- 絶縁性を有する基材上にリード部と表面に核酸が固定化された検出部とが電気的に直列になるように形成されたDNAマイクロアレイにおいて、検出部が導電性インキにより形成され、検出部表面にフラーレンが付着していることを特徴とするDNAマイクロアレイ。
- フラーレンが、少なくともC60、C70、C76、C78、C82、C84、C90、C94、C96のいずれか1種以上である請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のDNAマイクロアレイ。
- フラーレンが、C60である請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のDNAマイクロアレイ。

- リード部を検出部と同時に導電性インキを用いて印刷法にて形成する請求項5〜13のいずれかに記載のDNAマイクロアレイの製造方法。
