棒状化粧料の後端部を支持し外部に雄螺子を備える螺子棒と、その内部に前記雄螺子が螺合する雌螺子を備えると共に後側から回転力が付与可能とされた内筒と、その前側に前記螺子棒を回転不能且つ軸線方向に摺動可能に収容すると共に、その後側に前記内筒を収容する外筒と、を備え、前記外筒と前記内筒とが相対回転されると前記棒状化粧料が進退し前記外筒の先端から出没する棒状化粧料カートリッジであって、
前記内筒は、その外周面に、外側に向かって突出する突部を有し、
前記外筒は、前記内筒の前記突部を相対回転可能且つ軸線方向移動可能に収容し、
前記外筒内には、内側に突出して前記内筒の前記突部がそれ以上後側へ移動するのを阻止する段部と、前記内筒の前進を妨げる付勢力を有する付勢手段と、が設けられていることを特徴とする棒状化粧料カートリッジ。
