例
120mmの広がり(DIN 18555−2による)を有する標準的な土壌の試料を、10のFER(泡膨張比率)を有する30%FIR(泡注入比率)の泡と混合する。用いる発泡した液体の量は、土壌1dm3あたり30gである。
a)3%(重量)の商業的に入手できる発泡剤の溶液から製造された泡(メイコ(MEYCO)(登録商標)FIX SLF 20);
b)3%のメイコ(登録商標)FIX SLF 20および
5000の重量平均MWを有するポリアクリル酸のナトリウム塩の45%溶液2%
を含む溶液から製造された泡。
Claims (4)
- 土圧バランス型トンネル掘削機によりトンネルを掘削する方法であって、発泡水性溶液および分子量が2,000〜20,000である水溶性アクリル酸ベースポリマーの水性溶液の切断ヘッドにおける注入を含む、前記方法。
- 発泡のための水性溶液および水溶性アクリル酸ベースポリマーの水性溶液を、単一の材料として加える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 土圧バランス型トンネル掘削機と共に用いるための発泡溶液であって、分子量が2,000〜20,000であるアクリル酸ベースポリマーの水性溶液、ならびに硫酸エステル類、硫酸エーテル類およびスルホネート類から選択された陰イオン性界面活性剤を含む、前記発泡溶液。
- 界面活性剤が、エーテル部分が最大で2つのオキシエチル単位からなるラウリルエーテルスルフェートである、請求項3に記載の発泡溶液。
