Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an intermediate dish for holding a stick-shaped cosmetic material in a lower part of the stick-shaped cosmetic material in a container for storing the stick-shaped cosmetic material such as lipstick.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The stick-shaped cosmetic container includes a cap and a main body, and the main body includes an inner plate and a feeding mechanism that allows the inner plate to move up and down. It has a cylindrical part having an inner diameter substantially equal to the diameter, and has a structure for holding the stick-shaped cosmetic in a form in which the lower part of the stick-shaped cosmetic is attached to the cylindrical part.
In the stick-shaped cosmetic tool in which the stick-shaped cosmetic is stored in the stick-shaped cosmetic container, when the stick-shaped cosmetic is applied and used, stress tends to concentrate on the stick-shaped cosmetic in the vicinity of the tip of the inner dish. In addition, when a rod-shaped cosmetic material is formed by filling a heated, melted rod-shaped cosmetic material in a medium capsule covered with a molded capsule and then cooling and solidifying it, the shrinkage rate on the molded capsule side of the rod-shaped cosmetic material and the medium plate Since the contraction speed on the side is different, stress concentrates on the bar-shaped cosmetic at the tip of the inner dish, and distortion is likely to occur. And when stress concentrates in this way, the phenomenon that the bar-shaped cosmetic is broken at the tip of the inner dish tends to occur.
Furthermore, since there is a possibility that the stick-shaped cosmetic may fall out of the inner dish due to vibration during transportation, an engaging projection is provided on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion of the inner dish. Although this can be prevented, there is a phenomenon in which the tensile stress is concentrated on the bar-shaped cosmetic material in the vicinity of the engaging protrusion, causing a breakage, and the portion beyond that is dropped (hereinafter referred to as “tearing”).
These folds, tears and tears tend to increase in slim shaped stick-shaped cosmetics and stick-shaped cosmetics that are soft from the viewpoint of ease of use.
[0003]
As a measure for preventing breakage in the vicinity of the tip of the middle dish of the bar-shaped cosmetic, the bar-shaped cosmetic is held by a cosmetic support formed in a coil spring shape (for example, see Patent Document 1), An arc-shaped surface is formed on the inner periphery of the opening edge of the front end portion, or a tapered surface having a large inner diameter is formed on the front end side (see, for example, Patent Document 2), or a large number of small holes communicating with the inside and the outside are provided on the inner wall. It has been proposed that distortion is not generated during molding of the material (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
However, the method using the cosmetic support formed in the shape of a coil spring does not necessarily provide a sufficient effect, and (1) the structure is complicated, (2) it cannot be molded by injection molding, (3 ) There is a problem that the productivity of the rod-shaped cosmetic is poor because it is molded and solidified separately and fixed to the cosmetic support part.
On the other hand, the method of forming an arcuate surface on the inner periphery of the opening edge of the front end portion of the inner plate or a tapered surface having a larger inner diameter on the front end side does not always have a sufficient effect.
Moreover, the method of providing a large number of small holes on the inner wall also has a problem of moldability of the inner pan and workability of the small holes.
[0004]
Further, it has been proposed to hold the bar-shaped cosmetic material by adhering an oil absorber and absorbing the oil content of the bar-shaped cosmetic material, instead of providing an engaging protrusion on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the inner dish. (For example, refer to Patent Document 4) However, this method also has a problem that a sufficient retention effect cannot be obtained and the manufacturing cost is increased.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to obtain an intermediate dish for a bar-shaped cosmetic material storage container that prevents the bar-shaped cosmetic material from being broken, torn off, or pulled out.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have found that the above object can be achieved by making the inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion a mirror surface on the tip side and a rough surface on the bottom side.
[0008]
That is, according to the present invention, the inner wall surface on the tip side of the cylindrical portion (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as the cylindrical portion) for mounting the lower portion of the bar-shaped cosmetic is a mirror surface, and all or one of the inner wall surfaces on the bottom portion side. This is a rod-shaped cosmetic container container inner dish (hereinafter, simply referred to as “middle dish”) having a rough surface.
The surface roughness Ra is measured according to JIS B0601.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a vertical end view of an upper part of an example of the middle dish of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the inner wall surface on the tip side of the cylindrical portion 11 of the inner dish 1 is a mirror surface 12, and the inner wall surface on the bottom side is a rough surface 13.
