Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is suitable for a wiring duct suitable for covering a gap generated on a side surface of a bent portion when a metal duct or a cable rack (hereinafter referred to as a wiring duct) used for wiring work is bent and connected vertically. Regarding the cover.

Low-voltage indoor wiring by wiring duct construction is a construction method in which insulated wires and cables are placed in a metal wiring duct and laid, mainly to the trunk line from the receiving / transforming room to each distribution board, or to the machinery in the factory It is used for constructions that occupy a large number of wires, such as wiring. Since this wiring duct construction has the advantage that it occupies less space in the building space than piping, it has great construction flexibility and is convenient for expansion construction.

In such wiring duct work, since it is necessary to wire various routes, various wiring ducts such as for straight lines, for branching, and for upper and lower bends are selectively used. Among them, as a wiring duct used for upper and lower bends, a vertically movable joint duct whose vertical angle can be adjusted is generally used.

Patent Document 1 relates to a cable rack cover previously proposed by the applicant of the present application, and covers the bent upper opening portion of a vertically movable joint duct. In particular, the present invention provides a cover that can close a gap generated on the upper surface of the bent portion of the cover that is bent in the vertical direction.
Japanese Patent No. 3390946

In the conventional upper and lower bend structure of the wiring duct, a substantially arc-shaped connection portion is overlapped and connected to the side surface corresponding to the bent portion of the wiring duct, and the wiring duct is swung up and down from this connection portion. Therefore, a gap is generated between the side surface of the wiring duct and the cover that covers the wiring duct depending on the vertical angle.

In particular, when the swing-down angle is set to 45 degrees, the gap 60 generated between the side surface of the substantially arc-shaped connecting portion 40 and the bent portion 50 of the cover is maximized (see FIG. 5). As a result, the appearance after construction deteriorates. In addition, insects and the like enter from the gap 60, and in large-sized wiring ducts, there is a possibility that moths and snakes may invade. There was a fear.

In the cover described in Patent Document 1, a flange that overlaps the wiring duct is provided on the side surface, but even with such a flange, a large gap generated when the connection portion of the wiring duct is bent cannot be blocked. . Even if the corners matched to this gap are formed on the side plate of the wiring duct so as to close the maximum gap when the swing-down angle is set to 45 degrees, this corner part is adjusted when adjusted to another angle. Is not practical, and the corners will push up the cover.

In addition, when a cover with a wide flange width is used, the weight of the entire cover increases, so the load of the entire wiring work increases, which may lead to a change in the conventional method. In addition, an increase in material cost causes inconvenience such as an increase in construction cost. In addition, if the wide flange comes into contact with the fitting bolt that protrudes from the side plate of the wiring duct, the cover will be lifted and the aesthetics after construction will be impaired. There are also inconveniences that arise. As described above, many inconveniences arise in using a cover having a wide flange width as a cover for a wiring duct.

Therefore, the present invention was created to solve the above-mentioned problems, and by completely eliminating the gap between the wiring duct connection portion and the cover, it is possible to improve the aesthetics and reliably protect the electric wires inside the wiring duct. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a vertically movable cover for a wiring duct capable of performing wiring duct construction under the same conditions as conventional construction.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the first means in the present invention is that the pair of duct bodies 20 are coupled so that the bending can be adjusted within a range of 45 degrees in the vertical direction, and the upper edge In a vertically movable cover for a wiring duct provided so as to cover an upper opening portion of a vertically movable joint duct having a superposed side plate 22 having a substantially arc shape and overlapping each other, a pair of cover bodies 10 and these covers A hinge body 11 that connects the bodies 10 so as to be swingable up and down and covers the gaps between the cover bodies 10, and flanges 12 that are bent from the both side edges of the cover bodies 10 along the side surfaces of the vertically movable joint duct are provided. , gap coating flange 13 for covering the gap formed bent portion side greatest when concatenated vertically movable joint duct plumb angle 45 degrees, or the flange 12 of each cover member 10 Expanded form is to the width of the clearance covering flange 13 was formed to have gradually spread from the flange 12 of the cover member 10 to the connecting end direction of the cover member 10.

