Description
本実施例においては、グルコースセンサとして、図1ないし図4に示したグルコースセンサXの構成を基本とし、図6Cに示した第2開口部15Hbを採用した構成のものを用いた。本実施例において用いたグルコースセンサに関するその他の条件については、下記に説明する通りである。
本比較例では、グルコースセンサとして第2開口部がないもの(図9ないし図11参照)を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして応答電流値のタイムコースを測定した。グルコースセンサの製造初期および製造してから30日後のグルコースセンサのタイムコースの測定結果を、図8Aおよび図8Bにそれぞれ示した。
Claims (19)
- 基板と、上記基板に沿って試料を移動させるための流路と、上記流路の内部に配置された試薬部と、上記試薬部を形成するための領域を規定する開口部を有し、かつ上記基板を覆う絶縁膜と、を備えた分析用具であって、
上記絶縁膜は、上記開口部よりも上記試料が移動する移動方向の下流側に位置する1以上の追加の開口部をさらに有しており、
上記1以上の追加の開口部は、上記開口部に繋がっており、かつ、
上記絶縁膜は、上記試薬部を形成するための領域における上記移動方向の下流側の縁を規定する規制縁を有している、絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。 - 上記流路は、毛細管力により試料を移動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記試料は、血液である、請求項1または2に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記基板に設けられた第1および第2電極をさらに備え、かつ、
上記絶縁膜は、上記第1および第2電極の一部を露出させた状態で、上記第1および第2電極を覆っている、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。 - 上記1以上の追加の開口部は、上記規制縁における上記移動方向に直交する直交方向に隣接する部位において、上記開口部に繋がっている、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記規制縁は、上記移動方向と直交する直交方向に延びる直線状に形成されている、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記開口部は、矩形状に形成されており、
上記規制縁における上記直交方向の寸法は、上記開口部における上記直交方向の寸法の60〜95%の寸法に設定されている、請求項6に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用
具。 - 上記規制縁は、上記移動方向の下流側に向けて窪んだ曲線状とされている、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記絶縁膜は、アイランド状に存在し、かつ上記規制縁を有するアイランド部を有している、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記アイランド部は、上記移動方向の下流側に向うほど、幅寸法が小さくなるように形成されている、請求項9に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記アイランド部は、三角形または半円形に形成されている、請求項10に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記絶縁膜は、半島状に存在し、かつ上記規制縁を有する半島部を有している、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記1以上の追加の開口部は、上記半島部に対して幅方向に隣接して設けられた一対の追加の開口部を含んでいる、請求項12に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記一対の追加の開口部は、一様な幅を有している、請求項13に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記一対の追加の開口部は、相対的に上記流れ方向の上流側に位置する細幅部分と、上記細幅部分よりも相対的に下流側に位置する太幅部分と、を有している、請求項13に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記1以上の追加の開口部は、少なくとも一部が、上記開口部に対して、上記移動方向と直交する直交方向にオフセットしている、請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記流路は、上記基板上に、スペーサを介してカバーを積層することにより形成されており、
上記スペーサは、上記流路における上記移動方向に直交する直交方向の寸法を規定するとともに、上記直交方向に間隔を隔てて互いに対向する一対の対向面を有しており、かつ、
上記一対の対向面の間隔は、上記開口部における上記直交方向の寸法よりも大きく設定されている、請求項1に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。 - 上記流路は、毛細管力により試料を移動させるように構成されている、請求項17に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
- 上記カバーは、上記流路の内部気体を排出するための排気口を有しており、
上記開口部における上記移動方向の最下流側の位置は、上記排気口における上記移動方向の最上流側の位置よりも上流側に位置している、請求項18に記載の絶縁膜に開口部を設けた分析用具。