The mirror surface 12 is provided from the tip 11a of the cylindrical portion 11 to a certain length (D in FIG. 1), and the length is preferably 6 mm or more and 25 mm or less.
The rough surface 13 is provided on the inner wall surface on the bottom surface side from the end of the mirror surface 12, but is not necessarily provided on all inner wall surfaces reaching the bottom portion, and may be provided halfway. However, it is preferable that a rough surface is 8 mm or more, particularly 16.5 mm or more from the end on the bottom side of the mirror surface 12.
[0010]
The surface roughness Ra of the mirror surface is preferably 0 μm or more and 0.3 μm or less.
The surface roughness Ra of the rough surface is preferably 0.3 μm or more and 100 μm or less.
[0011]
As a method of providing a mirror surface and a rough surface, a method of manufacturing a middle dish having a desired mirror surface and a rough surface by injection molding of a resin by providing a mirror surface portion and a rough surface portion on the mold itself, a metal or resin processing middle plate Alternatively, a precursor thereof is manufactured, and further, a method of mirroring and roughening each necessary portion, a metal or resin processing, producing an intermediate dish having a mirror surface on the entire inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion or a precursor thereof, Furthermore, a method of roughing a necessary portion can be exemplified.
As a method of mirror surface processing, a method of applying gloss coating is preferable, and as a method of rough surface processing, a method of applying matte coating is preferable in terms of workability and the like.
There are no particular restrictions on the method for applying the gloss coating and the mat coating, and conventionally known methods can be applied. For the mat coating, silica having a particle diameter of about 1 to 2 μm, polyethylene having a particle diameter of about 3 to 20 μm, polycarbonate, etc. It is preferable to use a paint to which about 5 to 20% by weight of resin beads are added.
In addition, paints and matting agents are compatible with sticky cosmetics, for example, the bite of sticky cosmetics and the fact that hard resin and sticky cosmetics do not adversely affect the quality of each other. It is preferable to select.
[0012]
In the case of a method of manufacturing an intermediate dish having a desired mirror surface and rough surface by injection molding, if the entire intermediate dish is to be molded integrally, the molded product is removed from the mold in the mold structure and shape. Since it is necessary to give consideration, the inner wall surface is a mirror surface on the tip side, and the whole or a part of the inner wall surface is a rough surface. A method of forming an intermediate dish by combining them is preferred.
Even in the case of a method of performing rough surface processing or mirror surface processing, it is not workable to perform those processing on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion, so as in the above, a half-shaped intermediate dish member is formed, A method of forming an intermediate dish by combining after performing rough surface processing and mirror surface processing necessary for it is preferable.
[0013]
If necessary, the inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion of the inner plate is provided with an engaging protrusion 14 as shown in FIG. 1 or, although not shown, the bottom has a shape like a sword mountain or other shapes. Protrusions can also be provided.
The shape and arrangement of the engagement protrusions 14 are not particularly limited as long as they can prevent the stick-shaped cosmetic from coming off. For example, a plurality of engagement protrusions 14 can be provided independently at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner wall surface. It may be a ring that is connected to the entire circumference.
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the surface of the engaging protrusion 14 is also roughened, but this is not always necessary.
[0014]
The middle dish of the present invention is formed of a hard material as in the conventional product. The hard material includes a metal and a hard resin, but a hard resin is preferable in that it can be manufactured with high productivity by injection molding.
Examples of the hard resin include acrylonitrile / styrene resin (AS), acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene resin (ABS), polyacetal (POM), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), and the like. When AS is required to be transparent, conversely, ABS can be preferably used when it is required to be opaque.
When using hard resin, consider compatibility with sticky cosmetics, for example, the good bite of sticky cosmetics and that hard resin and sticky cosmetics do not adversely affect the quality of each other. It is preferable to select.
[0015]
Next, the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of an example of the stick-shaped cosmetic container according to the present invention.
