Claims (11)
- 電磁波を用いて透過方式で脈拍、血液、組織及び/又は皮膚のパラメータを測定する医療センサであって、
− 前方から患者の指又は足指上に押し付けるためのクリップ様の担持部を有し、
− 前記担持部の第1担持脚部が、少なくとも1つの送波素子を担持し、測定動作中、該第1担持脚部の内面によって前記指又は前記足指に当たり、
− 前記担持部の第2担持脚部が、少なくとも1つの受波素子を担持し、測定動作中、該第2担持脚部の内面によって前記第1担持脚部と反対の側で前記指又は前記足指に当たり、
− 前記担持部の担持基部が、前記指又は前記足指の先端部の領域において2つの前記担持脚部同士を接続し、
− クリップ様のばね部が設けられ、これが、第1及び第2ばね脚部と、前記ばね脚部を接続するばね基部とを持ち、
− 前記ばね部が、前記第1ばね脚部が前記第1担持脚部の外面に当たり、前記第2ばね脚部が前記第2担持脚部の外面に当たるように前記担持部の外側に配設され、
− 前記担持部が、前記ばね部より柔軟な材料で作成され、
− 前記ばね脚部が前記担持脚部に互いの方への初期応力を与え、
− 前記ばね部が、前記第2ばね脚部と前記ばね基部との間の移行部に作成される第1ばね領域と、前記ばね基部の略々中央に作成される第2ばね領域と、を持ち、
− 前記第1ばね領域は、前記第1ばね領域に隣接する2つの支持部をつなぎ合わせ、前記第2ばね領域は、前記第2ばね領域に隣接する2つの支持部をつなぎ合わせ、
− 前記支持部が、該支持部をつなぐ前記ばね領域より堅く、
− 前記第2ばね領域が前記第1ばね領域より堅い、医療センサ。 - − 前記担持部が一体に作成され、且つ/又は
− 前記ばね部が一体に作成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。 - 前記第1及び第2ばね領域が、それぞれ異なるばね弾性を持つことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ。
- 前記担持脚部を広げる間、より柔軟な前記ばね領域に隣接する前記支持部が、このばね領域における屈曲変形を所定の程度までに制限する止めを形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセンサ。
- 前記担持基部が中空部として設計され、前記中空部内には、前記測定動作中、前記先端部より先に突出する指の爪又は足の爪が入り込むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。
- − 前記担持脚部の前記内面が、押し付ける方向と直角に凹状のように湾曲させられ、
− 各担持脚部において、側頬部が中央領域より先に突出し、
− 前記センサが前記指又は前記足指上に押し付けられる前には、前記担持脚部が該担持脚部の側頬部において互いと当たるように前記ばね部が該担持脚部に互いの方への初期応力を与えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記担持部の外側に、前記第1担持脚部の前記外面から前記担持基部の外面を介して前記第2担持脚部の前記外面まで延在する溝があり、前記少なくとも1つの送波素子及び前記少なくとも1つの受波素子が前記溝内に配設され、前記送波素子及び前記受波素子のための接続ケーブルが前記溝内に敷設され、前記ばね部が外側から前記溝をふさぐことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記担持部が、前記センサが前記指又は前記足指上に押し付けられた後、該指又は該足指上に該センサを固定することを可能にする固定装置を持つことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。
- − 前記第1ばね脚部が、前記ばね基部に隣接する先頭部と、前記ばね基部から遠く離れている末端部とを持ち、
− 前記末端部が前記先頭部より柔軟であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記末端部が前記第2ばね領域より堅いことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のセンサ。
- 前記末端部が、前記第2ばね脚部に対して略々中央である領域において前記先頭部に接続されることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のセンサ。
