【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、特定のオルガノポリシロキサンと部分架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン重合物を含有する化粧料に関し、軽いのび、べたつき、油性感のなさなどの良好な使用感を有しながら、エモリエント効果、化粧持続性に優れ、しかも経時安定性の良好な化粧料に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、化粧料においては、さっぱりとしてべたつきがなく、また経時での化粧持ちを向上させるために、油剤としてシリコーン油が多く使用されている。しかしながら、シリコーン油は他の炭化水素やエステル油などの一般的な化粧品油剤との相溶性が悪く、また流動特性として降伏値を持たないため、顔料などの比重差のある物質を配合することが困難であるという問題があった。そこで、部分架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン重合物とシリコーン油を混和することによって、ソフトで安定性に優れたゲル組成物が得られ、このゲル組成物を配合することにより経時安定性及び使用性が向上することが提案されている（特開平１−１９０７５７号、特開平１−２５０３０６号公報等）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、部分架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン重合物を用いる際に、多量に配合し過ぎたり、また、混和するシリコーン油によっては、ソフトな感触が失われ、のびひろがりが悪くなるなど、使用感に影響を及ぼす場合があった。従って、部分架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン重合物の優れた経時安定性付与効果を損ねることなく、より使用感に優れた化粧料の開発が望まれていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は、上記課題を解決するために鋭意研究を行った結果、化粧料において、特定のオルガノポリシロキサンと部分架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン重合物とを含有することにより、軽いのび、べたつき、油性感のなさなどの良好な使用感を有し、且つ、エモリエント効果、化粧持続性に優れ、しかも経時安定性も良好なものが得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本発明は、次の成分（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）；
（Ａ）下記一般式（１）で示されるオルガノポリシロキサン

（Ｂ）ベンゼンに不溶であるが、自重と同質量以上のベンゼンを含みうる三次元架橋構造を有するオルガノポリシロキサン重合物（ただし、部分架橋型ポリエーテル変性オルガノポリシロキサン重合物を除く）
を含有することを特徴とする化粧料である。さらに、一般式（１）におけるＲ2が、炭素数６のアルキル基であるオルガノポリシロキサンであることを特徴とする化粧料である。以下、詳述する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明で用いられる成分（Ａ）のオルガノポリシロキサンは、前述した一般式（１）で示されるものである。該オルガノポリシロキサンの製造方法は特に限定はされないが、一般的な製造方法としては、Ｓｉ−Ｈ基を有するポリシロキサンとα−オレフィンを白金触媒下で付加反応させる方法が挙げられる。

本発明で用いられる一般式（１）で示されるオルガノポリシロキサンにおいて、Ｒ１はメチル基である。Ｒ２で示される炭素数４〜８のアルキル基としては、ｎ−ブチル基、ｓｅｃ−ブチル基、ｔｅｒｔ−ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、２−エチルヘキシル基等を挙げることができる。これらの中でも、Ｒ２が炭素数６のアルキル基（ヘキシル基）であるオルガノポリシロキサンが他の油剤との相溶性が良く、使用性及び安定性の点で好ましい。また、Ｒ３及びＲ４はメチル基である。ｍは１０〜５５の整数、ｎは１５〜５５の整数である。

本発明で用いられる成分（Ａ）のオルガノポリシロキサンの配合量は、効果の発現及び使用性において、０．０１〜５０質量％（以下、単に「％」と記す。）が好ましく、更に好ましくは０．１〜４０％である。又、このオルガノポリシロキサンは必要に応じて一種又は二種以上を適宜選択して用いることができる。

本発明で用いられる成分（Ｂ）の部分架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン重合物は、ベンゼンに不溶であるが、自重と同質量以上のベンゼンを含みうる三次元架橋構造を有するオルガノポリシロキサン重合物で、特公平８−６０３５号公報等に記載されているものが例示される。市販品としては、部分架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン重合物にシリコーン油を配合したものとして、例えば、ＫＳＧ１５、ＫＳＧ１６、ＫＳＧ１７、ＫＳＧ１８（いずれも信越化学工業社製）等が挙げられる。
