[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a component measurement device, and more particularly to a component measurement device that collects blood by puncturing a fingertip with a puncture needle and measures the amount of a specific component such as glucose in the blood.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, with the increase in the number of diabetic patients, self blood glucose measurement in which patients themselves monitor fluctuations in daily blood glucose levels has been recommended.
[0003]
This blood glucose level is measured by attaching a test paper that is colored according to the amount of glucose in the blood, supplying blood to the test paper, developing the color, and measuring the degree of coloration optically ( Color measurement is performed using a blood glucose measuring device that quantifies the blood glucose level.
[0004]
Prior to this measurement, the patient can collect his / her blood by puncturing the skin of the fingertip using a puncture device equipped with a puncture needle or a knife, and then pressing the periphery of the puncture portion with a finger or the like to remove blood. Squeezing is performed.
[0005]
However, because the capillaries of the fingertips are concentrated and suitable for blood collection, the nerves are also concentrated and painful, so the pain and burden given to the patient is great, and there is a feeling of fear due to puncture As a result, there are many patients who are unable to continue measuring their own blood glucose.
[0006]
Further, in the conventional blood glucose measurement, since the puncture operation, the blood collection operation, and the measurement operation are performed separately, the operability is inferior.

[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to solve the conventional problems, the present inventor has developed a blood glucose measurement device in which a puncture device and a measurement device are integrated and a suction means for squeezing out blood and has applied for a patent (Japanese Patent Application No. 10-183794, Japanese Patent Application No. 10-330057).
[0020]
In these blood glucose measurement devices, first, a fingertip is pressed against the tip of the chip, and the tip opening is sealed so as to maintain airtightness.
[0021]
Next, after the fingertip is punctured with a puncture needle protruding from the tip opening, the suction means is operated in this state (depressurized state), blood is sucked out from the puncture site, and the blood is collected. Then, the blood glucose level of the collected blood is measured by the measuring device. Below, an example of the chemical reaction formula of glucose (D-Glucose) in blood and a reagent when measuring a blood glucose level is shown.
[0022]
[Chemical 1]
[0023]
As can be seen from the above chemical reaction formula, a sufficient amount of oxygen is required to measure the blood glucose level, and if the amount of oxygen is insufficient, an accurate blood glucose level cannot be obtained.
[0024]
However, the blood glucose measurement device sometimes measures blood glucose levels in a reduced pressure state. In this case, oxygen may be insufficient, and an accurate blood glucose level may not be obtained.
[0025]
Therefore, in order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present inventor can sufficiently supply oxygen (a component in the atmosphere necessary for measurement) by releasing or relaxing the reduced pressure state prior to measurement. The present inventors have found what can be done and have completed the present invention.
[0026]
Hereinafter, the component measuring apparatus of this invention is demonstrated in detail based on suitable embodiment shown to an accompanying drawing.

[0150]
From the above, this component measuring apparatus 1 is suitable for use when the patient himself / herself measures his / her own blood glucose level and the like.
[0151]
The component measuring apparatus 1 has a simple configuration, is small and lightweight, is inexpensive, and is suitable for mass production.
[0152]
Next, a second embodiment of the component measuring apparatus of the present invention will be described.
The component measuring apparatus according to the second embodiment and the component measuring apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment described above are different in the configuration of the decompression release unit.

FIG. 13 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a configuration example of a main part in the component measuring apparatus of the second embodiment, and FIG. 14 is a block diagram showing a circuit configuration of the component measuring apparatus of the second embodiment.
[0154]
Hereinafter, the difference from the above-described component measuring apparatus 1 of the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. In the following description, the right side in FIG. 13 is referred to as “base end” and the left side is referred to as “tip”.

