本発明は、毛髪に塗布したときの指通り・くし通り性、ボリュームアップ性に優れ、油性感が全くないふわっと軽い感触の仕上がりが得られ、かつその仕上がりが長時間持続する毛髪化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
毛髪スタイリング剤には、毛髪に塗布したときに指通り・くし通り性等を向上させるための潤滑成分として、種々の油性物質が配合されている。しかし、これらの油性物質は多量に配合すると、好ましくない油性感がでたり、油の重みでスタイルが崩れやすくなるという問題があった。

このため、毛髪のすべり等の感触を改善する目的で、粉体を配合した毛髪化粧料が提案されている(特開昭59−184115号、特開平4−124121号)。しかし、粉体は毛髪に塗布すると白く見えてしまうため(白化)、少量しか配合できず、感触を十分に改善できなかった。また、自然な質感にボリュームアップしてその仕上がりを持続させることもできなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、指通り・くし通り性に優れ、油性感の全くないふわっと軽い感触の仕上がりが得られる毛髪化粧料を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、不揮発性シリコーンオイルを粉体に対して特定の割合で用いれば、白化を起こさずに十分の量の粉体を配合でき、指通り・くし通り性、ボリュームアップ性に優れ、油性感が全くないふわっと軽い感触の仕上がりが得られ、しかもその仕上がりが長時間持続する毛髪化粧料が得られることを見出した。

すなわち、本発明は、(A)球状ナイロン 4〜20重量%、及び
(B)不揮発性シリコーンオイル 2〜10重量%かつ成分(A)に対して0.3〜2.5重量倍
を含有するクリーム、ミルク、ジェル、ローション、エアゾールフォーム及びエアゾールスプレーから選ばれる剤型の整髪剤を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】

本発明で用いる成分(A)の球状ナイロンは、平均粒径が1〜30μm、特に1〜10μmであることが好ましい。

成分(A)の粉体は1種以上を用いることができ、全組成中に4〜20重量%、好ましくは4〜15重量%、特に好ましくは5〜10重量%配合される。4重量%未満では感触を十分に改善できず、20重量%を超えても効果は大きく変わらない。

本発明で用いる成分(B)のシリコーンオイルは、不揮発性のものである。揮発性のものでは白化が起こりやすく、また仕上がりの持続性にも劣る。シリコーンオイルとしては、例えばジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン等が挙げられる。シリコーンオイルは、25℃の粘度が50mPa・s以下、特に5〜20mPa・sであるのが好ましい。

成分(B)のシリコーンオイルは1種以上を用いることができ、成分(A)に対して0.3〜2.5重量倍、好ましくは0.5〜2.5重量倍、特に好ましくは0.6〜1.5重量倍配合される。0.3重量倍未満では粉体の白化を十分に防止できず、10重量倍を超えると油性感が感じられる。また、シリコーンオイルは、全組成中に、2〜10重量%、特に3〜10重量%配合するのが好ましい。

実施例1
表1及び表2に示す組成の成分を混合して毛髪化粧料(原液)を調製し、これを噴射剤(LPG)とともに原液/噴射剤=90/10でエアゾール缶に充填して、フォーム剤を得た。
得られたフォーム剤3gを長さ20cm、20gのトレスに塗布し、20名の専門パネラーにより以下の項目について以下の基準で評価し、パネラー20名中最もスコアの高かった評価基準で示した。
なお、表1中の「本発明品1」、「本発明品2」、「本発明品5」及び「本発明品6」、並びに実施例2は、参考例であって、特許請求の範囲に含まれるものではない。
