Abstract

Description
本发明涉及地压平衡屏蔽隧道钻进机和在其中使用的组合物。
包括大直径切割机头的隧道钻进机(TBM)是众所周知和被广泛使用的。为了在软土中钻进,通常使用的类型是屏蔽TBM。在这种机器中,TBM和其辅助装置被装在圆柱体(被称为“屏蔽”)中。在屏蔽内,在切割机头后面头的是工作室,其容纳挖掘的土壤和将土壤输送走的传送带。屏蔽TBM的另一个变体是地压平衡TBM(EPBM)。在这种机器中,通过注射含水泡沫将钻进面保持,该含水泡沫既保持钻进面,又带走土壤。在钻进面处的压力被保持在这样一种程度,其能够保持所述面,但不会引起地表上土壤上升而引起对地表上的建筑物的破坏,由此得名“地压平衡”。压力通过TBM的速度、泡沫注射速率和压力以及通过借助于传送带运送土壤的速率进行控制。此外,泡沫有助于防止切割圆盘的止动(这在软土中是常见问题)。
现在已经发现,在使用EPBM时,通过注射附加的物质能够实质上提高性能。因此,本发明提供了借助于地压平衡TBM钻进隧道的方法,其包括在切割机头处注射发泡的水溶液和水溶性丙烯酸基聚合物的水溶液。
所述泡沫可以通过至少一种表面活性剂的水溶液的发泡产生。能够发泡的任何表面活性剂均适合用于本发明,但是优选的表面活性剂包括硫酸盐酯、硫酸盐醚和磺酸盐。
适合的表面活性剂的优选例子包括聚氧亚烷基烷基醚硫酸盐,其中所述聚氧亚烷基链具有1-3个氧化烯单元的平均链长。如果表面活性剂是月桂基醚硫酸盐,优选醚部分由不多于两个氧乙基单元组成。
典型的工业材料包括Toho化学工业公司的“Alscope”(商标)系列。
其他特别优选的类型包括单异丙醇铵月桂醇硫酸盐(可作为例如“Sulfetal”(商标)Cjot 60得到,α-烯烃磺酸盐(CAS登记号68439-57-6),可以例如“Rhodocal”(商标)A-246-L得到,和C8-22脂肪醇硫酸盐,以及C8-22脂肪醇醚硫酸盐,所述脂肪醇优选是月桂醇,所述醚是与具有1-3个氧化烯单元的氧化烯(优选环氧乙烷)链形成的醚,并且成盐阳离子优选选自碱金属、镁和烷醇胺。
水溶性丙烯酸基聚合物是众所周知的工业材料。用于本发明的材料具有相对低的分子量,2,000-20,000,优选2,000-10,000,并且更优选4,000-6,000。虽然除丙烯酸以外的小比例(不多于10%重量)的单体可能是允许的,但是优选所述聚合物是100%的丙烯酸。本发明中使用的术语“丙烯酸”不仅包括酸本身,而且包括其盐。优选的丙烯酸是一价阳离子的盐,例如钠、钾、铵或者叔或者季胺的盐。
丙烯酸基聚合物溶液和可发泡的表面活性剂溶液可以作为独立的溶液使用,或者它们可以混合使用。因此,本发明还提供了供地压平衡隧道钻进机使用的发泡溶液,其包括丙烯酸基聚合物的水溶液和选自硫酸盐酯、硫酸盐醚和磺酸盐的阴离子表面活性剂的水溶液。
所述表面活性剂溶液可以被发泡并且通过切割机头注入。表面活性剂优选以0.2-4、更优选0.5-2、最优选0.5-1.5千克干燥材料每立方米挖掘的土壤的速度注入,并且丙烯酸基聚合物以0.05-2.0、优选0.1-1.0、更优选0.2-0.5千克干燥聚合物每立方米挖掘的土壤的速度注入。
本发明的方法相对于先前的在EPBM中使用泡沫的方法具有大量优点。已经发现,丙烯酸基聚合物在这种情况下起土壤的增塑剂的作用。这具有三个重要结果。首先,其能够更容易地获得最适合于容易地取出的土壤稠性。其次,获得最佳的土壤稠性导致在切割机头处获得降低的扭矩,或者导致在规定的扭矩下获得较高的挖掘速度。第三,其使得增塑土壤所需的水减少。这进而意味着土壤能够被更容易地处理。优选的是在填埋场中处理土壤,但是如果含水量过高(通常是这样的),这将是不可能的,因此需要使用辅助的脱水过程或者使用替代的处理方法,两种情况都是更昂贵和不太方便的。
本发明进一步参考以下非限制性实施例进行描述。
实施例
将具有120毫米的展开(spread)(根据DIN 18555-2)的标准土壤样品与30%FIR(泡沫注射速率)的泡沫混合,该泡沫具有10的FER(泡沫膨胀速率)。使用的发泡液体的量是30克每立方分米土壤。
使用的泡沫是:
a)由工业上可得的发泡剂(MEYCOFIX SLF 20)的3%(重量)的溶液制造的泡沫;
b)由包含以下成分的溶液制造的泡沫:
3%的MEYCOFIX SLF 20和
2%的45%的聚丙烯酸钠盐的溶液,所述聚丙烯酸的重均MW为5000。

Claims (4)
1.一种借助于地压平衡隧道钻进机钻进隧道的方法,其包括在切割机头处注射发泡的水溶液和水溶性丙烯酸基聚合物的水溶液。
2.权利要求1的方法,其中用于发泡的水溶液和水溶性丙烯酸基聚合物的水溶液作为单一的材料加入。
3.一种供地压平衡隧道钻进机使用的发泡的溶液,其包括丙烯酸基聚合物和选自硫酸盐酯、硫酸盐醚和磺酸盐的阴离子表面活性剂的水溶液。
4.权利要求3的发泡溶液,其中表面活性剂是月桂基醚硫酸盐,其醚部分由最多两个氧乙基单元组成。
