Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an intermediate dish for holding a stick-shaped cosmetic material in a lower part of the stick-shaped cosmetic material in a container for storing the stick-shaped cosmetic material such as lipstick.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The stick-shaped cosmetic container includes a cap and a main body, and the main body includes an inner plate and a feeding mechanism that allows the inner plate to move up and down. It has a cylindrical part having an inner diameter substantially equal to the diameter, and has a structure for holding the stick-shaped cosmetic in a form in which the lower part of the stick-shaped cosmetic is attached to the cylindrical part.
However, when transporting a bar-shaped cosmetic containing a bar-shaped cosmetic in this bar-shaped cosmetic storage container, the bar-shaped cosmetic may fall out of the inner plate due to vibrations. As a measure to prevent drop-off, a rod-shaped cosmetic is provided on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion of the inner tray to bite into the rod-shaped cosmetic material, or an oil absorbing body is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the inner tray. It has been proposed to retain a stick-shaped cosmetic material by absorbing the oil content of the cosmetic material (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
[0003]
Although the method of providing the engaging protrusion on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion can prevent the entire stick-shaped cosmetic from falling off, the stick-shaped cosmetic breaks in the vicinity of the engaging protrusion, and the portion beyond that (hereinafter referred to as this phenomenon). This phenomenon tends to increase in stick-shaped cosmetics that are soft in terms of ease of use.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to obtain an intermediate dish for a bar-shaped cosmetic storage container that prevents the bar-shaped cosmetic from falling off and tearing.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the past, the inventors of the present invention have used a high-rigidity material exclusively when engaging projections are provided in order to ensure the holding of the bar-shaped cosmetic material. No particular consideration was given. As for the engaging protrusion, when the same hard material as that of the other part was used, it was found that the above object can be achieved by forming the engaging protrusion with a material having a specific hardness which is a soft material.
[0007]
That is, according to the present invention, a material having an international rubber hardness of 30 to 80 IRHD (hereinafter referred to as “flexible”) is provided on the inner wall surface of a cylindrical portion (hereinafter simply referred to as “cylindrical portion”) for mounting the lower portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic. It is a stick-shaped cosmetic container middle dish (hereinafter, simply referred to as “middle dish”) provided with engaging projections made of “material”.
The international rubber hardness was measured under the condition of plunger tip sphere diameter: 2.50 ± 0.01 mm based on the international rubber hardness test method defined in JIS K6253-1993 (normal test). Means.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIGS. 1 to 3 show an example of the middle dish of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of the upper part of the middle dish, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA ′ in FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view.
As shown in the drawing, an engagement protrusion 13 is provided on the inner wall surface 12 of the cylindrical portion 11 of the inner tray 1.
In the case of the intermediate dish of the present invention, the intermediate dish 1 including the cylindrical portion 11 is formed of a hard material, and the engagement protrusion 13 is formed of a flexible material that is a different material, like the conventional intermediate dish. Yes.
[0009]
The shape and arrangement of the engaging protrusions 13 are not particularly limited as long as they can prevent the stick-shaped cosmetic from coming off. For example, in the example of FIGS. Although three are provided independently at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, two or more independent ones may be provided, or an annular one continuous over the entire circumference may be used.
In the case of the example in FIGS. 1 to 3, the shape of the engagement protrusion 13 is a rectangular shape having a long side in the horizontal direction (circumferential direction) of the inner wall surface 12. A rectangular shape having a long side in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction of the cylindrical portion) may be a cubic shape, a prismatic shape, or a cylindrical shape.
Furthermore, it is not necessary to provide all the engaging protrusions 13 at the same position in the vertical direction of the cylindrical portion 11. For example, two protrusions 13 may be provided at two different positions in the vertical direction. However, in any case, it is preferable to provide it symmetrically with respect to the center line (line extending vertically) of the cylindrical portion.
The height of the engagement protrusion 13 (the length from the inner wall surface to the tip of the engagement protrusion) is preferably 1.0 mm or more from the viewpoint of the engagement effect, and 3.0 mm from the viewpoint of maintaining the strength of the bar-shaped cosmetic. The following is preferred. In particular, the range of 1.0 to 3.0 mm is preferable, and the range of 1.2 to 2.5 mm is more preferable.
[0010]
The distal end portion 13a of the engaging protrusion 13 may have an acute angle portion, but as shown in the figure, it is less likely to cause distortion due to volume shrinkage when the rod-shaped cosmetic is produced, when the acute angle portion is eliminated as an arc shape. Therefore, the effect of preventing tearing of the stick-shaped cosmetic is enhanced, which is preferable.
As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inner wall surface 12 of the cylindrical portion 11 has a band-shaped portion 13 b made of a flexible material and an engaging projection 13, and the outer wall surface has a band-shaped portion made of a flexible material. 13c is formed, but a through hole is provided at a position where the engaging projection 13 of the cylindrical portion 11 is provided, and two portions made of a flexible material inside and outside the cylindrical portion 11 in the through hole. So that the engagement protrusion 13 is securely fixed to the inner wall surface.