[0160]
Next, the operation of the component measuring apparatus 1 will be described focusing on the differences from the above-described component measuring apparatus 1 of the first embodiment with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG.
[0161]
First, steps S101 to S106 shown in FIG. 12 are substantially the same as those of the component measuring apparatus 1 of the first embodiment described above.
[0162]
In this case, in this component measuring apparatus 1, the flow rate of the air sucked by the operation of the

In the component measuring apparatus 1, when the
[0164]
Hereinafter, step S108 and step S109 shown in FIG. 12 are the same as those of the component measuring apparatus 1 of the first embodiment described above.
[0165]
According to this component measuring apparatus 1, the same effect as the component measuring apparatus 1 of 1st Embodiment mentioned above is acquired.
[0166]
As mentioned above, although the component measuring apparatus of this invention was demonstrated based on each embodiment of illustration, this invention is not limited to these, For example, the structure of each part is arbitrary which can exhibit the same function. It can be replaced with that of the configuration.
[0167]
In the above embodiment, glucose (blood glucose level) has been described as a representative component as a measurement target. However, in the present invention, a measurement target component is not limited thereto, and examples thereof include protein, cholesterol, uric acid, creatinine. Inorganic ions such as alcohol and sodium may also be used.
[0168]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the means that combines the blood collection detecting means for detecting the collection of blood and the measurement means for measuring the amount of the predetermined component in the blood (in the embodiment, this means is referred to as “measurement means”). However, in the present invention, the blood sampling detection means and the measurement means may be provided separately.
[0169]
In the embodiment, the means for optically detecting the collection of blood is used as the blood collection detecting means. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a means for electrically detecting the blood collection is also used. It may be used.
[0170]
Further, in the present invention, when a blood collection detecting means for optically detecting blood collection is used, the color detection (color development) of the test paper due to the reaction between the components in the blood and the reagent as described above is detected. In addition to this, for example, the introduction of blood into a blood passage (blood channel) for supplying blood to the test paper of the chip may be detected.
[0171]
When detecting the introduction of blood into the blood passage, for example, at least the vicinity of the blood passage of the chip is formed of a light transmissive (transparent) member, and the blood passage is detected by the blood collection detecting means. The reflected light or transmitted light is received, photoelectrically converted, and the output voltage from the blood collection detecting means is monitored by the control means. When blood is introduced into the blood passage, the color of the part changes to substantially red-black, thereby changing the amount of reflected light or transmitted light from the part, and the output voltage from the blood sampling detection means Therefore, the detection of the blood sampling is determined by detecting the change in the output voltage (light quantity).
[0172]
Examples of the blood collection detection means for electrically detecting the collection of blood include a sensor (electrode), a biosensor, and the like that detect (measure) impedance of a blood passage or the like of the chip.
[0173]
In the case of using the biosensor, for example, when blood is introduced into the blood passage, the output current from the biosensor changes. Therefore, when the change in the output current (current value) is detected, blood sampling is performed. Is detected.
[0174]
Further, when using a sensor for detecting the impedance, for example, when blood is introduced into the blood passage, the impedance between the electrodes of the sensor changes. Is detected.
[0175]
In addition, the component measuring apparatus of the present invention optically measures (colorimetrically) the color intensity of the test paper colored by the reaction between the blood component and the reagent as described above, and converts the measured value into a measured value. For example, a potential change that occurs according to the amount of the component in the specimen may be electrically measured, converted into a measured value, and displayed.
[0176]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although it has comprised so that a pressure reduction state may be cancelled | released prior to a measurement, in this invention, you may be comprised so that a pressure reduction state may be eased prior to a measurement.
[0177]
In the present invention, the operations of the decompression means and the chip retracting mechanism may be started manually or automatically, respectively. In the latter case, a sensor or the like configured to magnetically sense the movement of the puncture needle toward the distal end when the fingertip is punctured is installed near the side of the fitting portion of the housing. Based on the above, the pressure reducing means and the chip retracting mechanism can be operated.
[0178]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a component measuring apparatus capable of accurately and reliably measuring a predetermined component in blood in a short time.
[0179]
In addition, since the test paper is provided on the chip, puncture, blood collection, development on the test paper, and measurement (quantification of components) can be performed continuously, and component measurement can be performed easily and in a short time. be able to.
[0180]
Moreover, since the preparatory operation at the time of use is easy, it is advantageous when used regularly or repeatedly.
[0181]
In addition, accidents such as accidentally puncturing the surface of a living body after puncturing once are prevented, and safety is high. In addition, since the puncture needle is not directly visible, the fear of puncture is reduced.
[0182]
From the above, the component measuring apparatus of the present invention is suitable for use when the patient himself / herself measures his / her own blood glucose level and the like.
[0183]
In addition, the component measuring apparatus of the present invention has a simple configuration, is small and lightweight, is inexpensive, and is suitable for mass production.
