Description

Claims (17)
- データ信号を処理する方法であって、
シンボルを組み込んだデータ・シーケンスを受信すること、
割り当てられた確信度をそれぞれが有する複数のデータビットを各シンボル値に対して定めたマッピングテーブルを用いて、割り当てられた確信度を有するビットを、前記シンボルに、マッピングすること、および
前記割り当てられた確信度を有するビットの畳み込み復号を行なうこと、を備える方法。 - 前記マッピングをするステップが、グレイ・コードによってシンボルを2進ビットにマッピングすることを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マッピングに関するデータが、参照のためのルックアップ・テーブルに組み込まれている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 硬判定を(I、Q)対として再符号化すること、およびそれから軟判定を得ることを備える、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 白色化整合フィルタを有する判定帰還等化による復調を備える、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 等化のためにディジタル・プロセッサを使用することを備える、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 等化のために専用信号処理ハードウェアを使用する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 畳み込み復号の前にデインタリービング、デパンクチャリング、および増分冗長のステップを備える、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ディジタル・コンピュータの内部メモリに直接ロード可能なコンピュータ・プログラムであって、前記コンピュータ・プログラムがコンピュータで実行されるとき、請求項1から8までの一項または複数項のステップを行なうソフトウェア符合部分を備えるコンピュータ・プログラム。
- データ信号を処理する装置であって、
シンボルを組み込んだデータ・シーケンスを受け取るための手段と、
マッピングテーブルを用いて、割り当てられた確信度を有するビットを、前記シンボルにマッピングするマッピング手段であって、前記マッピングテーブルは、割り当てられた確信度をそれぞれが有する複数のデータビットを、各シンボル値に対して定めている、マッピング手段と、
前記割り当てられた確信度を有するビットの畳み込み復号を行なう手段と、を備える装置。 - 前記マッピング手段が、グレイ・コードによって、前記シンボルにビットをマッピングするように構成されている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 参照のために前記マッピングテーブルを組み込んだルックアップ・テーブルを備える、請求項10または請求項11に記載の装置。
- 硬判定を(I、Q)対として再符号化する手段、およびそれから軟判定を得る手段を備える、請求項10乃至請求項12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 白色化整合フィルタを有する判定帰還等化による復調をする手段を備える、請求項10乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 等化のためのディジタル・プロセッサを備える、請求項10乃至請求項14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 等化のための専用信号処理ハードウェアを備える、請求項10乃至請求項14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 畳み込み復号の前に、デインタリーブ、デパンクチャ、および増分冗長を行なう手段を備える、請求項10乃至請求項16のいずれかに記載の装置。
