
[0005]
As described, this obstacle blocks the space between the nail and the nail when it is mounted on the obstacle nail. It is designed to rotate or swing about a support shaft, and can pass between the nail only when the obstacle is pushed away by the force of the hit ball.
Therefore, in this sense, the function of the obstacle can be exhibited. However, the obstacle according to the already proposed proposal, in particular, the one passed between the two obstacle nails is attached. In this case, since the gap between the nail is completely blocked and the passage of the ball becomes impossible, it is merely a replacement of the obstacle nail, and a special change cannot be expected.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is intended to provide an obstacle that satisfies the player's taste by giving the hitting ball a change that cannot be obtained from the obstacle nail while using the existing obstacle nail in view of such a situation, In particular, the present invention receives a collision of a hit ball and bounces it, and changes the course in an unspecified direction, while those that collide with a specific position are repelled in a specific direction, for example, when installed near a prize opening It is an object of the present invention to provide a game board hitting obstacle that can be used to make it easy to win a prize by utilizing the repulsion in a specific direction.
[0007]
The present invention also provides a case where the ball hits the hit ball passing between the obstacle nails and is urged to change the direction, while the ball hits the ball between the obstacle nails without or with the collision. It is an object of the present invention to provide a game board hitting obstacle that can be further changed.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a main part having a length extending between at least two obstacle nails implanted on the game board surface, and a part of the main part corresponding to the two obstacle nails. An engaging recess for engaging the shaft portion of the obstacle nail is formed at the location, and the engagement recess is freely engaged with and disengaged from the shaft portion of the obstacle nail so as to be bridged between the obstacle nails. An object of the present invention is to provide a game board hitting obstacle which is an obstacle to falling hitting balls.
[0009]
Further, the present invention is to provide a hitting obstacle having a directivity so as to be struck in a specific direction with respect to a falling hit ball. In more detail, the rod-shaped main portion is an obstacle nail. It is an object of the present invention to provide a game board hitting obstacle characterized in that one surface which is an upper surface when installed and installed is an inclined surface which is inclined downward toward the game board surface.
[0010]
Further, in the present invention, in order to make the rebound with a further change to the hit ball that falls and collides, the main portion having the rod shape has a concave arc shape or a convex shape along the length direction as one surface as the upper surface when mounted on the obstacle nail. An object of the present invention is to provide a game board hitting obstacle characterized by being formed in an arc shape.
[0011]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a game board hitting obstacle characterized in that the main portion having a rod shape is formed into a corrugated shape in which an uneven surface is continuously formed on an upper surface when the main body is mounted on an obstacle nail.
[0012]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a game board hitting obstacle, wherein the main body portion is composed of two parallel bars and an obstacle bar extending between the bars.
[0013]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of obstacle bars are provided between the two parallel bars of the main body, and a space for allowing a hit ball to pass between the obstacle bars is provided. The object is to provide a hitting obstacle for a game board.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the embodiment of the present invention described above will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, and other features will be described together.
[Example 1]
In the drawings, FIG. 1 is a perspective view for explaining a use state in which a hitting obstacle according to the present invention is mounted between obstacle nails to be planted on a game board surface, and FIG. 2 is a hitting obstacle in the use state of FIG. FIG. 3 is a right side view of an enlarged central longitudinal section of a main part taken as a cross section in the central part of FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a hitting obstacle part, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged rear view of a part showing a state of being attached to an obstacle nail.
Reference numeral 1 in the figure denotes a main part of a hitting obstacle according to the present invention. 2 is an obstacle nail implanted in the game board 3 on which the main body 1 is mounted, and 4 is a jumping ball guidance device for receiving the jumping ball and guiding it to the winning opening 5.
[0015]
The guiding device 4 (generally corresponding to the winning device) for guiding the jumping ball P, that is, the winning ball P, is roughly the center of the gaming portion surrounded by a rail (not shown) attached to the front of the gaming board 3. Here, the entire device is shaped like a theater stage and is formed into a casing shape with the front open. The central portion corresponding to the stage (stage) is formed by arranging three steps 6a, 6b and 6c having a corrugated upper surface in a stepwise manner, and introduction floor portions 7 and 7 corresponding to the sleeves of the stage are provided on the left and right sides thereof. Forming.
[0016]
The foremost stage 6c of the apparatus 4 is not only the front edge of the stage but also the front of the game board 3. Then, when the ball P that has entered the recess 6 (in the drawing contains the pachinko ball P) positioned at the center of the step 6c rolls down and reaches each step, the winning opening 5 positioned below the step 6c. It is set to move into.
[0017]
The guiding device 4 is fitted into the mounting hole 9 formed in the game board 3 from the front side, and a bowl-shaped mounting piece 10 formed on the periphery of the opening 4a is brought into contact with the front surface of the game board 3 and fixed. And the ball P bounced by colliding with the obstacle nail 2 planted along the lower edge of the opening 4a can enter the inside of the opening 4a of this apparatus, that is, the stage part. Yes.