The method of securely fixing the engaging protrusion 13 to the inner wall surface is not limited to the method shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and various methods conventionally used for this type of object can be employed. The point is that there is a protrusion that protrudes inward from the inner wall surface, and it is sufficient that it is made of a flexible material. For example, a protrusion made of a flexible material may be provided on the inner wall surface made of a hard material.
[0011]
For stick-shaped cosmetics stored in stick-shaped cosmetic storage containers, in addition to the above-mentioned problems of falling off and tearing, stick-shaped makeup is used during transportation and use, particularly when a lateral force is often applied to the stick-shaped cosmetic. There is also a problem that the material breaks in the vicinity of the front end of the middle dish.
In the intermediate dish for the stick-shaped cosmetic storage container of the present invention, in addition to providing the engaging projection on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion, further by providing an annular body made of a flexible material at the tip of the cylindrical portion, In addition to falling off and tearing, it is possible to prevent breakage in the vicinity of the front end of the intermediate dish.
[0012]
FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of another example of the intermediate dish of the present invention. The engagement projection 13 is provided on the inner wall surface 12 of the cylindrical part 11 of the intermediate dish 1, and the tip part of the cylindrical part 2 is provided. An annular body 14 made of a flexible material is provided.
Further, as in the case of the engagement protrusion 13, the tip portion 14a of the annular body 14 may have an acute angle portion. However, as shown in the figure, it is more preferable to eliminate the acute angle portion as an arc shape. This is preferable because the effect of preventing the crease is increased.
[0013]
In the example shown in FIG. 4, the annular body 14 has a shape in which the lower part enters a hole provided at the tip of the cylindrical portion 11 to fix the annular body 14, but the method shown in FIG. Not limited to this, various methods conventionally used for this purpose can be adopted.
The annular body 14 is formed of a material having an international rubber hardness of 30 to 80 IRHD, similarly to the engaging protrusion 13.
The annular body 14 and the engaging protrusion 13 do not need to be made of the same material, but are preferably made of the same material from the viewpoint of ease of manufacturing, such as a two-color injection molding method, as will be described later.
1 to 4, the bottom portion of the inner dish is not drawn, but it is also possible to ensure the holding of the stick-shaped cosmetic by providing a protrusion like a sword mountain or other shapes on the bottom portion. However, the protrusion at the bottom in this case does not need to be formed of a flexible material, and may be formed of a hard material integrally with other portions.
[0014]
As a method of providing the engaging protrusion 13 or the engaging protrusion 13 and the annular body 14 on the cylindrical portion 11 of the inner tray 1 formed of a hard material, there is a method of molding and joining each separately, In the case of this method, it is preferable to perform bonding by using an adhesive or by providing a hole in the cylindrical portion and fitting an engagement protrusion.
On the other hand, there is also a method of integrally forming the inner tray main body including the cylindrical portion 11 made of a hard material and the engaging protrusion 13 made of a flexible material or the engaging protrusion 13 and the annular body 14 by a two-color injection molding method. is there. That is, by molding a part made of a hard material with the first mold and placing the molded part in the same mold or mounting it on a second mold to mold a part made of a flexible material. However, compared with the method in which each of the above is molded and joined separately, a gap is not generated, it is difficult to come off, and productivity is excellent, which is a preferable method.
[0015]
The middle dish main body including the cylindrical portion in the middle dish of the present invention is formed of a hard material as in the conventional product. Here, the hard material means a material having slidability required when the inner tray moves up and down in the feeding mechanism, and includes metal and hard resin, but injection molding, particularly two-color injection molding. Therefore, a hard resin is preferable in that it can be manufactured with high productivity.
Examples of the hard resin include acrylonitrile / styrene resin (AS), acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene resin (ABS), polyacetal (POM), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), and the like. When AS is required to be transparent, conversely, ABS can be preferably used when it is required to be opaque.
When using hard resin, consider compatibility with sticky cosmetics, for example, the good bite of sticky cosmetics and that hard resin and sticky cosmetics do not adversely affect the quality of each other. It is preferable to select.
[0016]
On the other hand, the material used for the engagement protrusion and the annular body is a material having an international rubber hardness of 30 to 80 IRHD from the viewpoint of preventing tearing or breaking of the bar-shaped cosmetic material.
Examples of such a flexible material include elastomers such as vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic elastomer. Among these, the desired hardness is obtained, and the quality of the flexible material and the bar-shaped cosmetic material deteriorates each other. It is preferable to select in consideration of not causing adverse effects such as occurrence.
Of the elastomers, thermoplastic elastomers such as polyurethane, polyester, styrene, olefin, and polyamide are preferred from the viewpoint that injection molding is possible.
[0017]
Examples of the styrenic elastomer include block copolymers having polystyrene as a hard segment and polybutadiene, polyisoprene, polyolefin and the like as a soft segment.
