Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a connecting piece on a side edge for attaching to an end of a piping duct formed by a side wall member and a canopy member, and in a state where the connecting piece is overlapped on the side wall member, the connecting piece and the connecting piece The present invention relates to an end cover member (hereinafter, simply referred to as an “end cover member”) of a piping duct that can be connected to a side wall member by a connection member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of end cover member, there has been one shown in FIG.
The pipe duct D here is for disposing various pipes and long bodies such as cooler pipes or electric cables on the roof of a building or the like. By using the pipe duct D, the various pipes can be easily arranged, and the various pipes can be protected from ultraviolet rays of sunlight and rainwater.
Usually, the pipe ducts D are used by connecting adjacent pipe ducts D to each other. However, it may be necessary to close an end of the pipe duct D at a predetermined location. At such a location, the end cover member 1 is attached to the end of the piping duct D as shown in FIG.
The piping duct D is usually attached to a pair of side wall members 2 and a canopy member 3 bridged between the pair of side wall members 2. This mounting is performed by connecting the connecting piece 11 provided on the end cover member 1 to the side wall member 2 using the mounting screw 5. The connection pieces 11 are provided, for example, at two locations on both side edges 1C of the end cover member 1, respectively. The side wall member 2 and the connecting piece 11 are provided with mounting holes 7 through which the mounting screws 5 are inserted. As for the connecting piece 11, a nut 6 for screwing the mounting screw 5 is mounted on the back side of the mounting hole 7.
As described above, in the conventional end cover member 1, the connection piece 11 is positioned inside the side wall member 2, and the mounting screw 5 is inserted from outside the side wall member 2 and screwed to the nut 6. Thus, it was attached to the piping duct D.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional end cover member 1 has the following problems.
As described above, the conventional end cover member 1 is, in principle, attached to the piping duct D using only the connecting piece 11, and the lower surface of the canopy member 3 is formed by the upper edge 1A of the end cover member 1. Only abut or approach the mounting piece 20 provided in the above. For this reason, when the canopy member 3 is curved upward, a gap is formed between the canopy member 3 and the mounting piece 20 described above. Inconveniences such as fluttering of the member 3 and further impairing the appearance have occurred.
Also, paying attention to the workability in connecting the end cover member 1 to the pipe duct D, in the conventional structure, for example, when the end cover member 1 is positioned and temporarily fixed to the pipe duct D, There was a case where the lid member 1 entered the inside of the piping duct D too much. For this reason, the positioning of the mounting hole 7 of the side wall member 2 and the mounting hole 7 of the connecting piece 11 for inserting the mounting screw 5 is complicated.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and to provide an end cover member of a piping duct which can surely close the end of the piping duct and is easy to mount.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The features of the present invention for achieving this object will be described with reference to the examples shown in FIGS.
(Configuration 1)
The end cover member 1 according to the present invention, as described in claim 1, has an outer fitting protruding piece portion 12 which is disposed at two places on the outer surface side of the canopy member 3 in a state where the connecting piece 11 is overlapped on the side wall member 2. And an inner fitting protruding piece portion 13 that is arranged on the inner surface side of the canopy member 3 and is provided on the upper edge portion 1A.
(Action / Effect)
According to this configuration, the outer fitting protruding piece and the inner fitting protruding piece sandwich the canopy member, and can eliminate a gap between the upper edge portion of the end cover member and the canopy member. It is possible to effectively prevent rainwater or sunlight from entering from the boundary between the lid member and the end cover member, or to prevent the canopy member from vibrating in a strong wind.
In addition, when the end cover member is attached to the pipe duct, the base end of the outer fitting protruding piece abuts the end of the canopy member, so that the end cover member does not excessively enter the inside of the pipe duct. However, if the end cover member is simply pushed in until the end cover member contacts the canopy member, the positioning with respect to the piping duct can be performed, and the work of attaching the end cover member becomes easy.
[0006]
(Configuration 2)
As described in claim 2, the end cover member 1 of the present invention bends the upper edge 1A of the end cover member 1 to form the outer fitting protruding piece 12 and the inner fitting protruding piece 13 together. Can be configured.
(Action / Effect)
With this configuration, the effect shown in the above configuration 1 can be achieved while having a very simple configuration.
[0007]
In the description of the means for solving the problems described above, reference is made to the drawings, and reference numerals are written in order to facilitate comparison with the drawings. However, it is not intended that the present invention be limited to the configuration of the accompanying drawings. Absent.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
The piping duct D for mounting the end cover member 1 according to the present invention has the following configuration.