[0018]
By the way, although only the obstacle nail 2 implanted in the main part is shown in the drawing, the ball hit from the launching device is repelled and distributed in various directions on the game board, so there are many other obstacle nails. Will be planted. However, here, among these obstacle nails, the obstacle nails 2,... Guided by the obstacle nails (not shown) implanted to the side of the guiding device 4 and consequently implanted along the lower edge of the opening. The collision object receives the repulsion of the nail and jumps into the device.
[0019]
Many of the spheres P that jump into the vehicle collide with obstacle nails located at the left and right ends of the nail row that is implanted along the lower edge of the opening. The hit ball hit by the nail jumps into the introduction floors 7 and 7 corresponding to the sleeves of the stage, and then rolls and moves to the last stage 6a along the slope of the floor, After that, it is guided by the forward descending slope on the upper surface of each stage and drops and moves to the previous stage.
[0020]
During this time, the ball P enters one of the recesses of each of the steps 6a to 6c, and after being fitted, falls to the next step due to the forward descending gradient of the bottom of the recess 8, and again fits into any of the recesses. When the balls sequentially fall and move and finally reach the concave portion 8 at the center of the foremost stage 6c, the ball P is transferred from the concave portion to the winning opening 5 and becomes a winning ball.
[0021]
The main portion 1 of the hitting obstacle according to the present invention is installed so as to cross over the winning hole 5 by being attached to an obstacle nail 2 which is planted along the lower edge of the opening of the guiding device 4. The
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of this installation state. 3 and 4 are enlarged views of the means for attaching the main body 1 to the obstacle nail.
[0022]
In this embodiment, the main body 1 is formed in a rod shape having a length straddling a plurality of obstacle nails, and has a bay shape that accepts the shaft portion 2a of the obstacle nails 2 and 2 on the lower surface close to the end and sandwiches them. An engaging recess 11 is formed. The engaging recess 11 is cut into an octagonal shape with both edges of the opening facing outward to facilitate the reception of the shaft portion 2a of the nail. It can be fitted by pressing it as it is.
The main body 1 is preferably formed from a synthetic resin or metal material having a repulsive force so as to repel the hitting ball simultaneously with the mounting work.
[0023]
The main body 1 according to the above configuration is constructed in contact with the head 2 a as shown in the figure with respect to the obstacle nail 2, and a space through which the pachinko ball P can pass between the main body 1 and the front surface of the game board 3. 12, a ball that has not collided with the main body 1 or a ball that has not been bounced while colliding can fall as it is through the obstacle nails. Incidentally, reference numeral 13 in the figure denotes a glass covering the front surface of the game board 3.
[0024]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the hit ball that is driven into the game board surface is repelled in various directions by colliding with the obstacle nail 2 that is implanted on the board surface as in the prior art. When a ball that has fallen along the ball collides with obstacle nails lined up along the lower edge of the opening, it is bounced into it and jumps into the opening, rolling on the stage stage as described above, and again into the opening. Returning, a certain thing reaches the recessed part 8 and transfers from here to the winning opening 5, and a certain thing returns to the game board surface as it is.
[0025]
On the other hand, the ball bounced to near the center of the lower edge of the opening part may directly collide with the obstacle nail, and in this embodiment, the main object of the obstacle passed between the obstacle nails 2 and 2 It will also collide with part 1 and will be played in a different direction.
In particular, since the main body 1 is mounted near the tip of the nail as described above, the hemispherical portion (arc surface) on the front side of the sphere P collides as shown in FIG. , It is often rebounded in the direction of the game board, and the opportunity to jump into the opening 4a increases.
[0026]
Of course, the hit ball that is bounced toward the main part 1 is not always bounced to the game board side, but if it does not hit, it falls through the space 12 through the nail of the obstacle and falls downward. Will do. Therefore, as a result, various sorts are performed between the obstacle nails, and the course of the hit ball is changed.
[0027]
The main body 1 in this embodiment has a long rectangular cross-sectional bar shape and a length that straddles a plurality of obstacle nails 2. However, this length increases the flexure when the ball is hit and the elasticity is increased. Because it increases, it is effective to rebound the hit ball greatly.
In addition, the engaging recess 11 is formed on the lower surface of the main body portion 1 for mounting on the obstacle nail, but this engagement recess is formed at both ends of the main body portion 1 and each end is applied to the two obstacle nails. Thus, you may make it mount by passing. Of course, in this case, it goes without saying that one may be formed on the lower surface side and the other on the end, and the respective engaging recesses may be fitted to the shaft portion of the obstacle nail.
[0028]
By the way, since the engagement recess 11 is provided to latch the main body 1 on the obstacle nail 2, it is not limited to the one formed in the bay shape, but can be freely selected. A bay-shaped or U-shaped recess is suitable for workability and stability.
In particular, these recesses are suitable for the shaft portion 2a of the obstacle nail 2 and have a hollow portion having a small diameter, and when the recess nail is attached to the obstacle nail, the shaft portion 2a is sandwiched and fitted without looseness. Is preferred.