[0018]
Next, the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of an example of the stick-shaped cosmetic container according to the present invention.
A is a bar-shaped cosmetic container for storing the bar-shaped cosmetic 2 of the present invention, and is composed of a cap A1 and a main body A2. The main body part A2 includes a metal-made repellent member 3, a synthetic resin inner tubular member 5 having a notch 4 in the axial direction in which a lower portion is inserted into the repellent member 3, and the inner tubular member 5 A feeding mechanism comprising a helical member 6 made of a synthetic resin that covers the outer periphery of the spiral member 6 and an outer cylinder member 7 made of a metal material that covers the outer periphery of the spiral member 6, the cutout portion 4 of the inner cylinder member 5, and the An intermediate plate 1 and a hook that have an engaging pin 15 (not shown in FIGS. 1 to 4) that engages with a spiral groove 61 of the spiral member 6 and is accommodated in the inner cylinder member 5 so as to be vertically movable. The lower end portion is fitted and fixed in the member 3, and the upper end portion is composed of a cap A <b> 1 and a metal-made middle tool 8 that can be attached and detached.
The engagement pin 15 is usually provided on the inner plate itself, but the portion of the engagement pin 15 may be made as a separate member and combined with the inner plate 1 to have the same function. .
[0019]
The bar-shaped cosmetic container A having the above-described configuration is rotated with the hook member 3 and the outer cylinder member 7 in a state where the cap A1 is removed, so that the engaging pin 15 is notched in the inner cylinder member 5. 4 and the inside of the spiral groove 61 of the spiral member 6, the inner dish 1 moves up and down, and the bar-shaped cosmetic 2 can be used by protruding and retracting from the upper part of the outer cylinder member 7.
The example shown in FIG. 5 is an example, and the shape, material, combination method, feeding method for moving the inner plate up and down, etc. are the same as those of the conventional bar-shaped cosmetic container. be able to.
[0020]
The stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention can be used for stick-shaped cosmetics such as lipstick, lip balm, stick eye shadow, and stick foundation.
As a method of attaching and fixing these bar-shaped cosmetics to the inner plate, there is a method in which a bar-shaped cosmetic material separately molded and solidified using a mold is inserted into the inner plate and fitted with the engaging projections. A bar-shaped cosmetic filling port is provided at the bottom of the inner plate.Further, the bar-shaped cosmetic heated and melted from the filling port in a state where the opening on the tip side of the middle plate is covered with a molded capsule is filled into the inner plate, cooled, and cooled. A solidifying method is preferable because the manufacturing process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
[0021]
Example 1
An inner dish as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 was manufactured by a two-color injection molding method.
The inner plate has an inner diameter of 11 mm, a length (depth) from the tip to the bottom of 23 mm, and a width (length of the inner wall in the vertical direction) at a position 10 mm from the lower end of the inner wall of the cylindrical portion. Length) 1.0 mm, length (length in the circumferential direction of the inner wall surface) 4.0 mm, height (length from the inner wall surface to the tip of the engagement protrusion) 1.5 mm, three engagement protrusions, They were formed at uniform intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner wall surface. The tip of each engaging projection was arcuate.
Styrenic elastomer was used as the flexible material for forming the engaging projections, and AS resin was used as the hard material for forming the other portions.
[0022]
Example 2
The length of the cylindrical portion is further extended to the length (extension direction of the cylindrical portion 11, that is, the length from the distal end of the cylindrical portion 11 to the distal end of the annular body 14) 2.0 mm, and the thickness ( (Same as the thickness at the tip) 0.5 mm, the tip is arc-shaped annular body, except that it was formed at the same time as the engaging projection by the two-color injection molding method, and carried out in exactly the same way as in Example 1, An intermediate dish having the shape shown in FIG. 4 was prepared. However, the length (depth) from the tip of the cylindrical portion to the bottom was made shorter by the length of the annular body than in the case of Example 1.
[0023]
Comparative Example 1
The shape was the same as that in the middle dish of Example 1, and an intermediate dish in which all the parts including the engaging projections were made of the same hard material as in Example 1 was manufactured by one-stage injection molding.
[0024]
The lipstick was attached and fixed to the intermediate dishes manufactured in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example 1 by a method of forming lipstick inside the intermediate dish.
The lipstick was filled to the bottom of the middle dish, and was molded to a length of 25 mm from the front end of the middle dish (the front end of the annular body in Example 2).
The inner dish with the lipstick attached / fixed was incorporated to produce a cosmetic tool having the shape shown in FIG. 5, and the degree of occurrence of lipstick omission, tearing and breakage was evaluated.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an inner dish for a storage container in which the stick-shaped cosmetic material is prevented from being torn off and is less likely to come off than when a conventional engaging projection made of a hard resin is provided.
This effect is considered to be due to the engagement portion protrusions formed of a flexible material dispersing the shear stress concentrated on the bar-shaped cosmetic material in the vicinity of the engagement protrusions of the intermediate dish during transportation and use.
