【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、口紅やリップクリーム、スティックのり等の棒状部材を使用状況に応じて適量露出させることができる繰り出し容器に関し、とくに、該棒状部材を容器に充填する場合に生じていた冷却の際の凝固収縮に伴うクラックの発生や巣の発生に起因した品質不良を有利に回避しようとするものである。

【従来の技術】
口紅等に代表される棒状部材の繰り出し容器は、普通、先端部に棒状部材を露出させるための開口を有する中空のケース本体と、このケース本体を保持する中空のベース部材と、ケース本体及びベース部材の内部で棒状部材を保持し、ベース部材の回動にて該棒状部材をケース本体の軸心に沿い直線的に移動させて開口より露出させるようにした構成のものが知られており、ベース部材の回動によるスライダーの移動機構としては、ベース部材の内周面に設けられた螺旋溝とスライダーに設けられ、螺旋溝に適合するだぼ(dowel)が採用されている。

この種の繰り出し容器において、棒状部材を装填するには、予め成形しておいた紅をケース本体に差し込む差し紅タイプと、棒状部材の原料である比較的温度の高い流動体をケース本体に流し込み、それを冷却、凝固させることによって所望の形状に成形する充填タイプに大別することができる。
充填タイプの容器については、さらにオジーブと呼ばれる紅型をケース本体開口部に装着し容器の底部より充填するタイプと、ケース本体開口部より紅を流し込むタイプの2種類に分類されるが、これらの充填タイプは、何れにおいても流動体がその冷却過程で収縮を伴う。とくに、ケース本体開口部より充填するタイプでは、スライダーに保持されている部分とそうでない部分との境界領域で冷却速度に差が生じるため、その部位で品質欠陥となる巣の発生が避けられず、また、スライダーはベース部材を回動するこによってのみ動くものであるから、凝固の際の収縮状況によっては棒状部材に引張応力が付加されるため、折れの原因となるクラックが発生することもあって、その解決が望まれている。

本発明の課題は、上述したような棒状部材の繰り出し容器において、内容物を充填する際に生じていた不具合を解消するところにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、先端部に開口を有する中空のケース本体と、このケース本体を保持するとともに、それとは別個に時計周り、反時計周りに回動可能な中空のベース部材と、このベース部材及びケース本体の内部にて棒状部材を保持し、ベース部材の回動に従い該棒状部材をケース本体の軸心に沿い移動させてその開口から突出させるようにしたスライダーとを備えた繰り出し容器であって、
前記スライダーに少なくとも一つのだぼ(dowel)を設け、
前記ベース部材に該だぼに適合してスライダーの、ケース本体の軸心に沿う移動を導く螺旋溝を設け、
該螺旋溝の最後端に、それにつながり、スライダーを、棒状部材となる流動体の冷却、凝固過程で生じる収縮分だけベース部材の回動を伴うことなしにケース本体の軸心に沿って極わずかに直線的に移動させる縦溝を形成したことを特徴とする棒状部材の繰り出し容器である。

上記の構成になる繰り出し容器において、棒状部材Bを容器から繰り出すには、まず、キャップ8を取り外したのち、一方の指で環状部材9を抑え、もう一方の指でカバー3をケース本体1の周りに回動させる。

すると、ベース部材2はカバー3と一体に回動し、この時、ベース部材2のだぼ5は螺旋溝6に沿って移動するが、該だぼ5はケース本体1の長孔1bに入り込んでいるため、この長孔1bに沿って直線的に移動し、図4に示すように棒状部材bはその移動量に応じて開口1aから露出することになる。

口紅等の製品を製造すべく、スライダー4をカバー3の底面に最も近づけた状態で、流動体を容器に充填すると、そのサイズや材質にもよるが、冷却、凝固過程で、その長さ方向に約1mm程度収縮が起こり、この時、ケース本体1に接する部分とスライダー4に接する部分とでは冷却速度に差が生じることとなり、とくに境界部分となる図1のC部においては冷却速度の相違から、巣(中心部近傍域に形成される空洞)が発生し易く、場合によってはクラックが生じることもあり、この場合製品価値が損なわれ、歩留り低下は避けられない。

本発明においては、このような収縮が起きた場合、図2に示す如くその分として例えばδtだけスライダー4が縦溝7に沿って移動するためクラックが発生するような余計な応力は著しく軽減されることになる。

本発明に従う繰り出し容器は、樹脂を適用することができるが金属、あるいはその組合せにて構成されるものであってもよく、材質についてはとくに限定はされない。

本発明によれば、口紅等の棒状部材を収納する繰り出し容器において従来発生していた品質不良を回避することが可能であり、生産性を著しく改善することができる。