The pipe duct D mainly includes a pair of side wall members 2, a canopy member 3 that can be detachably attached to the pair of side wall members 2, and a plurality of pipe supports that connect the pair of side wall members 2. And a member 4. The pipe support member 4 also has a function of mounting various pipes such as a cooler pipe or an electric cable laid inside the pipe duct D.
The side wall member 2 is formed by bending an upper edge 1A and a lower edge 1B. The upper edge 1A is used as a mounting portion for the canopy member 3, and the lower edge 1B is used as a mounting portion for the pipe support member 4. The attachment between the side wall member 2 and the canopy member 3 or the attachment between the side wall member 2 and the pipe support member 4 is performed using, for example, an attachment screw 5 and a nut 6. For this purpose, the upper edge 1A and the lower edge 1B are provided with mounting holes 7 through which the mounting screws 5 are inserted. The nut 6 may be attached to the attachment hole 7 of the upper edge 1A by welding or the like, or may be a nut that directly forms a female screw with respect to the attachment hole 7.
The side wall member 2 or the canopy member 3 is provided with a step 8 along its longitudinal direction X as shown in FIG. 1 in order to improve its strength.
The pipe duct D is normally fixed to the leg member 10 in a state of being placed on the leg member 10. In this case, the lower edge portion 1B of the pipe duct D is sandwiched between the sandwiching member 9 and the leg member 10 and fixed using the mounting screw 5.
[0009]
(End cover and mounting)
The attachment of the end cover member 1 to the pipe duct D may be performed after the canopy member 3 is attached to the side wall member 2 or before the canopy member 3 is attached. FIG. 1 shows the former example.
As shown in FIG. 1, the end cover member 1 has two connecting pieces 11 at two side edges 1C on both sides, and further has an outer fitting projection piece 12 and an inner fitting projection at the upper edge 1A. One piece 13 is provided. FIG. 1 shows an example in which two pairs of the outer fitting protruding pieces 12 and the inner fitting protruding pieces 13 are provided. The reason why the outer fitting protruding pieces 12 are provided at two places is to avoid the step 8 formed on the canopy member 3.
In order to attach the end cover member 1 to the pipe duct D, the respective connecting pieces 11 are inserted inside the side wall member 2, and the two inner fitting protruding pieces 13 are inserted inside the canopy member 3, The two outer fitting protruding pieces 12 are located outside the canopy member 3. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the end cover member 1 is attached.
As a result, since the inner fitting protruding piece 13 and the outer fitting protruding piece 12 sandwich the canopy member 3, no gap is generated between the upper edge 1 </ b> A of the end cover 1 and the canopy member 3. . Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent rainwater or sunlight from entering from the boundary between the canopy member 3 and the end cover member 1, or prevent the canopy member 3 from vibrating in a strong wind.
When the end cover member 1 is aligned with the piping duct D, the base end portion 12A of the outer fitting projecting piece 12 abuts on the edge 3A of the canopy member 3. Therefore, the end cover member 1 does not enter the inside of the piping duct D too much, and the positioning with respect to the piping duct D is performed by simply pushing the end cover member 1 until the end cover member 1 contacts the canopy member 3. Therefore, the work of attaching the end cover member 1 is facilitated.
[0010]
Although not shown, having the outer fitting protruding piece 12 and the inner fitting protruding piece 13 is also effective when the canopy member 3 is attached last. That is, when the end cover member 1 is first attached to both the side wall members 2 and the canopy member 3 is attached thereafter, the edge 3A of the canopy member 3 is attached to the outer fitting projecting piece 12 and the inner fitting projecting piece. Then, the canopy member 3 may be inserted and pushed into the canopy member 3 until the edge 3A of the canopy member 3 comes into contact with the base end 12A of the external fitting projecting piece 12. Therefore, alignment of the edge 3A of the canopy member 3 is easy, and in particular, when attaching the canopy member 3 to the end cover member 1 provided at the lower end portion of the piping duct D arranged in the vertical direction, the worker It is not necessary to lift and support the canopy member 3, and the work of mounting the canopy member 3 becomes extremely easy.
[0011]
Note that the number of the inner fitting protruding pieces 13 and the number of the outer fitting protruding pieces 12 are not limited to two pairs, and at least one each may be provided. In short, as long as there is no extreme gap between the upper edge 1A of the end cover member 1 and the canopy member 3, the configuration is the above-mentioned inner fitting protruding piece 13 and outer fitting protruding piece 12 The shape is not limited, and the number is arbitrary.
[0012]
(effect)
As described above, by using the end cover member 1 of the piping duct D according to the present invention, attachment to the piping duct D becomes extremely easy, and the end of the piping duct D can be reliably closed. Was.
