Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a headboard that is formed at the upper end of a handrail such as a staircase or a balcony and that makes up the upper end of the handrail.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of headboard, the headboard main body, and the main body of the headboard is provided with a handrail base material, the main body of the headboard is provided with an engaging recess that fits the fixing auxiliary member and penetrates in the longitudinal direction, The opening edge of the engaging recess protrudes in a direction opposite to each other, thereby engaging with the rear end of the fixed auxiliary member fitted therein and preventing the fixing auxiliary member from being detached from the engaging recess. What formed the left-right paired nail | claw part was known (refer Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 9-111980).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional headboard, the fixing auxiliary member is pushed into the engaging recess of the main body, and the fixing member elastically deforms the opening of the engaging recess outwardly through the pair of left and right claws. Unless the opening was widened, the fixing auxiliary member could not be fitted into the engaging portion of the main body.
[0004]
For this reason, in order to fit the fixing auxiliary member into the engaging recess of the headboard body, the opening of the headboard body has to be widened, which requires a large force. Furthermore, if one end of the fixing member is fitted into the engaging recess, a large force is required to open the opening of the engaging recess, or a labor is required to open the opening. There has been a problem that it is impossible to adjust the dimensions and the like while confirming the fit condition while being inserted into or removed from the fixing auxiliary member.
[0005]
Accordingly, the headboard described in claim 1 has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and the purpose of the headboard is great for fitting a fixing auxiliary member into the engaging recess of the headboard body. An object of the present invention is to provide a headboard that requires no force and can easily remove the fixing auxiliary member fitted in the recess of the headboard body. In addition to this, the headboard described in claim 2 is intended to provide a headboard in which the fixing auxiliary member can be easily fitted into the engaging recess of the headboard body.
[0006]
Furthermore, the headboard according to claim 3 is easy to mold parts, and since it contains a cellulosic material, it does not have a smooth feel peculiar to resin materials, and has a softness similar to natural wooden building materials. The present invention aims to provide a cap with an elasticity and a small thermal conductivity that can provide a warm and moist feel to the hand.
[0007]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention , there is provided a headboard that presents a grain pattern and facilitates the formation of parts .
[0008]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a headboard in which the head body into which the fixing auxiliary member is fitted is not easily deformed.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is for achieving the above-described object, and the contents thereof will be described below by using an example of the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawings. The headboard according to claim 1, wherein the headboard (30) is provided on the upper surface of the handrail base material (20) for fixing the main body (50) and the main body (50) to the handrail base material (20). A fixing auxiliary member (40) to be fixed, and the cap body (50) includes an engaging recess (60) in which the fixing auxiliary member (40) is fitted and penetrated in the longitudinal direction, and the engagement the inner surface of the recess (60), wherein when it fixation assisting member (40) fits write I, a plurality of projections which support from both sides of the fixation assisting member (40) contacts the side surface of the fixation assisting member (40) Part (70) is provided, and these convex parts (70) are formed of a soft member so that elasticity is higher than that of the main body (50), and on the inner surface of the engagement concave part (60) , A contact portion with which the upper end of the fixed auxiliary member (40) fitted is in contact is provided, and the contact portion (53) is located at a predetermined distance from each other and has a plurality of narrow grooves extending in the longitudinal direction ( 54) While being formed, characterized in that the abutment (53) is bonded to the upper end of the fixation assisting member (40).
[0010]
Therefore, according to the coping of claim 1, wherein, in the case fixation assisting member (40) I write fitted in the engaging recess (60), a plurality of convex portions (70) contact the engagement recess (60) Therefore, the resistance is lower than that of surface contact, and the convex portion (70) is elastically deformed, so that a larger force is applied than when the opening of the engaging concave portion (60) is widened and the fixing auxiliary member (40) is fitted. It is not necessary, and it becomes easy to remove the fixing auxiliary member (40) once fitted. Therefore, temporary fixing can be easily performed, and temporary fixing for dimensional adjustment is facilitated. Therefore, fine adjustment can be easily performed a plurality of times, and the efficiency of construction is improved.
Moreover, in the bonding operation, in a state in which an adhesive is applied to the upper end of the fixation assisting member (40), the engaging recess (60) of the coping body (50), is fitted into the upper end of the fixation assisting member (40), If pressed , out of the adhesive applied to the upper end of the fixing auxiliary member (40) , the adhesive other than the adhesive necessary for bonding escapes into the plurality of narrow grooves (54) by pressing , and an appropriate amount Only the adhesive remains between the abutting portion (53) and the fixing auxiliary member (40), and appropriate adhesion becomes possible.
Therefore, when fixing the main body (50) to the fixing auxiliary member (40) , even if an unnecessary amount of adhesive is applied to the upper end of the fixing auxiliary member (40) , unnecessary adhesive is since the escape into the narrow groove (54), or damage to the visual appeal protrude from between the adhesive fixation assisting member (40) and coping body (50), fixation assisting member (40) abutting portion (53) In the meantime, the adhesive will harden while it is thick, and the main body (50) will not tilt or wobble, and the required adhesive strength will not be demonstrated, and construction on site is also possible. It becomes easy.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the feature point of the first aspect, the tips of the plurality of convex portions (70) are inclined toward the inner side of the engaging concave portion (60). It is characterized by being. Therefore, according to the headboard of the second aspect, when the fixing auxiliary member (40) is fitted into the engaging concave portion (60), the fixing auxiliary member (40) is pushed in the inclination direction of the plurality of convex portions (70). Therefore, the plurality of convex portions (70) can be pushed in smoothly without receiving a large contact resistance.