A is a bar-shaped cosmetic container for storing the bar-shaped cosmetic 2 of the present invention, and is composed of a cap A1 and a main body A2. The main body part A2 includes a metal-made repellent member 3, a synthetic resin inner tubular member 5 having a notch 4 in the axial direction in which a lower portion is inserted into the repellent member 3, and the inner tubular member 5 A feeding mechanism comprising a helical member 6 made of a synthetic resin that covers the outer periphery of the spiral member 6 and an outer cylinder member 7 made of a metal material that covers the outer periphery of the spiral member 6, the cutout portion 4 of the inner cylinder member 5, and the Inside the inner tray 1 and the hook member 3 which have engaging pins 15 (not shown in FIG. 1) for engaging with the spiral grooves 61 of the spiral member 6 and are accommodated in the inner cylinder member 5 so as to be vertically movable. The lower end portion is fitted and fixed to the cap, and the upper end portion is composed of a cap A1 and a metal middle tool 8 that can be attached and detached.
The engagement pin 15 is usually provided on the inner plate itself, but the portion of the engagement pin 15 is made as a separate member and combined with the inner plate 1 to have the same function. .
[0016]
The bar-shaped cosmetic container A having the above-described configuration is rotated with the hook member 3 and the outer cylinder member 7 in a state where the cap A1 is removed, so that the engaging pin 15 is notched in the inner cylinder member 5. 4 and the inside of the spiral groove 61 of the spiral member 6, the inner dish 1 moves up and down, and the bar-shaped cosmetic 2 can be used by protruding and retracting from the upper part of the outer cylinder member 7.
The example shown in FIG. 2 is an example, and the shape, material, combination method, feeding method for moving the inner plate up and down, etc. are the same as those of the conventional bar-shaped cosmetic container. be able to.
[0017]
The stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention can be used for stick-shaped cosmetics such as lipstick, lip balm, stick eye shadow, and stick foundation.
As a method of attaching and fixing these stick-shaped cosmetics to the middle dish, a filling port for the stick-shaped cosmetic is provided at the bottom of the middle dish, and the opening on the tip side of the middle dish is covered with a molded capsule. A method of filling the inside dish with the rod-shaped cosmetic heated and melted from the filling port, and cooling and solidifying it is preferable because the manufacturing process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
[0018]
Example 1
An intermediate pan as shown in FIG. 1 was manufactured by injection molding and mat coating.
The inner dish has an inner diameter of 11 mm, a length (depth) from the tip to the bottom of 23 mm, a width (length in the vertical direction of the inner wall surface) of 1 mm, and a length (inner wall surface) at a position 9 mm from the lower end of the inner wall surface. Cylinder having 3 mm engagement protrusions with a length of 4 mm and a height (length from the inner wall surface to the tip of the engagement protrusion) of 1.5 mm, formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner wall surface. It has a shape part.
A half-divided (vertical) molded product for forming the inner dish was manufactured by injection molding using AS resin.
First, gloss coating was applied to the inner wall surface from the tip of the cylindrical portion of this half-divided (vertical) molded product to 6 mm, and then all the inner wall surface on the bottom side was mat-coated from the gloss coating portion. .
A clear paint was used for gloss coating, and a mat paint containing 5% by weight of silica having a particle diameter of 1 μm as a matting agent was used for the mat paint.
The surface roughness Ra of the gloss coating surface was less than 0.1 μm, and the surface roughness Ra of the mat coating surface was 0.3 to 0.7 μm.
An intermediate dish was produced by combining the obtained half-shaped molded products.
[0019]
Comparative Example 1
An intermediate dish was produced in exactly the same manner as in Example 1 except that the rough surface was not formed by mat coating.
[0020]
The lipstick was mounted and fixed on the intermediate dish manufactured in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 by a method of molding lipstick inside the intermediate dish.
The lipstick was filled to the bottom of the middle dish and molded to a length of 25 mm from the tip of the middle dish.
A makeup tool having the shape shown in FIG. 2 is produced by incorporating the inner dish on which the lipstick is mounted and fixed, and the degree of occurrence of the lipstick missing, tearing and breaking is evaluated.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the inner tray for storage containers which prevented the breakage | deflection of the rod-shaped cosmetics, omission, and tearing can be provided.
This effect is because the inner wall surface of the end of the cylindrical dish is a mirror surface and the friction with the bar-shaped cosmetic is small, so that the shear stress is not concentrated on the bar-shaped cosmetic and the folding is prevented. Since the bar-shaped cosmetic is held by a large number of irregularities, it is considered that the pull-out is prevented and the tensile stress is dispersed and tearing is prevented.
