Description

Claims (11)
- 患者の身体の生体部位を加熱するためのシステムであって、
一次巻線と、接地基準、及び、高周波(RF)エネルギーの少なくとも2つの源を提供するための少なくとも1つのタップを有する二次巻線とを有する変圧器と、
前記源の各々に接続された少なくとも1つのアクティブな電極と
前記タップの前記接地基準に接続された不関電極と、
を備え、前記電極がエネルギーを、関連する前記源から前記部位に与え、前記源のいずれか1つの少なくとも1つの電極により与えられるエネルギーが、その他の前記源のいずれかの少なくとも1つの電極により与えられるエネルギーと位相がずれるようになっており、
前記タップの前記接地基準及び前記不関電極は、前記変圧器の一次側の接地基準に接続されている、システム。 - RFエネルギーを発生するためのエネルギー発生器を備え、前記変圧器の一次巻線が前記エネルギー発生器の出力に接続されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記変圧器の一次巻線と二次巻線の比率が1:1である、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記タップが、エネルギー源として機能する2つの副巻線を設けるためのセンタータップであり、前記エネルギー源により供給されるエネルギーの位相が互いに対して180度ずれるようになっている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクティブな電極が、前記タップに接続された副巻線の端部に対して反対側の、各副巻線の自由端に接続されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 複数の電極が各副巻線の自由端に接続されており、前記電極が前記部位に対して組で配置される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 二次巻線が接地基準タップと各副巻線の自由端との間に少なくとも1つの中間タップを有しており、少なくとも1つのアクティブな電極が各中間タップに接続されている、エネルギー源として機能する2本よりも多くの副巻線を提供するようになっている、請求項5又は6に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのアクティブな電極が、同軸状に配置された1対の電極を含む電極組立体であり、前記組立体の電極が互いに対して変位可能に配置されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記電極の少なくとも1つが、前記部位にねじ込まれるための螺旋状の先端を有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記組立体の両方の電極が、前記部位にねじ込まれるための螺旋状の先端を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記螺旋状の先端を有する電極が互いに異なるピッチを有し、従って、使用時に前記電極が前記部位内に延在する深さが互いに異なっている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
