【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, and incontinence pads for absorbing menstrual blood, vaginal discharge, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, a cage sheet, an incontinence pad, a liquid-impervious back sheet made of a polyethylene sheet or a polyethylene laminated nonwoven fabric, and a transparent article made of a nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet. There is known a liquid surface sheet in which an absorbent body made of cotton-like pulp or the like is interposed.
[0003]
In this type of absorbent article, an
[0004]
Various forms are adopted as the formation pattern of the anti-displacement
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as the pattern of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, as shown in FIG. 6, it is formed with the same coating width (length in the short direction of the absorbent article) from the product front end part to the product rear end part of the absorbent article. In the absorbent article, when the absorbent article is fixed to shorts, if the coating width is long, both ends of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may protrude from the shorts at the crotch region. When the application width is short, it has been pointed out as a problem that the end of the product is displaced due to the movement of the body.
[0006]
In addition, when wearing absorbent articles, especially in the crotch area, a complex force is applied such as receiving pressure in the width direction from the base of the foot, applying a twist, or applying a shearing force. Become. Due to these acting forces, both sides of the absorbent body are crushed to the center side, causing twisting or forming large vertical wrinkles along the longitudinal direction. In some cases, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is re-adhered to other parts and the deformation state is restricted, or leakage is caused by the vertical wrinkles.
[0007]
In order to solve this problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-54161 discloses that the formation pattern of the adhesive for preventing misalignment is a capital letter I shape, and the adhesive area is enlarged at both ends while the adhesive area is reduced at the crotch part. Thus, a method for preventing displacement and wrinkling of the absorbent article is proposed.
[0008]
However, in the case of the anti-displacement pressure-sensitive adhesive layer pattern described in JP-A-63-54161, the pressure-sensitive adhesive pattern in the crotch portion is one line along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article and at the longitudinal center position. However, such a crotch adhesive pattern substantially completely liberates the movement of the absorber, and the body is excessively compressed by vigorous body movement. The shorts will be restored to its original state when subjected to twisting or twisting, but the vertical wrinkles formed on the absorber remain, and there is a problem that the vertical wrinkles generated on the absorber are likely to leak. Was discovered.
[0009]
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is that in the absorbent article in which the adhesive slip prevention means is formed on the non-use surface side (outer surface), by properly defining the formation pattern of the adhesive slip prevention means for each part, Disclosed is an absorbent article that effectively prevents positional displacement of the entire absorbent article, and effectively prevents positional deviation of the absorbent body part that contributes to absorption in the crotch portion and occurrence of vertical wrinkles. It is in.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, as the present invention according to claim 1, an absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impervious back sheet, and adhesive slippage is prevented on the underwear contact surface side. In an absorbent article in which a means is formed, and a pair of left and right side side embossing is formed on the absorbent body on the surface of the absorbent body and / or on both sides of the absorbent body,
The adhesive misalignment stopping means has at least two or more patterns having different lengths in the short direction of the absorbent article, and has a relatively short length in the short direction in at least the crotch region of the absorbent article. A slip-off stop pattern is disposed, and an adhesive slip-off stop pattern having a relatively short lateral length is disposed at least in the front and rear end region of the absorbent article,
And in the crotch region, the position of the side edge of the adhesive anti-slip pattern is from the innermost side of the side edge of the absorber middle-high part or the pair of left and right side side fitting embosses in the short direction of the absorbent article. An absorbent article is provided that is present at a position of ± 5 mm.
[0011]
In the first aspect of the present invention, in the front and rear end regions of the absorbent article with little movement, the adhesive misalignment stopping means is lengthened in the short direction to increase the bonding area, and the entire absorbent article is underwear. Adhere securely to avoid misalignment.
[0012]
On the other hand, in the crotch region that receives pressure, tensile force, twist, etc. in the width direction, the length in the short direction of the adhesive slip prevention means is shortened, and the absorbent body sandwiched between the mid-high region of the absorbent body or the side fit emboss An adhesive misalignment stop means is disposed only in the region so as to adhere to the undergarment. Therefore, in the crotch region, the side region of the absorbent body can be freely deformed, and the deformed (vertical wrinkle) state by re-adhesion after deformation is not constrained. become. In addition, for the absorber region sandwiched between the absorber mid-high region or the side fit embossing, it is possible to reliably prevent positional displacement by adhering to the underwear, and the absorber is prevented by intense physical exercise. Even if it receives excessive compressive force or twisting, as the shorts are restored to the original state, the absorber is also restored to the original state and vertical wrinkles are eliminated, so leakage is effective. Will be prevented.
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the front and rear end region, the side end portion position of the adhesive misalignment pattern exists at a position of ± 5 mm from the absorbent side edge in the short direction of the absorbent article. The absorbent article described is provided.
[0014]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the front and rear end regions, the entire absorbent article is bonded so as not to be misaligned by bonding the substantially entire width of the absorbent body to the underwear. In addition, both end portions of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer do not protrude from the shorts.
[0015]
As the present invention according to claim 3, the adhesive slip-preventing pattern has three or more patterns with different lengths in the short direction of the absorbent article, and is gradually shortened from the crotch region to the front and rear end regions. The absorbent article according to any one of
[0016]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the longitudinal outline connecting the ends of the adhesive misalignment pattern becomes a substantially arc-shaped curve, and the adhesive force to the underwear gradually increases as the arc-shaped curve expands. This is preferable.
[0017]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the absorbent article according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the adhesive displacement preventing means is a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, or a surface fastener.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, in the absorbent article in which the adhesive slip preventing means is formed on the non-use surface side (outer surface), the formation pattern of the adhesive slip preventing means is appropriately specified for each part. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively prevent the positional shift of the entire absorbent article and to effectively prevent the positional shift of the absorbent body part that contributes to absorption and the occurrence of vertical wrinkles, particularly in the crotch region.
