Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a low noise type production line for producing a concrete product mainly composed of cement.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Concrete products are made by mixing a mixture of cement, aggregate and water into a mold and curing it, and then removing it from the mold to form a product. Since the powder, sand, gravel, etc. are handled in the work process, the work environment is apt to get dirty, and it is inevitably produced under conditions that are not hygienic. This situation occurs because the raw material is carried by a truck, a forklift, etc., and dust is scattered when it is applied to a container. In addition, when filling the mold with the mixture, it is necessary to apply vibration with a device called a vibrator in order to reach every corner of the mold, and the vibration, impact and noise are also included. For this reason, it has become common practice that the working environment of factories that manufacture concrete products is not good.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present inventor has conducted research to establish a technique for producing a concrete product while maintaining a favorable working environment, and has reached the present invention. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to eliminate bad conditions such as dirt caused by dust and the like and noise during filling from the working environment for manufacturing concrete products.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention uses a metering unit for metering raw materials, a kneading unit for stirring a plurality of metered raw materials using a defoaming mixer, and a kneaded material using a quantitative filling machine. The above-mentioned weighing is provided with a filling portion that does not need to be vibrated to incline the mold while degassing the air in the mold and a curing unit that places the mold filled with the kneaded material. The means of arranging the section, the kneading section, and the filling section along the work line is taken.
[0005]
The concrete product handled by the present invention should not be limited in its kind. However, as an example, it is possible to manufacture a thin-walled concrete product, for example, a box block or a panel-like member that fills soil and contributes to greening of a structure. In addition, it is also possible to produce plastic images of animals and the like and other irregular shapes.
[0006]
In the low-noise production line according to the present invention, all raw materials have fine particles or properties close to fine particles. In the present invention, the fine particles are those having a diameter of 200 μm or less, and these raw materials are weighed in the weighing section. Raw materials are, for example, cement, aggregates or silica sand and fibers as reinforcing materials, pigments as colorants, pigments as a colorant, to improve workability without increasing the water content, or to maintain workability by reducing the amount of water It consists of water reducing agent and water as the additive to be used (see FIG. 2), tank truck (see FIG. 2), dump truck (see FIG. 2), truck (see FIG. 2), or pump (see FIG. 2). ) Is sent to the weighing unit. The raw material undergoes an acceptance inspection as shown as “Received” in FIG. 2 and is stocked in a stock yard indicated as “Su”. The storage form of raw materials up to the weighing (loading appearance) is as follows: Cement is a simple moving silo (Figure 2), silica sand is a flexible container (Figure 2F), fiber and pigment are bags (Figure 2) ), The water reducing agent is in a can (can in FIG. 2), etc., and is measured by a measuring machine in the measuring unit.
[0007]
It is desirable for the weighing machine to be capable of accurately weighing raw materials that are continuously supplied. For this purpose, a so-called batch type weighing machine equipped with a hopper that does not cause bridging and a positive displacement feeder can be suitably used. Several hoppers are used properly according to raw materials. For example, fibers and pigments or water and water reducing agents can be handled by a common hopper.
[0008]
A kneading part is a place which stirs several measured raw materials with a defoaming mixer. The defoaming mixer is optimally an evacuated type, also called a vacuum stirrer, and by using this, it is surely defoamed even with high-viscosity materials and kneaded with a simple mixer. Since the strength is increased and the quality is stabilized, it is convenient for the purpose of the present invention.
[0009]
The kneaded material kneaded through the stirring step is a material immediately before the concrete product containing all necessary components, and after that, no matter what type is used, it is manufactured by the production line of the present invention. It is easy to make a product with no big difference. Therefore, the kneaded material is a high-quality molding material that has been subjected to precise weighing and has been guaranteed a certain quality, and can be distributed to other factories or sold to a third party. In that case, the kneaded material can be transferred to a bagging step and bagged with a sealing machine.
[0010]
The filling part is a part where the kneaded material is filled into the mold. Prior to filling, it is desirable to visually inspect the quality of the ready-mixed concrete, or to perform a quality inspection by, for example, performing a slump test. The filling is performed by using a metering filling machine, and the mold is inclined to fill the kneaded material into the mold while degassing air. As the metering filling machine, it is desirable to use a so-called MONO pump having a corrugated rotor, and the conventional oscillating work can be eliminated in the filling work by the metering filling machine using the MONO pump.
[0011]
The curing part is a place where the mold filled with the kneaded material is placed until demolding. The weighing unit, the kneading unit, and the filling unit are arranged along the work line, and the work line has means for moving the mold. The means for moving the formwork includes, for example, a carriage on which the formwork is placed and a conveyor for moving the carriage. The curing unit is arranged at the end of the work line or at a place away from the work line.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The conveyor 13 ′ of the filling unit work line 14 has an inclination function for performing the filling operation by inclining with the formwork 11 placed so that the raw material filling port is at the uppermost position.
[0014]
The carriage storage 20 and the curing unit 27 are connected by a quiet transporter 28 such as a small battery lift vehicle, and the form carriage that is being cured is a carriage storage 30 located at the end of the curing unit work line 15. Gradually sent to. In addition, when selling the high quality molding material manufactured through the kneading part 24, it sends to the bagging part 29 from the kneading part 24 so that it can be shipped as a kneaded material with a sealed bag.
[0015]
The low-noise production line 10 of the present invention thus configured includes silos 21 and 22, a weighing unit 23 comprising a batch type weighing machine, a kneading unit 24 comprising a vacuum degassing stirrer, and a filling unit having a mono pump in the hopper. 26 and has a configuration in which the working units communicate with each other through the conveyors of the work lines 14 to 17 and the quiet conveyor 28. For this reason, the fine particles are not scattered, the working environment is not polluted, and is kept quiet.
[0016]
When producing a concrete product by the low noise production line 10 of the present invention, the raw materials are carried from each stock yard to the weighing unit 23 as described above, and the required amount is weighed, and kneaded and stirred together with water in the kneading unit 24. . Since the kneaded material previously stirred under vacuum defoaming conditions is quantitatively filled by the MONO pump 25 in this step, no bubbles remain in the kneaded material, and no bubbles remain in the mold 11 at all. Absent. After completing the fixed amount filling operation, the mold 11 is transported from the carriage storage 20 to the curing unit 27 by the transporter 28, and primary curing is performed. FIG.
[0018]
After the primary curing period has passed, the mold material-filled formwork is moved to the demolding section work line 15 and enters the demolding work to take out the concrete product, while the mold 11 performs the cleaning work and the release agent coating work. Then, it is sent to the contact work line 16 between both lines of the filling part removal part for mold assembly work. See FIG. The concrete product taken out is transferred to the secondary curing as it is or after reworking, but those that do not work are sent to disposal. Concrete products that have passed the secondary curing period are shipped after product inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
[0019]
