Description
Claims (7)
- NMR測定に用いる試料管であって、測定対象である試料の試料管軸方向の両側または片側に試料の磁化率と等しいか或いはほぼ等しくなるように調整されたプラグを有し、前記プラグと試料空間を合わせた形状が試料管軸を回転軸とする回転楕円体であることを特徴とするNMR用試料管。
- 前記プラグは、試料空間と接しない側の試料管軸を回転軸とする回転楕円形状と、試料接触面側の試料管軸方向長さが1mm以下の試料管に接する円柱部分を付け足した形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNMR用試料管。
- 前記回転楕円体以外の領域は、前記試料がはみ出さないように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNMR用試料管。
- 前記プラグの試料接触面が試料から見て遠ざかる方向に、試料管軸を回転軸とする回転楕円体の半分の形状に凹み、試料空間が回転楕円体の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNMR用試料管。
- 前記プラグの片方または両方に試料を通過させるための穴が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNMR用試料管。
- 試料空間とプラグをガラスで包み、前記ガラスに試料を通過させるための穴が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のNMR用試料管。
- 前記プラグの片方または両方に試料を通過させるためのプラグ位置調整棒が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNMR用試料管。
