Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drainage structure for a bathtub, and more particularly, to a drainage structure for a bathtub with a washing area.
[0002]
[Prior art]
At present, FRP bathrooms are widely used even in apartment houses, hotels, and even detached houses, and the drainage of the bathtub is led from the bottom to a drain trap and led to the main drain pipe. And the hole for drainage is made in the bottom part of a bathtub, and a bus plug is mounted | worn here, a bus plug joint is screwed to this, and it has the structure where a drain pipe is connected.
[0003]
However, although it is desirable that the bath stopper is completely watertightly fixed to the hole at the bottom of the bathtub, it is true that there is a risk of water leakage. And if water leaks, it is water leaking out of a bathroom unit, and when there is water leak, the means for preventing this is extremely difficult.
[0004]
FIG. 1 is a general view showing a conventional bathtub with a washing place, where 1 is a bathtub, 2 is a washing place, 3 is an apron, 4 is a drain trap, and 5 is a door. FIG. 2 shows a cross section in the vicinity of the drainage hole at the bottom of the bathtub 1, and a bath stopper 7 is fitted into the drainage hole 6 from above, and the contents of water leakage vary from the periphery of the bath stopper 7 and the hole 6 of the bathtub 1. The water-stop material is used. In this example, the packing material 8 is fitted, and the drainage structure is formed such that the edge seat 9 sandwiches the packing material 8 and the elbow-shaped bus plug joint 10 is screwed to the bus plug 7. Of course, depending on the case, the caulking material may be treated around the hole 6 as a countermeasure against water leakage. 11 is a drainage path on the bathtub side.
[0005]
Thus, since the vicinity of the bath plug in the conventional bathtub is exposed, when water leaks, water accumulates directly on the concrete slab, and the influence on the downstairs is large.
[0006]
There is a structure in which a double pan, that is, a second waterproof pan is installed so as to surround the bottom of the bathtub, and the second waterproof pan receives the water leak. Although it is safe, there is a problem that the cost increases. Moreover, since the part in which the bathtub is put is easy to get dirty and difficult to clean, the problem of causing a bad odor has also been pointed out.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention is made | formed in view of the above conventional techniques, and makes it a subject to prevent the water leak from the bath stopper installed in the bottom part of a bathtub.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 includes a drain hole opened in the bottom of the bathtub, a bath plug mounted in the drain hole, and a bus plug joint mounted on the bath plug on the back side of the bathtub. In the bathtub drainage structure where the drainage pipe that extends downward is connected to the bath plug joint, the entire circumference of the bath plug is surrounded on the back side of the bathtub, the upper edge is fixed to the back side of the bottom of the bathtub, and the lower edge Is provided with a water leakage receiving tool that is watertightly fixed to the bus plug joint and that has a drain outlet on the side surface. A second aspect of the invention is the bathtub drainage structure according to the first aspect, wherein a pipe is connected to the drain outlet of the water leakage receptacle and the tip of the pipe is led into the washing panel. According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the bathtub drainage structure according to the first aspect, a pipe is connected to the drainage outlet of the water leakage catcher and the tip of the pipe is led to the drainage path.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A feature of the present invention is that a drainage hole formed in a bathtub and a bath stopper, which are considered to be susceptible to water leakage, are surrounded by a water leakage receptacle on the back side of the bathtub, and a drainage outlet provided in the water leakage receptacle and a washing place or drainage. The paths are connected by pipes. For this reason, even if there is a leak from such a place, the receiver itself receives the leak, and the leaked water gathered here is flowed to the washing place or connected to the drainage path. The material of such a water leakage receiving device is not particularly limited, but is usually composed of a resin such as FRP, HIPS, ABS or the like.
[0010]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the bathtub drainage structure of the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 is an overall view showing a first example of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is an overall view showing a second example of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the main part.
[0011]
In the figure, reference numerals 1 to 10 are the same as those described with reference to FIG. The feature of the present invention is that an ABS resin leakage receptacle 20 is arranged on the back side of the bathtub 1 so as to surround the upper end of the drain hole 6, the bus plug 7 packing material 8, the edge seat 9, and the bus plug joint 10. In the unlikely event that water leaks, it is received by the water leakage receiving device 20 and drained.
[0012]
That is, the water leakage received by the water leakage receiving device 20 is to lead it to the washing place (FIG. 3) or to the drainage path (FIG. 4). Accordingly, the water leakage receiving device 20 is provided with the drain outlet 21, and the pipe 22 is connected to the water outlet 21 and led to the respective portions. In FIG. 3, the water leakage is guided to the receptacle 23 of the washing place 2 and flows into the drain trap 4 from a drain outlet (not shown) provided in the washing place 2, and in FIG. 4, it is led to the connector 24 of the drainage path 11. This also flows into the drain trap 4. The invention shown in FIG. 3 causes water leakage to flow into the washing place 2. The feature of the present invention is that the water leakage can be visually observed, and the occurrence of water leakage can be judged directly.
[0013]
The water leakage receiving device 20 has an upper edge 25 and a lower edge 26 fixed in a watertight manner, and the upper edge 25 surrounds the drain hole 6 and the like and is fixed in a watertight manner on the back side of the bathtub 1 by any means. The lower edge 26 is fixed to the upper part of the bus plug joint 10 in a watertight manner by any means. In this example, all the portions are fixed by a silicon coking material.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
In the bathtub drainage structure of the present invention, even if leakage occurs from around the drainage hole, this can be treated in the bathtub system system, and damage due to leakage to the downstairs etc. The practical value is extremely high.
