本発明は、毛髪に塗布したときの指通り・くし通り性、ボリュームアップ性に優れ、油性感が全くないふわっと軽い感触の仕上がりが得られ、かつその仕上がりが長時間持続する毛髪化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
毛髪スタイリング剤には、毛髪に塗布したときに指通り・くし通り性等を向上させるための潤滑成分として、種々の油性物質が配合されている。しかし、これらの油性物質は多量に配合すると、好ましくない油性感がでたり、油の重みでスタイルが崩れやすくなるという問題があった。

このため、毛髪のすべり等の感触を改善する目的で、粉体を配合した毛髪化粧料が提案されている（特開昭５９−１８４１１５号、特開平４−１２４１２１号）。しかし、粉体は毛髪に塗布すると白く見えてしまうため（白化）、少量しか配合できず、感触を十分に改善できなかった。また、自然な質感にボリュームアップしてその仕上がりを持続させることもできなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、指通り・くし通り性に優れ、油性感の全くないふわっと軽い感触の仕上がりが得られる毛髪化粧料を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、不揮発性シリコーンオイルを粉体に対して特定の割合で用いれば、白化を起こさずに十分の量の粉体を配合でき、指通り・くし通り性、ボリュームアップ性に優れ、油性感が全くないふわっと軽い感触の仕上がりが得られ、しかもその仕上がりが長時間持続する毛髪化粧料が得られることを見出した。

すなわち、本発明は、（Ａ）球状ナイロン４〜２０重量％、及び
（Ｂ）不揮発性シリコーンオイル２〜１０重量％かつ成分（Ａ）に対して０．３〜２．５重量倍
を含有するクリーム、ミルク、ジェル、ローション、エアゾールフォーム及びエアゾールスプレーから選ばれる剤型の整髪剤を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】

本発明で用いる成分（Ａ）の球状ナイロンは、平均粒径が１〜３０μｍ、特に１〜１０μｍであることが好ましい。

成分（Ａ）の粉体は１種以上を用いることができ、全組成中に４〜２０重量％、好ましくは４〜１５重量％、特に好ましくは５〜１０重量％配合される。４重量％未満では感触を十分に改善できず、２０重量％を超えても効果は大きく変わらない。

本発明で用いる成分（Ｂ）のシリコーンオイルは、不揮発性のものである。揮発性のものでは白化が起こりやすく、また仕上がりの持続性にも劣る。シリコーンオイルとしては、例えばジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン等が挙げられる。シリコーンオイルは、２５℃の粘度が５０mPa・s以下、特に５〜２０mPa・sであるのが好ましい。

成分（Ｂ）のシリコーンオイルは１種以上を用いることができ、成分（Ａ）に対して０．３〜２．５重量倍、好ましくは０．５〜２．５重量倍、特に好ましくは０．６〜１．５重量倍配合される。０．３重量倍未満では粉体の白化を十分に防止できず、１０重量倍を超えると油性感が感じられる。また、シリコーンオイルは、全組成中に、２〜１０重量％、特に３〜１０重量％配合するのが好ましい。

本発明の毛髪化粧料には、更に通常の毛髪化粧料に用いられる成分、例えば保湿剤、増粘剤、起泡剤、酸化防止剤、油剤、香料、色素、噴射剤などを、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で配合できる。

本発明の整髪剤は、通常の方法に従って、クリーム、ミルク、ジェル、ローション、エアゾールフォーム及びエアゾールスプレーから選ばれる剤型に製造される。

【発明の効果】
本発明の毛髪化粧料は、白化を起こさずに十分の量の粉体を配合でき、指通り・くし通り性、ボリュームアップ性に優れ、油性感が全くないふわっと軽い感触の仕上がりが得られ、しかもその仕上がりが長時間持続する。

【実施例】
実施例１
表１及び表２に示す組成の成分を混合して毛髪化粧料（原液）を調製し、これを噴射剤（ＬＰＧ）とともに原液／噴射剤＝９０／１０でエアゾール缶に充填して、フォーム剤を得た。
得られたフォーム剤３ｇを長さ２０cm、２０ｇのトレスに塗布し、２０名の専門パネラーにより以下の項目について以下の基準で評価し、パネラー２０名中最もスコアの高かった評価基準で示した。
なお、表１中の「本発明品１」、「本発明品２」、「本発明品５」及び「本発明品６」、並びに実施例２は、参考例であって、特許請求の範囲に含まれるものではない。
