Description
そこで本発明の方法では、目的関数を設定して制限条件付きの最適化問題として数値解析法によりこの問題を解くこととした。すなわち以下にて表現される最適化問題の目的関数F(x)を最小化する変数ベクトルXを求める問題に帰着させるのである。
直接法では求める反応速度定数kijの関数を目的関数に取る。
(実施例1)
本発明のプログラムを用いて気泡塔3塔直列からなる石炭液化反応器の反応器出口流量を推算した例を示す。原料炭A炭の本実施例での反応温度でのkijおよび[CA]、[CB]、[CI]は実験によって得た。また気泡塔の寸法、反応温度、反応圧力および各成分の第1塔の入ロ流量Mi,0は表3及び表4に記してある。
スラリー相滞留時間τnSはMi、kSと反応器中のスラリー相の占有体積Vsより計算できる。
本発明のプログラムを用いて気泡塔3塔直列からなる石炭液化反応器の反応器出口流量の実測データより反応速度定数を算出した例を示す。原料炭Bの[CA]、[CB]、[CI]は別途実験より求めてある。またこの石炭液化反応器の前段にはスラリー予熱器が設けてありスラリーは反応温度近傍まで予熱されてから第1反応塔に入る。この予熱段階でCAの液化生成物への転化反応すなわちCA→O3、CA→PAAO、CA→IOG1の3経路の反応はほぼ終了しており、この反応速度解析では無視した。従ってk31、k41、k81の値はこの反応速度解析からは求めなかった。
3つの気泡塔(反応槽)を直列接続した反応器を用いて図1に示した反応モデルに基づき、褐炭であるアダロ炭、石炭度の高い亜瀝青炭であるタニトハルム炭、瀝青炭である池島炭のそれぞれについて、上記した直接法による計算アルゴリズムにより図1に示した反応速度定数のうち、k32、k43、k54、k63、k73、k103 、k93、k81、k10を求めた。
この図5からK73と(H/C)×(VM−O)との関係式を求めると、
Claims (4)
- 石炭液化反応の反応速度定数をN槽からなる高温高圧の槽列反応器の第N槽の成分別流出量の実測値より推定して生成物を推算する方法であって、反応速度定数を仮定し、仮定した反応速度定数を用いて第N槽までの各槽の流出物の成分別流出量を順次計算し、第N槽の成分別流出量の計算値と実測値を比較し、この二組の成分別流出量が各成分毎に一定の誤差の範囲内で一致するまで一連の計算を繰り返して反応速度定数を決定し、これにより成分別生成量を推算することを特徴とする石炭液化反応における生成物推算方法。
- 石炭液化反応の反応速度定数をN槽からなる高温高圧の槽列反応器の第N槽の成分別流出量の実測値より推定して生成物を推算する方法であって、反応速度定数を仮定し、仮定した反応速度定数を用いて第N−1槽までの各槽の流出物の成分別流出量を順次計算し、第N−1槽の成分別流出量と第N槽の実測成分別流出量から新たに反応速度定数を計算し、最初に仮定した反応速度定数と新たに計算で得た反応速度定数を比較し、この二組の反応速度定数が各反応速度定数毎に一定の誤差範囲内で一致するまで一連の計算を繰り返して反応速度定数を決定し、これにより成分別生成量を推算することを特徴とする石炭液化反応における生成物推算方法。
- 石炭液化反応の反応速度定数をN槽からなる高温高圧の槽列反応器の第N槽の成分別流出量の実測値より推定する方法であって、水分と灰分を除いた石炭を液化反応性の高い成分および液化反応性の低い成分およびきわめて液化しにくい成分の3成分に、液化油および固体の液化生成物を低沸点液化油成分および中沸点液化油成分および高沸点液化油成分および液化油を合むアスファルテン類成分の4成分に、その他の液化生成物を低級炭化水素ガスおよび一酸化炭素と二酸化炭素ガスおよび水および硫化水素とアンモニアの4成分に区分し、石炭および液化生成物各成分に水素を加えた12成分の間で、一次不可逆反応の逐次反応と並列反応が組み合わされた反応経路に沿って石炭が液化生成物に分解し、さらに一部の液化生成物がより分子量が小さい他の液化反応物に分解する反応モデルより導かれる一次不可逆反応速度式を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の石炭液化反応における生成物推算方法。
- 石炭液化反応の反応速度定数をN槽からなる高温高圧の槽列反応器の第N槽の成分別流出量の実測値より推定する方法であって、液化油もしくは固体の液化生成物を低沸点液化油成分および中沸点液化油成分および高沸点液化油成分および液化油を合むアスファルテン類成分の4成分に、その他の液化生成物を低級炭化水素ガスのグループおよび一酸化炭素と二酸化炭素ガスのグループおよび水および硫化水素とアンモニアグループの4成分に区分する際に、炭素数1から3までの炭化水素化合物の集まりを低級炭化水素ガスとし、常圧での沸点が220℃未満でかつ低級炭化水素ガスを含まない液化油を低沸点液化油成分とし、常圧での沸点が220℃以上350℃未満である液化油を中沸点液化油成分とし、常圧での沸点が350C以上538℃未満である液化油を高沸点液化油成分とし、常圧での沸点が538℃以上の液化油とテトラヒドロフランに可溶な固体成分の液化油を合むアスファルテン類成分とすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の石炭液化反応における生成物推算方法。
