Claims (3)
- 少なくとも第1と第2の基板の貼り合わせにより、供給された検体試料が前記基板間に吸引される検体供給路を形成し、該検体供給路内に前記検体試料中の成分と反応する試薬を配置するとともに、前記第2の基板に、前記検体供給路より外部に通じる空気孔が設けられてなるバイオセンサであって、
前記空気孔は、前記第2の基板にレーザを照射して開口部が形成されたものであり、前記第2の基板の前記検体供給路に面する一方面の開口部の周辺部分、及び該第2の基板のもう一方面の開口部の周辺部分に、突出部を有し、
前記第2の基板は、レーザの照射面側が前記検体供給路に面するように配置し、レーザの照射によって、レーザ照射面側の開口部周辺に比べて、その開口部周辺により大なる突出部が形成された前記レーザの非照射面側が、センサの外表面側に位置するよう、前記第1の基板に貼り合わせられたことを特徴とするバイオセンサ。 - 請求項1に記載のバイオセンサにおいて、
前記第2の基板の厚さが、0.01mm〜0.5mmで、該第2の基板のレーザ非照射面側における開口部の面積が、1.96×10-3〜7.85×10-3mm2であるとき、
前記開口部の周辺部分に形成された突出部の高さが、0.005〜0.04mmである、ことを特徴とするバイオセンサ。 - 請求項1に記載のバイオセンサにおいて、
前記空気孔の開口部の形状が、円形、楕円形、極細幅を有する線形、三角形、正方形、長方形、多角形のいずれかの形状である、
ことを特徴とするバイオセンサ。
