Description

【0001】
N=Q−O−P(図1参照)
【0011】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a combination of building materials for renovation of stairs.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the following is known as a combination of building materials for renovation of this kind of stairs.
2. Description of the Related Art It is known to have a decorative tread board that is attached to a tread board, a decorative kick board that is attached to a kick board, and a nose decoration material that is attached to a protruding nose portion of the tread board.
[0003]
[Disadvantages of the prior art]
The conventional combination of building materials for renovating stairs has the following drawbacks.
With the combination of conventional building materials for staircase remodeling, it was not possible to make up the inward-facing side face that touched the human eye, so the inward-facing side face that touched the human side remained old. Therefore, there was a drawback that the remodeling could not be performed completely.
[0004]
[Means for eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks]
The present invention employs the following means in order to eliminate the above disadvantages.
(1) The first aspect of the invention is that the spacer material attached to the inward side surface of the side cover below the protruding nose portion of the tread and the inward direction that touches the human eye without the spacer material attached A unit decorative side plate attached to the side surface corresponding to one step of the staircase, a long decorative material covering the inclined upper surface of the side cover and the inclined upper surface of the unit decorative side plate, and a unit decorative material on the lower surface of the long decorative material A groove into which the inclined upper edge of the side plate is fitted is formed.
(2) The invention according to claim 2 is that the spacer material attached to the inward side surface of the side cover below the protruding nose portion of the tread plate and the side member that is not attached with the spacer material are inwardly touching human eyes. A unit decorative side plate attached to the side surface and corresponding to one step of the staircase whose thickness is thinner than the left and right width of the spacer material, a long decorative material covering the inclined upper surface of the side cover and the inclined upper surface of the unit decorative side plate, and a spacer material And the side shape reverse L-shape which is made the length which pulled the thickness of the unit decorative side board from the left and right width of the spacer material, and is attached to the unit decorative side board so as to follow the decorative step board attached to the upper surface of the step board And a groove into which the inclined upper edge of the unit decorative side plate fits is formed on the lower surface of the long decorative material.
[0005]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects by the configuration as described above.
(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, the inward side surface touched by the human eye can be made by facing the unit decorative side plate, so that the remodeling can be performed in a more perfect manner. In addition, since the slanted upper edge of the unit decorative side plate is fitted in the groove formed on the lower surface of the long decorative material, the slanted upper edge of the unit decorative side plate may protrude slightly from the slanted upper surface of the side face. It can be attached in close contact with the sloping upper surface of the long decorative material. By the way, the worker (carpenter) cuts the large unit decorative side plate corresponding to the construction site (see paragraph 0012), but once the unit decorative side plate is cut into small pieces, the cut unit decorative side plate is cut. Since the side plate is useless, the operator tends to cut the unit decorative side plate slightly larger, so the inclined edge of the unit decorative side plate after most cutting will protrude from the inclined upper surface of the side cover, When such a situation is taken into consideration, it will be understood that the above effect is a very effective effect. Furthermore, since it has a spacer material that is attached to the inward side surface of the side hook below the protruding nose of the tread board, that is, it is not necessary to make the unit decorative side plate into a complicated shape including the spacer material. The shape of the unit decorative side plate can be as simple as possible.
(2) According to the invention of claim 2, the base material can conceal the boundary between the unit decorative side plate and the spacer material and the boundary between the unit decorative side plate and the decorative tread board. There is no need to worry too much about the processing accuracy of the edge facing the decorative tread.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the invention will be described below.
In this description, “front” refers to the right side of FIG. 1, “rear” refers to the left side, “left” refers to the back side of FIG. 1, and “right” refers to the front side.
[0007]
The stairs 1 at the time of completion were formed so as to face each other inwardly facing side surfaces 3a of a pair of left and right side hooks 3 attached to the left and right side walls 2 of the building and the left and right side hooks 3 Downward and rightward or right or left formed so as to face each other inwardly facing side surfaces 3a of the tread plate 6 fitted in the tread plate insertion groove 5 opened to the front and right or left and the left and right side hooks 3. It had a kick plate 8 fitted in the kick plate insertion groove 7 opened to the left.
