前記孔部を埋めるように前記孔部の長径部分に嵌挿されるセラミック製の蓋部材と、
前記セラミック部材と前記蓋部材との隙間に充填され、前記蓋部材を固定する充填材と、

Claims (3)
- 金属製の基材と、
段差を有する孔部を備え、前記孔部の短径側が前記基材側となるように前記基材上に配置されるセラミック部材と、
前記セラミック部材における前記孔部内の段差部を前記基材側に押さえるための鍔部および前記基材と溶接により固定される筒状部を有し、前記セラミック部材を前記基材に係止させるための金具と、
前記鍔部と前記段差部との間に設けられ、前記セラミック部材と前記金具の熱膨張に対して緩衝作用を示す無機繊維シートまたは無機繊維綿からなる緩衝材と、
前記孔部を埋めるように前記孔部の長径部分に嵌挿されるセラミック製の蓋部材と、
前記セラミック部材と前記蓋部材との隙間に充填され、前記蓋部材を固定する充填材と、
を具備することを特徴とするセラミックライニング。 - 前記金具の前記基材への溶接時およびセラミックライニングの使用時における前記金具と前記セラミック部材の熱膨張による破損が防止されるように、前記金具と前記セラミック部材との間に所定の間隙が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックライニング。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のセラミックライニングを整流板および/またはバーナーノズルとして備えていることを特徴とする微粉炭バーナー。
