Description
The present invention relates to a cooling structure for a battery or a high-voltage electrical component applied to a vehicle such as a hybrid vehicle.
However, when the cooling fan is arranged in the instrument panel, the cooling fan and the battery on the floor panel are moved away from each other, so that there is a problem that pressure loss and cooling air leakage increase and cooling efficiency decreases. In addition, when noise from the intake port and the exhaust port is suppressed, there is a problem that the operation noise of the cooling fan itself becomes the main noise during cooling of the battery or the like.
Therefore, the present invention provides a cooling structure for a vehicle battery or a high-voltage electrical component that can suppress noise from the cooling fan itself without keeping the cooling fan and the battery or the high-voltage electric component away from each other.
As a means for solving the above problems, the invention described in
The invention described in
The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that the housing portion is surrounded on the inner side in the vehicle width direction by another vehicle body skeleton member (for example, the
According to this configuration, the operation noise (noise) of the cooling fan during cooling of the battery or the like is blocked by the vehicle body member, and the cooling fan moves away from the passenger. At this time, it is also possible to arrange the cooling fan in the vicinity of a battery or the like. In addition, since the cooling fan is arranged outside the vehicle compartment, a large vehicle compartment space is secured.
In this case, considering that the battery or the like is disposed above the floor panel, in order to close the cooling fan and the battery or the like, the cooling fan is preferably disposed below the floor panel.
Further, as in the invention described in
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, an upstream air passage (for example, the
According to this configuration, since the cooling fan is disposed so as to be immersed in the floor panel, as a result, even when the cooling fan is disposed on the floor panel (that is, in the passenger compartment), As in the invention, the operation sound of the cooling fan is blocked by the floor panel and the cooling fan moves away from the passenger. In addition, it is possible to make the cooling fan and the battery close to each other and to secure a wide cabin space.
According to this configuration, the battery can be cooled using air in the vehicle interior or air from the air conditioner having a relatively stable temperature. In addition, it is possible to warm a desired part in the vehicle interior using the air heated by the heat of the battery.
The invention described in
According to this configuration, the air exhausted from the cooling fan is exhausted into the space formed by the under-seat interior material, the seat, and the floor panel, in other words, into the space separated from the passenger compartment space. Returned to the room. At this time, the noise from the exhaust port of the cooling fan is blocked by the interior material under the seat and does not enter the vehicle compartment, and the noise is absorbed by the seat.
Here, as in the invention described in
The invention described in
According to this configuration, the air discharged from the cooling fan is exhausted into the space formed by the pillar main body and the pillar garnish, in other words, into the space separated from the passenger compartment space, and then returned to the passenger compartment. . At this time, the noise from the exhaust port of the cooling fan is blocked by the pillar garnish and does not enter the vehicle interior, and the space functions as an exhaust chamber and the noise is silenced.
According to the present invention , it is possible to improve the quietness by reducing the noise in the passenger compartment. At this time, it is possible to prevent pressure loss and cooling air leakage due to the cooling fan and the battery or the like moving away. In addition, the vehicle space can be secured widely and the merchantability of the vehicle can be improved.
Further , according to the present invention, it is possible to further improve the quietness of the passenger compartment by suppressing the vibration of the cooling fan.
Furthermore, according to the present invention , noise from the exhaust port of the cooling fan can be prevented from entering the vehicle interior, and the quietness of the vehicle interior can be improved.

In FIG. 2,

Referring to FIG. 3 as well, a gap is appropriately formed between the
The

Here,
The
The
Further, an exhaust port having an
The
On the other hand, on the both upper sides of the
When the cooling
Here, since the temperature in the
The air discharged into the
As described above, the cooling structure in the above embodiment cools the
According to this configuration, the operating noise (noise) of the cooling
At this time, since the cooling
In addition, since the cooling
Further, in the above cooling structure, the cooling
Here, in the cooling structure described above, the cooling
Further, in the above cooling structure, after the cooling
Accordingly, there is an effect that the
Further, in the cooling structure, the air returned into the
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that instead of the overhanging
As shown in FIG. 4, the
When the cooling
A part of the air discharged into the
As described above, in the cooling structure in the second embodiment, the air returned into the
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the
Further, in the first embodiment, a sound absorbing material made of a urethane foam material or the like may be provided inside the
