Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]
The present invention relates to a cable with a branch, and more particularly to a cable with a branch that can take a branch line from an arbitrary position.
[Prior art]
[0003]
Generally, for cables to be wired to high-rise apartments, etc., it is possible to easily take out the branch line from any position of the cable in order to efficiently perform the wiring work from the wiring board on the basement or the first floor to each house. The cable with the branch is used.
[0004]
As such a cable with a branch, as shown in FIG. 5 , branch wires 1 having different lengths wired for each door are twisted around the support wire 2, and a rough winding is applied to the outer periphery thereof. 2. Description of the Related Art A so-called bamboo shoot type cable with a branch is known in which a tape-like string 3 is spirally wound in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of 1 to form a cable, and a branch line can be taken out from an arbitrary position of the cable.
[0005]
Such a bamboo shoot-type cable with a branch is obtained by feeding the branch wire 1 from a bobbin attached to a twisting machine (not shown), twisting it around the outer periphery of a support wire 2 that travels, and subjecting the outer periphery to rough winding. Manufactured.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0006]
On the other hand, recently, the number of required telephone lines has increased with the rise of buildings, and with the spread of the Internet, not only telephone lines but also wiring requirements for LAN (Local Area Network) lines. Accordingly, the number of branch lines in the branch cable is increased accordingly.
[0007]
Here, for example, in the wiring work of a high-rise apartment house, when it is necessary to wire a telephone line and a LAN line for each house, assuming that the number of apartment houses is 19 or more, the telephone line and LAN As a service line, 38 or more branch lines are required.
[0008]
However, it is difficult to manufacture a cable with a branch having a large number of branch lines using a conventional manufacturing facility because of the number of installed bobbins of the twisting machine. That is, the existing twisted wire machine is limited by the number of bobbins around which the branch line is wound, so that the number of branch lines is limited. For example, in an 18-bobbin stranded wire machine in which bobbins for winding branch wires are 12-bobbins and 6-bobbins are arranged in a so-called tandem, the number of branch wires is limited to 18. Even if the twisting process is repeated using the machine, that is, two passes are performed, the number of branch lines is limited to 36. Therefore, in order to twist many branch lines on the outer periphery of the support line, there is a problem that a large-sized twisting machine with a large number of bobbins must be newly installed.
[0009]
For this reason, it is possible to manufacture a plurality of so-called bamboo shoot-type branched cables and lay out these bamboo shoot-type branched cables. Is complicated and expensive.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and using an existing twisting machine, that is, using a conventional small-sized twisting machine, the number of required strips on the outer periphery of the support wire is increased. It aims at providing the cable with a branch which can twist a branch line.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0011]
In order to achieve such an object, the cable with a branch according to the present invention is twisted around a support line and a plurality of branch lines each having a different length, which are preliminarily measured based on a wiring drawing. In a cable with a branch formed by roughly winding the outer periphery in the direction opposite to the twisting direction of the branch line, each branch line is integrated with a plurality of small branch lines arranged in parallel with these small branch lines. The common jacket is provided with a neck portion that can be separated for each small branch line.
[0012]
The branch line in the cable with branch of the present invention is composed of a small branch line serving as a telephone line and a small branch line serving as a LAN line arranged in parallel. It is characterized in that it is composed of an integrated glass type or dharma type in cross-sectional view.
[0013]
According to the present invention, for example, since the branch line includes a small branch line serving as a telephone line and a small branch line serving as a LAN line, an existing twisted wire machine, that is, a small twisted wire having a small number of bobbins. Even a machine can produce a cable with a branch having many branch lines. In addition, the branch line is composed of, for example, a small branch line serving as a telephone line and a small branch line serving as a LAN line, and these small branch lines are integrated into a glasses type or a dharma type in a sectional view with a common jacket. In the case of a configuration, a small branch line as a telephone line and a small branch line as a LAN line can be easily separated, and a connector can be easily attached to the terminal of each small branch line. become.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0014]
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment to which a cable with a branch according to the present invention is applied will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0015]
FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a cable with branches according to the present invention. In the figure are denoted by the same reference numerals in common with Fig. In FIG. 1, the cable with branches of the present invention includes a support wire 2 made of a steel stranded wire, a plurality of branch wires 4 twisted around the support wire 2, and an outer periphery of the branch wire 4. A tape-like string 3 roughly wound in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of the branch line 4 is provided.
