Claims (1)
- IPv6(Internet Protocol version 6)インターネットプロトコルにより運用される公衆インターネット網上で発信地移動端末機と目的地移動端末機間のパケットデータ伝送のためのゲートウェイ機能を行う複数のIPルータと、
前記公衆インターネット網上の任意の位置に存在し、前記発信地移動端末機および前記目的地移動端末機の初期登録、IPルーティング及びルート最適化、前記発信地移動端末機および前記目的地移動端末機の移動性管理を行うホームエージェントと、
前記公衆インターネット網上の任意の位置に存在し、前記発信地移動端末機および前記目的地移動端末機の前記公衆インターネット網接続のための認証、利用権限検証及び課金機能を行い、前記発信地移動端末機および前記目的地移動端末機に関連したAAA情報を貯蔵しているAAAサーバーと、
前記IPルータに連結されて前記発信地移動端末機および前記目的地移動端末機と前記IPルータとを接続させ、全般的な無線リンク機能を行うRAPと、を含み、
前記ホームエージェント、前記AAAサーバー、及び前記RAPは仮想私設網サービスを受け入れるように具現される移動通信システムにおけるデータ通信方法であって、
(a) 第1通信方法を用いて制御情報データを伝送する段階と、
(b) 第2通信方法を用いてユーザデータを伝送する段階と、を含み、前記制御情報データ及び前記ユーザデータは二元化された方法により処理されて伝送され、
前記(a)段階は、
(a1) システム初期化時に前記RAP間、前記RAPと前記ホームエージェント間及び前記RAPと前記AAAサーバー間に仮想私設網サービスを通じて通信を行って安全な通信経路を確保する段階と、
(a2) 前記制御情報データを所定の方式で暗号化した後、前記暗号化された制御情報データに前記ユーザデータより高い優先順位を設定し、前記通信経路を通じて伝送する段階と、を含み、
前記(b)段階では前記発信地移動端末機および前記目的地移動端末機のユーザデータを前記RAPを通じて前記公衆インターネット網に直ちに伝送することを特徴とするデータ通信方法。