[0029]
As described above, when the main body portion 1 is mounted on the obstacle nail, since it can be mounted in a state where it is sandwiched simply by pressing in the case of a narrow recess as described above, it is simple and a stable mounting state is achieved. Will be obtained. Particularly in this case, since the main body 1 and the obstacle nail 2 are integrated, they will repel at the time of collision of the hit ball, exhibit high resilience and give various changes to the falling hit ball. Will be able to.
[0030]
If the engaging recess 11 formed in the main body portion 1 is formed in a bay shape that fits the head portion 2b of the obstacle nail 2 and the main body portion is fitted and mounted on the head portion 2b, This is convenient because it can be mounted stably at a fixed position without moving in the direction, and the space 12 formed between the main body 1 and the game board surface is accurately secured.
[0031]
[Example 2]
Next, FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment in which the upper surfaces 14 and 15 of the main body 1 are formed on an inclined surface so as to be inclined downward, that is, toward the game board surface.
In this embodiment, FIG. (A) is an example in which the inclined surface 14 is a smooth surface and the cross-sectional shape of the main part 1 is a substantially right triangle, and FIG. (B) is an upper surface 15 of the main part having a convex arc shape. This is an example.
In any case, when a falling hit ball is received, it is flipped backward by this inclination, and it is made easy to jump into the winning hole 5 provided in the game board, the guidance device 4 described in the above embodiment, etc. Is formed over the entire length of the main body 1, but may be selectively formed partially or intermittently at intervals.
[0032]
[Example 3]
FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the upper surface 16 of the main body 1 having a long bar shape is curved in a concave arc surface shape. The main body 1 changes the repulsion direction by its curved surface when it receives a hit ball on its upper surface, and can produce a more varied impact than that of the straight first embodiment.
Under the same idea, the upper surface 16 may be formed so as to protrude like a convex arc surface, that is, like a bow.
[0033]
[Example 4]
FIG. 7 shows a fourth embodiment in which the upper surface 17 of the main body 1 is corrugated in a corrugated manner. In this embodiment, the upper surface is corrugated so that a more varied change can be obtained from the difference in the repulsion direction between the concave and convex portions.
[0034]
[Example 5]
FIG. 8 shows an example in which the main body 1 is formed in a ladder shape by two long parallel bars 18 and 18 and an obstacle bar 19 which is passed between the bars.
In this embodiment, engagement recesses 11 and 11 are provided on the lower surfaces near the ends of the two rods 18 and 18, and they are mounted between the two obstacle nails 2 and 2 via the engagement recesses. The two rod bodies 18 and 18 and the obstacle rods 19 and 19 are parallel to each other with an interval through which the pachinko ball P passes, thereby forming a rectangular space 20. Pachinko spheres P can pass between them.
[0035]
The main body 1 is mounted by fitting engagement recesses 11 and 11 formed on the two rods 18 and 18 into two places of the base and the tip of the obstacle nail 2 and extending between the two obstacle nails. As used.
As is clear from the above configuration, the main body 1 can receive the hit ball on the two rods and the obstacle bar, and can repel the hitting ball in each of them and pass it through the space 20. Various changes can be given.
Of course, the main body 1 can be passed to the two obstacle nails 2 and 2 so that the obstacle nails implanted between them can be replaced with the obstacle rods 19 and 19, so that the obstacle nails in between can be omitted. .
[0036]
As described above, the present invention is further applied to the hit ball P that is guided to drop between the obstacle nails by mounting the main body 1 between the obstacle nails 2 and 2 that are pre-installed on the game board surface. There is an advantage that a design change can be easily given to a ready-made game board.
Needless to say, the main body 1 may be passed between the two nails in the horizontal position or between the nails in the inclined position.
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the case where it is mounted directly above the winning opening 5 has been described. However, it may be mounted in a portion not directly related to the winning opening, for example, so as to extend in front of the opening 2 a of the guiding device 4. It is also possible to wear and hit the ball at the part where the nail cannot be implanted.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
Although the present invention has been described with respect to various forms based on each embodiment, the obstacle of the present invention is mounted in a state of passing between two nails to be implanted on the game board surface, so that the gap between the nails is removed. Various changes can be made by colliding with or hitting the hit ball, replaying it, or reducing the falling speed. In addition, the ball that collides with this obstacle can produce a repulsion that cannot be obtained from the obstacle nail, and can change the direction of the ball. Can be given.
[0038]
In addition, in addition to the above-mentioned effects, the obstacle of the present invention is conventionally applied when it is mounted near the winning opening because it is hit between the front ends of the obstacle nail so that it hits the ball when it is hit. No jump-in condition will appear and the player can be entertained.
[0039]
Of course, the obstacle according to the present invention is easy to handle because it can be mounted simply by pressing the engaging recess into the obstacle nail, and it can be easily removed, so it is convenient. Moreover, since the structure is extremely simple, there is an advantage that it is easy to manufacture and excellent in practicality.
