本発明は、建設現場等で発生した土砂を、能率よく地盤内に埋め戻す排土埋め戻し孔形成装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
切土や杭の埋設、地下構造部分の掘削等、建設現場で発生する土砂はかなりの量にのぼる。このような発生土は、従来、ダンプトラックによって所要の廃棄場所に運んで埋め立てる等により処理されている。このような発生土(排土)を処理する方法では、それを処理するための廃棄場所を確保するのが困難化しているとともに、多額の運搬費を要するため、これが建設費に大きく影響することになってきている。特に、発生土中にセメントや固結剤等を含む建設汚泥については、産業廃棄物としての規制を受けるとともに、含水比も高いため、廃棄処理が増々困難化している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、上記の方法に代って、排土を現場内で処理することが考えられてきた。これは、排土に固化剤等を混合させて固形化と減容化を図ろうというものである。しかし、この方法では、固形化を図る際、粉末の固化剤を排土に振り蒔いて混ぜ合せるため、現場内外に粉塵が発生し環境が悪くなる、という問題がある。また、建設汚泥は大量に水分を含んでいるので、その脱水処理をする必要があり、その設備を設ける等で多大な費用と労力を要することになる。

本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解決するためになされたもので、排土を建設現場の中で、柱やフーチング、杭等が位置する以外の場所に、らせん翼と掘削刃を備え、下端を開閉可能としたケーシングをネジ込んで引き上げ、地盤中に排土の埋め戻し孔を形成し、その孔に排土を充填して処理することにより、排土の処理を現場内で安価に能率よく、しかも、施工前より以上の有効土圧を増加させることのできるようにした排土埋め戻し孔形成装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、外周にネジ込み用のらせん翼を突設すると共に上下端が開放された縦長の本体管と、その下端部に外嵌されその下部を本体管の下端より所要長さ下方に突出して本体管に固設され、下端に多数の掘削刃を突設した掘削筒とからなるケーシングと、前記本体管の下端とそれより下方に突出した掘削筒の内周で形成された凹み部分に係脱自在に納められた掘削刃を有しないケーシングの開放下端を塞ぐ蓋板とよりなることを特徴とする、排土埋め戻し孔形成装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照して説明する。図1〜図3は本発明排土埋め戻し孔形成装置の一実施態様を示し、図4は同他の実施態様を示し、図5は、排土埋め戻し孔形成装置による排土の処理を工程順に示したものである。

まず、本発明の実施形態に係る排土埋め戻し孔形成装置について説明する。図1〜図3において、1はケーシング、2はケーシングの本管で、縦長に形成され、その上下端は開放されている。本管2の下端部には、下端に多数の掘削刃4を突設した掘削筒3が外嵌され、その下部を本管2の下端より所要長さ下方に突出して溶接等により固設されている。そして、ケーシング1の下端部外周には、ケーシングネジ込用のらせん翼5が約一巻きにわたり突設されている。また、ケーシング1のらせん翼5より上部の外周には、必要に応じてらせん翼5とほぼ同ピッチのスパイラルリブ6が設けられている。

排土の処理方法は、上記の装置を使用して行われる。まず、図5(イ)のように、地盤上に蓋板7を載置して、ケーシング1を矢印のように吊り降して蓋板7に遊嵌させる(図1参照)。その状態で図5(ロ)のように、ケーシング1をらせん翼5のネジ込み方向に回転させながら押圧する。それによって、掘削刃4により地盤が掘削され、そして、らせん翼5のネジ込み作用でケーシング1は地中に貫入されることになり、その貫入で掘削された土砂はケーシング1の外周へと押し出され、外周域の地盤に圧密されて行くことになる。

図5(ハ)のように、ケーシング1が所定の深度に達したら、同(ニ)のように、ケーシング1を逆回転させ、らせん翼5の逆推進作用を利用して引き上げながらケーシング1の中へ排土aを投入して行く。ケーシング1の引き上げにより、蓋板7は地中に残置され、ケーシング1の引き上げにより形成された孔10内には搬入された排土が充填されて行く。ケーシング1の引き上げ終了後は、図5(ホ)のように、ケーシング1の貫入で形成された埋め戻し孔10に排土aの充填された土柱11が造成されることになる。なお、排土aの投入は、ケーシング1を引き上げた後に行うこともできる。

なお、埋め戻した排土aは、必要に応じて圧力を加えて圧密すれば、強固な土柱11とすることができ、ケーシング1の貫入により圧密強化された周辺地盤と併せて、地盤の改良に役立たせることができる。

図4は、上記装置の他の実施態様を示したものである。この装置では、ケーシング1の開放下端を塞ぐ蓋板7を、掘削筒3に連結具12によって取り付けたものとしている。それによって、ケーシング1の引き上げにあたって、蓋板7を孔10内に残置することなく、吊るした状態でケーシング1を引き上げることができる。したがって、蓋板7をケーシング1共々反覆利用することができる。なお、図示の例では、連結具12は掘削筒3の外側に設けられているが、これは、掘削筒3の内側に設けることもできる。

以上説明したように、本発明の排土埋め戻し孔形成装置によれば、掘削刃とネジ込み用のらせん翼を設けたケーシングとその開放下端に係合する蓋板を設けたものとして、無排土で地中にネジ込み貫入できるようにしたので、建設現場内の地盤に容易に能率よく、排土を埋め戻す孔を形成することができるとともに、ケーシングの貫入により周囲の地盤を圧密して、施工前よりも地盤の有効土圧を増加させる等の地盤改良にも役立たせることができる。
