Description
The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent article such as a disposable diaper, an infant training pant, or an incontinence pad. More specifically, the sheet can be prevented from being turned over at the time of manufacture or use. The present invention relates to a top sheet of an absorbent article having good performance, and an absorbent article using the top sheet.
For example, absorbent articles such as disposable diapers usually have at least a liquid-permeable surface sheet disposed on the front surface side (skin contact surface side) and a liquid-impermeable back sheet disposed on the back surface side. And the article main body is comprised by the absorber interposed between these both sheets, and excrement is absorbed and hold | maintained by an absorber via a surface sheet.
Conventionally, a surface sheet used for such an absorbent article may be composed of a top sheet and a second sheet, for example. In this case, the top sheet is formed by forming a circular or elliptical seal portion at an equal pitch on the back surface side (side facing the absorber) of the top sheet with an adhesive or the like, and the top sheet is interposed via this seal portion. A second sheet is attached to the back side of the sheet.
Thus, the double-sided topsheet may cause so-called sheet turn-up, in which the second sheet is peeled off from the top sheet at the time of manufacture or use. When the sheet is turned up during production, it causes an operational trouble, and the absorbent article becomes a defective product, so that the productivity is lowered.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 15, the pitch P (51) of the
However, since the
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and the object of the present invention is that the sheet is not turned over during manufacturing or use, and the absorptivity has particularly good absorption performance. An object is to provide a surface sheet of an article and an absorbent article using the surface sheet.
The above object of the present invention comprises an article main body comprising at least a top sheet disposed on the front surface side, a back sheet disposed on the back surface side, and an absorber interposed between the sheets. In the absorbent article in which a stool pocket having a depth in the thickness direction of the absorbent body is provided at the buttocks contact portion of the absorbent body, the top sheet has a top surface on which a large number of seal portions are formed. A sheet and a mesh sheet made of non-woven fabric and having fine openings on the entire surface are formed by being stuck through the seal portion, and the mesh sheet is formed to be narrower than the width of the top sheet, and The size of the opening is smaller than the size of the seal portion, and the plurality of seal portions are composed of a plurality of rows arranged in the MD direction of the topsheet, and the number of seal portions in each row is constant. The absorption is characterized in that the pitch in the MD direction is set so as to decrease toward the end flap portion of the absorbent article and is formed in a portion excluding the portion facing the stool pocket of the topsheet. This is achieved by providing a sex article .
Moreover, the said objective of this invention is effectively achieved by providing the absorbent article characterized by the pitch ratio of the said seal part being 80% or less .
Moreover, the said objective of this invention is achieved more effectively by providing the said surface sheet the absorbent article characterized by the area ratio of the said seal part being 0 to 20% .
According to the surface sheet of the absorbent article according to the present invention, an absorptivity formed by forming a seal portion on the top sheet and attaching a mesh sheet and / or a second sheet as a nonwoven fabric sheet through the seal portion. It is a surface sheet of the article, and the pitch of the seal part with respect to the MD direction of the surface sheet is set so as to decrease toward the both end edges of the absorbent article, so that the sheet can be prevented from being turned up, Since the permeation of excrement is not hindered, the permeation rate of the body fluid does not decrease, and the absorption performance can be improved.
Moreover, since the pitch ratio of the seal portion is 80% or less, the flexibility of the waist portion of the absorbent article can be particularly maintained, and the wearing feeling can be further improved.
Moreover, since a seal | sticker part is not formed in the stool permeation specialization part of a surface sheet, stool permeability can be made more favorable.
Moreover, since the area ratio of the seal part of the surface sheet is set to 0 to 20%, the absorption performance can be improved, the flexibility of the sheet can be maintained, and the wearing feeling is improved. Can be.
In addition, since the number of seal portions formed in the MD direction and / or CD direction of the surface sheet is made constant, the seal strength in the CD direction can always be made constant, and the occurrence of sheet turn-up more effectively. Can be prevented.
Further, an absorption body comprising at least an article body including at least a top sheet disposed on the front surface side, a back sheet disposed on the back surface side, and an absorber interposed between the both sheets. In a functional article, the surface sheet is formed using the surface sheet as described above, so that the sheet is not turned over during production or use, and has excellent absorption performance. Can be prevented.
Further, by providing a stool pocket for storing and holding excrement at the buttocks contact portion of the absorbent body, excrement, particularly stool, does not remain on the surface sheet.
Furthermore, since the plane shape of the stool permeation specialization part of the top sheet and the plane shape of the stool pocket provided in the absorbent body are substantially the same shape, the stool permeation performance can be improved.
Hereinafter, the contents of the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments. In addition, this invention is not necessarily limited to the following embodiment, and it cannot be overemphasized that the structure can be variously changed in the range which does not deviate from a claim.
10の上面図を示し、図1(B)は図1(A)のI−I断面図を示す。
FIG. 1 (A) shows a top view of a surface sheet (hereinafter referred to as “the surface sheet”) 10 used in the absorbent article according to the present invention, and FIG. 1 (B) is FIG. 1 (A). II sectional drawing of is shown. As shown in the figure, the
This
The
The
Note that the planar shape of the
Further, the
At this time, it is preferable that the ratio (P1 / P2) (hereinafter referred to as “pitch ratio”) of the smallest pitch P1 and the second smallest pitch P2 of the
The
In particular, when the seal portion is formed after laminating all the constituent articles of the absorbent article, which will be described later, the lower part of the feces
In the present embodiment, the plane shape of the fecal
In addition, the feces permeation performance of the
Moreover, it is preferable that this
Furthermore, this
In addition, the formation pattern of the seal |
FIG. 2 shows a pattern formed by reducing the pitch in the CD direction of the
As a constituent material of the
The
The opening ratio of the
The hydrophilicity of the surface of the
As mentioned above, although 1st Embodiment of the surface sheet which concerns on this invention was described, this invention can change the structure as follows.
FIG. 5 (A) shows a top view of a top sheet (hereinafter referred to as “the
That is, as shown in the figure, the
Specifically, the
The
At this time, if the pitch ratio (P1 ′ / P2 ′) of the
Further, also in the
Further, the
In addition, as a constituent material of the second sheet |
Moreover, the surface sheet which concerns on this invention can also change the structure as follows.
図6(A)は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る表面シートVI−VI(以下、「本表面シート10B」と言う。)
FIG. 6A shows a top view of a surface sheet VI-VI (hereinafter referred to as “the
That is, as shown in the figure, the
Hereinafter, the absorptive article concerning the present invention in which the surface sheet mentioned above was used is explained in detail.
FIG. 7 is a plan view of a tape-type disposable diaper (hereinafter referred to as “the present diaper”) 100 which is an example of an absorbent article according to the present invention, as viewed from the surface side (skin contact surface side). FIG. 8 shows a perspective view of the
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the
In addition, in this
In the
The planar shape of the diaper

The
As described above, the
In addition, the shape of the
That is, the
Further, with respect to the cross-sectional shape, the
In the
For the
As the gather
Usually, a thread-like elastic rubber is applied to the elastic
As mentioned above, although content was described about the absorbent article which concerns on this invention about one Embodiment, the structure of the absorbent article which concerns on this invention can also be changed into various things as follows.