The upper and lower universal joint ducts covered by the cover body 10 of the second means are connected so that the pair of duct bodies 20 can be adjusted within a range of 45 degrees in the vertical direction, and are provided on the left and right side plates of the connecting portion of each duct body 20. The overlapping side plates 22 whose upper end edges are substantially arc-shaped and overlap each other, the fixing bolt insertion holes 23 that pass through the fixing bolts 25 to fix the duct body 20 after adjusting the angle, and the ducts A joint fitting hole 24 for attaching a joint 30 for connecting another wiring duct to the longitudinal end of the main body 20 with a connection bolt 26 is provided, and the gap covering flange 13 of the cover body 10 has a fixing bolt insertion hole. The flange 12 is formed at a position away from the connecting bolt 26 of the fitting mounting hole 24.

A third means is provided with a cover fastener 14 at the longitudinal end portion of the cover body 10, and a locking piece bent inward of the duct body 20 from the upper left and right side plate upper edges of the longitudinal end portion of the vertically movable joint duct. 27, the cover fastening device 14 is provided to be locked.

According to claim 1 of the present invention , the polymerization side plate 22 provided with the polymerization side plates 22 on the left and right side plates of the connecting portion of each duct body 20 has a substantially arc shape at the upper edge, and is superposed on each other . Each cover body 10 is provided with a gap covering flange 13 having a shape that covers the maximum gap generated on the side surface of the bent portion when the vertically movable joint duct has a swing-down angle of 45 degrees. By providing it on the side surface of the connecting end, the maximum gap between the wiring duct connecting portion and the cover can be completely closed. Even if the bending angle of the duct main body 20 is changed, the gap covering flange 13 is closed following each angle, so that no gap is generated at any angle. As a result, it is possible to improve the appearance after wiring and to reliably protect the electric wires inside the wiring duct. Moreover, since the weight of the cover body 10 is hardly changed, there is no possibility that the conventional construction method is changed. Further, the width of the gap covering flange 13 of the cover body 10 is formed so as to gradually widen from the flange 12 of the cover body 10 toward the connecting end portion of the cover body 10, so that it is dangerous to touch during operation. Even if the gap covering flange 13 or the flange 12 is touched, a safe operation can be performed .

According to claim 2, the gap covering flange 13 of the cover body 10 is formed at a position that is not obstructed by the fixing bolt 25 of the fixing bolt insertion hole 23, and the flange 12 is connected to the connecting bolt 26 of the joint mounting hole 24. Since it is formed at a distant position, the wiring work and the construction cost can be the same as the conventional construction method and the same conditions while completely closing the gap between the wiring duct connecting portion and the cover.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, a cover fastening device 14 is provided at the longitudinal end portion of the cover body 10, and the locking piece 27 is bent inward from the left and right side plate upper end edges of the longitudinal end portion of the vertically movable joint duct. In addition, since the cover fastening device 14 is provided to be locked, the vertically movable cover of the present invention can be mounted very easily. Further, since the cover fastening device 14 of the cover body 10 is used inside the duct main body 20, it can be seen from the side surface of the duct main body 20 as compared with the case where the cover fastening device is disposed on the outer side surface of the duct main body 20. The distance to the flange 12 and the gap covering flange 13 can be made narrower. Therefore, it is possible to further enhance the effect of preventing insects and the like from entering.

As described above, according to the present invention, the gap between the wiring duct connecting portion and the cover can be completely closed, the aesthetics can be improved, and the electric wires inside the wiring duct can be reliably protected, and the same conditions as in the conventional construction can be achieved. It is possible to produce various effects such as enabling wiring duct work to be performed.

The best form of the vertically movable cover according to the present invention is a pair of cover bodies 10 for covering the upper opening of the vertically movable joint duct, and these cover bodies 10 are connected so as to be swingable up and down and a gap between the cover bodies 10 is provided. A hinge body 11 for covering, and a flange 12 bent along the side surface of the vertically movable joint duct from both longitudinal side edges of each cover body 10 are provided, and the vertically movable joint ducts connected in a vertically bent state are covered. A vertically movable cover for the wiring duct is formed. A gap covering flange 13 that covers the maximum gap generated on the side surface of the bent portion when the vertically movable joint duct has a swing-down angle of 45 degrees is provided at the connecting end of each cover body 10. The gap covering flange 13 enlarged from the flange 12 of the cover body 10 is formed at a position that is not obstructed by the fixing bolt 25 of the fixing bolt insertion hole 23, and the flange 12 is connected to the connecting bolt 26 of the joint mounting hole 24. The original purpose is achieved by being formed at a position away from the center.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The vertically movable cover of the present invention covers the vertically movable joint duct, and is mainly composed of a cover body 10, a hinge body 11, a flange 12, and a gap covering flange 13 (see FIG. 1).

