Description
従って、分与される投与量又は分与すべき投与量を確実に且つ、エラー無しにて検出することができるようにする装置及び方法を提案することである。この目的は、独立請求項に従った装置及び方法により実現される。有利な実施の形態は、従属請求項に記載されている。
参照要素は、次のような形態とされる、すなわち回転要素が可能な限り正確に配置されたとき、すなわち例えば、それぞれの位置から逸脱せずに又は1°以内の僅かな逸脱にて可能な限り正確に配置されたときにのみ参照信号が発生され、その参照信号を出力するような形態とされることが好ましい。これと代替的に、回転要素の回転位置が例えば、10°又は30°又は45°だけ予め設定した位置から逸脱し、参照信号を発生することを許容するように、より大きい許容範囲を予め設定することもできる。
別の側面によれば、本発明は、投与量又は分与した物質の量.若しくは分与すべき物質を設定し及び(又は)測定する方法であって、参照要素により予め設定された位置又は位置の変化について2桁又は多数桁のコードのみが読み取られ又は測定される、方法に関する。その場合、規定されなかった中間状態からの誤ったコードは、実際の回転位置を誤って認識することにはならない。
図1には、注入装置に取り付けられたとき、スイッチング要素2が対向するカム軸1が図示されており、それぞれの断面AないしDで示した、カム軸1の4つのカムは、各々、カム軸1の回転位置に従って回路板4に押されるスイッチングパッド3のスイッチング要素に対向して、電気的接続状態を確立する。インジケータ5がスイッチング及び電子要素2の上側部に設けられており、また、例えば、押されたカム軸1に接続された要素(図示せず)の回転位置及び(又は)カム軸1により決定されたコードに従って設定された相応する投与量を表示することができる。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの回転要素(1)と、該要素(1)に割り当てられて、回転要素(1)の回転位置を認識するために使用される少なくとも1つの、前記回転要素と共に回転するコード化要素(b、c、d)とを備える、物質の投与装置において、予め設定した回転位置にて又は回転位置が予め設定した変化をするときにのみ参照信号を発生させる少なくとも1つの、前記回転要素と共に回転する参照要素(6)を有し、前記コード化要素がコード信号を発生させ、前記参照要素が参照信号を発生させるときにのみ前記コード信号が読み取られることを特徴とする、物質の投与装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、2つ、3つ、4つ、5つ、6つ、7つ、8つ又は8つ以上の予め設定した回転位置にて参照信号を発生させることができるように参照要素(6)が形成されることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1又は2の何れか1つに記載の装置において、回転位置が、30°以下、又は10°以下、又は1°以下の或角度だけ予め設定した回転位置から変化するときに参照信号を発生させることができるように参照要素(6)が形成される、装置。
- 請求項1ないし3の何れか1つに記載の装置において、電力を消費する要素のスイッチを参照信号によりスイッチオン及び(又は)スイッチオフさせることができる、装置。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか1つに記載の装置において、コード信号及び(又は)参照信号が、機械的要素により発生される、装置。
- 請求項1ないし5の何れか1つに記載の装置において、コード信号及び(又は)参照信号が、光学要素により発生される、装置。
- 請求項1ないし6の何れか1つに記載の装置において、コード信号及び(又は)参照信号が、容量性要素及び(又は)誘電性要素により発生される、装置。
- 請求項1ないし7の何れか1つに記載の装置において、表示要素(5)及び(又は)再設定スイッチ(7)が提供される、装置。
- 投与量を設定する機能を果たす回転要素(1)の回転位置を決定する方法において、請求項1の投与装置により、前記回転要素の回転位置が、予め設定した回転位置にて又は回転位置が移行するときに参照信号が発生されるときにのみ読み取られ又は測定されるコード信号により決定される、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、コード信号のエラーが認識される、方法。