[0016]
FIG. 2 is a schematic sectional view of the branch line 4 in the present invention. In the figure, a branch line 4 in the present invention includes a small branch line 5 serving as a telephone line and a small branch line 6 serving as a LAN line. Here, as the small branch line 5 serving as a telephone line, for example, a wire core (hereinafter referred to as “twisted wire core”) 5a formed by pairing an insulating wire core provided with, for example, a polyethylene insulator on the outer periphery of the conductor is used. The small branch line 6 provided as a pair and serving as a LAN line includes four pairs of twisted cores 6a. The twisted cores 5a and 6a are twisted at a predetermined pitch.
[0017]
These small branch lines 5 and 6 are arranged in parallel, and the outer periphery of each of the small branch lines 5 and 6 is externally shared by extrusion coating of polyvinyl chloride resin or the like across the small branch lines 5 and 6. A cover 7 is provided. By this common jacket 7, the small branch lines 5 and 6 are integrated, and a so-called dharma type or glasses type branch line 4 is obtained in a cross-sectional view.
[0018]
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the branch line 4. In this embodiment, only the small branch lines 6 and 6 serving as LAN lines are arranged in parallel, and the outer periphery of these small branch lines 6 and 6 is the same as the branch line 4 shown in FIG. A common jacket 8 is provided.
[0019]
Next, a method for twisting the above branch lines will be described. First, the number of the branch lines 4 is required by the number of houses to be wired to the apartment house, and the branch lines 4 are previously measured based on the wiring drawings and have different lengths. ing.
[0020]
The branch wires 4 are respectively wound around bobbins of existing twisted wire machines, and are respectively unwound from the bobbins and twisted around the outer periphery of the supporting wire 2 that travels. And the cable with a required branch is obtained by spirally winding the tape-like string 3 on the outer periphery of the branch line 4 in the direction opposite to the twisting direction of the branch line 4, that is, roughly winding. In addition, if the thing which has a twist back mechanism is used as a twisting machine, the cable which has a predetermined electrical characteristic will be obtained.
[0021]
FIG. 4 shows a laying state of the branching cable of the present invention in the cable shaft. In the figure, parts that are the same as those in FIG. 4, first, the branch cable of the present invention are laid lifting in the cable shaft, the upper portion of the support wire 2 is fixed to the ceiling (not shown) or the like, is connected to the lower wiring board (not shown) . Further, the branch line 4 is branched from an arbitrary position of the cable with branch, and the terminal is connected to a wiring board or the like on each floor by a method similar to the conventional method. In the figure, reference numeral 13 denotes a bind line provided at the branch portion.
【The invention's effect】
[0022]
As is clear from the above description, according to the cable with a branch of the present invention, since a single branch line includes a plurality of small branch lines, even a small stranded wire machine with a small number of bobbins has a branch line. A large number of cables with branches can be manufactured. In addition, in the case where a plurality of small branch lines are arranged in a flat shape, and a branch line in which these are integrated into a so-called glasses-type or dharma-type in a cross-sectional view with a common jacket, the so-called neck of the common jacket is used. Since it is possible to easily separate the portions, that is, the thin portions of the common jacket connecting the small branch lines, the branch lines can be easily separated for each small branch line, and each small branch after branching Since the wire has a common jacket, the pair of cores is not exposed, and as a result, the connector can be easily attached to the end of the small branch line in a state including the jacket.