The cover body 10 is a plate-like member that covers the upper opening of the universal joint duct. The cover body 10 is provided with a flange 12 on the long side surface, and the pair of cover bodies 10 are arranged front and back via the hinge body 11. Has been. The hinge body 11 connects the front and rear cover bodies 10 so as to be swingable up and down, and one long hinge member is used so as to cover the gap between the connection parts of the cover bodies 10. And the angle of the cover body 10 is adjusted according to the angle of the up-and-down universal joint duct bent up and down.

The flange 12 is bent from the longitudinal side edge of each cover body 10, that is, from the left and right side edges along the side surface of the up and down universal joint duct. The flange 12 is provided so as to cover a gap generated in a straight portion of the vertically movable joint duct (see FIG. 2). A general vertically movable joint duct is formed by connecting a pair of front and rear duct bodies 20 so that the vertical angle can be adjusted, and the left and right side plates of the duct body 20 are superposed so as to be swingable at the connecting portion. The flange 12 of the cover body 10 is provided so as to cover a gap generated between the linear portion other than the connecting portion and the cover body 10 (see FIG. 3).

The gap covering flange 13 is formed so as to be enlarged from the flange 12 and is enlarged so as to cover the maximum gap generated on the side surface of the bent portion when the vertically movable joint duct has a swing-down angle of 45 degrees. The gap covering flange 13 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 expands the flange 12 positioned on the left and right side surfaces of the connecting end portion of the cover body 10, and the boundary between the flange 12 and the gap covering flange 13 is continuous at an angle of approximately 45 degrees. It is provided to do. Further, the gap covering flange 13 shown in FIG. 4 is formed so as to gradually spread from the flange 12 toward the connecting end portion of the cover body 10.

Further, a cover fastening tool 14 is provided at the longitudinal end of the illustrated cover body 10 (see FIG. 1). The cover fastening tool 14 is rotatably attached to a fastening bolt 14A connected to the cover via a spring 14B, and is fastened to a fastening piece 27 of the duct body 20 to fix the cover body 10. Is. The locking piece 27 is a member extended from the left and right side plate upper end edges of the longitudinal end portion of the duct main body 20 toward the inside of the duct main body 20, and the cover fastener 14 is engaged with the locking piece 27. It is provided to stop.

The duct body 20 is formed by connecting a pair of duct bodies 20 with a hinge body 21 so that the vertical angle can be adjusted (see FIG. 1). As the hinge body 21, a long hinge body 21 is used so as to cover the gap between the duct bodies 20. The illustrated duct body 20 is provided so as to be adjustable within a range of 45 degrees in the vertical direction, and the overlapping side plates 22 are provided on the left and right side plates of the connecting portion of each duct body 20. The overlapping side plate 22 has a substantially arc shape at the upper end edge, and is provided so that a gap generated at the connecting portion is reduced as much as possible by overlapping each other. Further, a fixing bolt insertion hole 23 is opened outside the overlapping side plate 22. The fixing bolt insertion hole 23 passes through the fixing bolt 25 and fixes the duct main body 20 after the angle adjustment. After adjusting the angle of the duct main body 20, the inner side of the overlapping side plate 22 is aligned with the fixing bolt insertion hole 23. The fixing bolt 25 is penetrated through a hole. Therefore, the gap covering flange 13 according to the present invention is located at a position where it is not obstructed by the fixing bolt 25 of the fixing bolt insertion hole 23, that is, a position where it does not contact the fixing bolt insertion hole 23, or the cover body 10 is lifted even if contacted. (See FIG. 2).

Furthermore, a fitting mounting hole 24 is opened on the side surface of the longitudinal end of the duct body 20 (see FIG. 2). The fitting mounting hole 24 is for inserting the connecting bolt 26 and fixing the fitting 30 when the fitting 30 is mounted (see FIG. 1). The joint 30 is used when another wiring duct is connected to the longitudinal end of the duct body 20.