[0008]
The staircase 1 is reformed as follows.
[0009]
[First step]
The decorative kick plate 10 is cut so that the left-right width is “L” (see FIG. 2) and the vertical length is “M” (see FIG. 1), and is then attached to the kick plate 8. As is apparent from this explanation, the decorative kick board 10 is of a large shape having a cut-out portion so as to correspond to the stairs 1 (the kick board 8) at most construction sites when shipped from the factory. In addition, the member demonstrated below is similarly made into the large or long shape which has a part to cut off.
The pasting is performed by a known fixing means such as an adhesive or a nail.
[0010]
[Second step]
The decorative tread 11 is cut so that the left-right width is “L” and the front-rear length is “N” (see FIG. 1), and is then attached to the tread 6 so as not to cover the upper surface of the protruding nose portion 9. The
N = Q−O−P (see FIG. 1)
[0011]
[Third step]
Spacer material (plate-shaped material at the time of shipment from the factory) with a thickness of “R” (see FIG. 2), a horizontal width of “S” (see FIG. 2), and a height of “T” (see FIG. 1) The spacer material 13 is obtained by cutting so that the spacer material 13 is attached to the inward side surface 3 a of the side 3 below the protruding nose portion 9 of the tread plate 6.
[0012]
[Fourth step]
The unit decorative side plate 16 has a shape corresponding to one step of the staircase 1 as shown by the solid line in FIG. 4 and is attached to the inward side surface 3a of the side 3 where the spacer material 13 is not attached, which is touched by human eyes. Reference numeral 16 a denotes an inclined upper edge of the unit decorative side plate 16, 16 b denotes a horizontal edge of the unit decorative side plate 16, and 16 c denotes a vertical edge of the unit decorative side plate 16.
Note that when the operator (carpenter) cuts the unit decorative side plate 16, once the unit decorative side plate 16 is cut into small pieces, the cut unit decorative side plate 16 cannot be used. 16 has a tendency to cut slightly larger, and therefore, the inclined edge 16a of the unit decorative side plate 16 after most cutting projects from the inclined upper surface of the side 3.
[0013]
[Fifth step]
A skirting board 18 [left and right width is “W” (see FIG. 2)] formed into an inverted L shape by the horizontal portion 19 and the vertical portion 20, and a length of the horizontal portion 19 is “U” (see FIG. 1). Then, after cutting so that the height of the vertical portion 20 becomes “V”, the unit is attached to the unit decorative side plate 16 along the spacer material 13 and the decorative tread plate 11.
The left / right width “W” is a length obtained by subtracting the thickness of the unit decorative side plate 16 from the left / right width “S” of the spacer member 13.
[0014]
[Sixth step]
The nose decoration material body 22 is cut so that the left and right length is “X” (see FIG. 2), and attached to the protruding nose portion 9 of the tread board 6. Thereafter, the anti-slip material 23 is cut so that the left and right length is “X” (see FIG. 2), and is stuck to the recess 24 of the nose decoration material body 22.
[0015]
[Seventh step]
The long decorative material 26 in which the groove 27 into which the inclined upper edge 16a of the unit decorative side plate 16 is fitted is formed on the lower surface so that the inclined upper edge 16a of the unit decorative side plate 16 is fitted into the groove 27. And the unit decorative side plate 16 are attached to the inclined upper surface.
The long decorative material 26 is stretched sequentially from the bottom, and the long decorative material 26 attached to the top is cut into a length corresponding to the remaining side 3.
[0016]
[Modifications]
A description will be given below of modifications and the like.
(1) The shape of the unit decorative side plate 16 is not limited to that of the embodiment.
(2) The shape of the side 3 is arbitrary.
(3) In the scope of the claims, “the inwardly facing side face that is not attached to the spacer material and touching the human eye” means that the side face that is not attached to the spacer material and that is touching the human eye It includes all of the facing side surfaces and most of the inwardly facing side surfaces that are touched by human eyes. In other words, after the renovation is completed, it is only necessary to cover the inward side surface that touches the human eye with one of the building materials for remodeling including the unit decorative side plate. Sometimes it is not necessary to cover all the inward facing surfaces that touch the human eye.
