Claims (7)
- 光源と、前記光源から出射されるビーム光を偏向して感光面に走査する光走査手段と、前記走査されるビーム光を受光して受光信号を出力する受光手段と、前記受光手段からの受光信号に基づいて前記光走査手段における走査の同期をとるための同期信号を生成する同期信号生成回路とを備える光走査装置において、前記同期信号生成回路は、前記受光信号を2つに分けて一方に第1のバイアス信号を重畳して第1の受光信号を作る第1のバイアス重畳手段と、他方に前記第1のバイアス信号とは異なるレベルの第2のバイアス信号を重畳して第2の受光信号を作る第2のバイアス重畳手段と、前記第2の受光信号を波形整形する波形整形手段と、前記第1の受光信号と前記波形整形された第2の受光信号を比較して前記同期信号を出力する比較手段とを備え、前記第1と第2のバイアス重畳手段は、それぞれに通流されるバイアス電流を相違させることによって異なるレベルの前記第1と第2のバイアス信号を生成し、当該バイアス信号にそれぞれ前記受光信号を重畳して前記第1と第2の受光信号を生成する構成であることを特徴とする光走査装置。
- 光源と、前記光源から出射されるビーム光を偏向して感光面に走査する光走査手段と、前記走査されるビーム光を受光して受光信号を出力する受光手段と、前記受光手段からの受光信号に基づいて前記光走査手段における走査の同期をとるための同期信号を生成する同期信号生成回路とを備える光走査装置において、前記同期信号生成回路は、前記受光信号を2つに分けて一方を波形整形する波形整形手段と、他方の前記波形整形手段を通さない受光信号に第1のバイアス信号を重畳して第1の受光信号を作る第1のバイアス重畳手段と、前記波形整形手段で整形された受光信号に前記第1のバイアス信号とは異なるレベルの第2のバイアス信号を重畳して第2の受光信号を作る第2のバイアス重畳手段と、前記第1の受光信号と前記第2の受光信号を比較して前記同期信号を出力する比較手段とを備え、前記第1と第2のバイアス重畳手段は、それぞれに通流されるバイアス電流を相違させることによって異なるレベルの前記第1と第2のバイアス信号を生成し、当該バイアス信号にそれぞれ前記受光信号を重畳して前記第1と第2の受光信号を生成する構成であることを特徴とする光走査装置。
- 前記第1と第2のバイアス重畳手段は、それぞれにバイアス電流が通流される同一種類の素子と抵抗との直列回路として構成され、前記第1と第2のバイアス信号は前記抵抗の抵抗値を相違させてそれぞれのバイアス電流を相違させることにより生成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光走査装置。
- 前記第1と第2のバイアス重畳手段は、それぞれにバイアス電流が通流される同一種類の素子と定電流源との直列回路として構成され、前記第1と第2のバイアス信号は前記各定電流源の電流値を個々に制御することによって生成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光走査装置。
- 前記第1と第2のバイアス重畳手段でバイアス電流が通流される素子はダイオード、またはトランジスタで構成され、これらの素子は同一回路基板上の近傍に実装着され、または同一パッケージ内に形成され実装されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の光走査装置。
- 前記波形整形手段は、ビーム受光時に発生する信号ピークを低減する回路であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の光走査装置。
- 前記波形整形手段はローパスフィルタ回路であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光走査装置。