[0012]
In addition to the features described in claim 1 or 2, the headboard body (50) is made of a composition mainly composed of a resin and a fine powder of a cellulosic material. Features. Here, the “resin” includes hard resin and soft resin, such as vinyl chloride resin, foamed vinyl chloride resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, phenol resin, urethane resin, polyurethane resin, ABS resin, polystyrene resin, and the like. .
[0013]
In addition, the “cellulosic material” includes not only natural wood itself but also sawdust made of the natural wood. Therefore, according to the headboard of the third aspect, since the cellulosic material is contained, it is possible to obtain a soft elasticity and a small thermal conductivity similar to those of a natural wood material. As a result, it is possible to obtain a warm and moist feel to the hand without feeling the cold (30) feeling cold or hard.
[0014]
In addition to the above-mentioned features of claim 1, claim 2 or claim 3, the headboard according to claim 4 has a head body (50) placed on the surface of the fine powder of the cellulose-related material than the fine powder. It is characterized in that it is formed so as to have a wood grain pattern by coloring and molding a resin in which a powder formed by carrying a small diameter and hard fine powder is supported. Here, “a fine powder that is smaller in diameter and harder than the fine powder” refers to a fine powder of titanium oxide, ferrite, aluminum, nickel, silver, ceramic, calcium carbonate, or the like.
[0015]
The “coloring resin” material is a colored pigment, for example, an inorganic pigment such as iron oxide, cadmium yellow, or carbon black. In addition, “presenting a wood grain pattern by coloring the resin” means that the resin itself is colored using the above-mentioned pigment, so that it forms a wood grain pattern not only on the surface but also inside. It is what you are doing.
[0016]
Therefore, according to the headboard of the fourth aspect, the headboard (30) has been used for many years, and the surface grain pattern does not disappear even if it is worn away, and a good grain pattern appearance can be maintained. According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the feature points of the first, second, third, or fourth aspect, the plurality of convex portions (70) are formed of a soft member. And
[0017]
The “soft member” in claim 1 refers to a material whose basic material is the same as that of the main body, but whose altitude is lower than that of the main body, and has at least elasticity. Say.
[0018]
[0019]
[0020]
[0021]
In addition to the features of claims 1 , 2, 3, and 4 , the headboard described in claim 5 is provided on the inner surface of the engaging recess (60) with the upper end of the fixing auxiliary member (40). A recess in which the engaging recess (60) is recessed in the anti-fixing assisting member (40) direction so that the corner of the fixing assisting member (40) does not contact the engaging recess (60) at a position corresponding to the corner. (80) is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction.
[0022]
Therefore, according to the headboard of claim 5 , the engaging recess (60) is formed with the recess (80) at a position corresponding to the corner of the fixed auxiliary member (40) fitted. Since the corner portion of the fixing auxiliary member (40) does not contact the engaging recess (60), the fitting operation is smoothly performed. Further, even if the fixing auxiliary member (40) has a distorted shape and becomes wider especially toward the upper end, the fixing auxiliary member (40) is inserted into the engaging recess (60). Even if fitted, since the recess (80) is formed in the engagement recess (60), the fixing body (40) is accommodated in the recess (80) so that the main body (50) It will not be warped or damaged.
[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 4 show an example of an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a staircase, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 4 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part in a state where the fixing auxiliary member is fitted to the head body.
[0024]
In Figure 1, 10 is indicative of stairs, the stairs 10 are arranged in a substantially J-shape, a stepped portion 11 connecting the upstairs and downstairs, provided at an end portion of the stepped portion 11 Handrail 12 is provided. As shown in FIG. 2, the handrail 12 moves up and down the staircase 10 by making up the handrail base material 20 that is formed by vertically rising from the upper surface of the end portion of the staircase portion 11 and the upper end surface of the handrail base material 20. It is equipped with Kasagi 30 where a person puts and holds a hand.
[0025]
The handrail base material 20 is made of a material such as a wall panel, for example, and is installed upright in a vertical direction from the flat portion of the staircase 10 as shown in FIG. The headboard 30 is formed into a U-shaped fixing auxiliary member 40 made of flat plate-like wood fixed to the upper end surface of the handrail base material 20, and the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted into the upper end surface. The main body 50 is provided.
[0026]
As the fixing auxiliary member 40, for example, a processed particle board is used, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cross-sectional shape is substantially T-shaped. The main body 50 has a grain pattern by coloring and molding a resin obtained by mixing a powder formed by supporting a hard fine powder having a diameter smaller than that of the fine powder on the surface of the cellulose fine powder. It is formed as follows. The cap body 50 is not limited to the above-described material, and may be any resin as long as it is a resin containing a cellulosic material.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the main body 50 has a horizontal portion 51 positioned horizontally so as to make up the horizontal surface of the upper end of the handrail 12, and extends downward from both ends of the horizontal portion 51. A pair of side surface portions 52, 52 are arranged in parallel so as to make up the side edge near the upper end of the handrail 12. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an engagement recess 60 into which the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted is formed between the side surfaces 52 and 52.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the engagement recess 60 has a contact portion 53 in which the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40 contacts the back surface of the horizontal portion 51, that is, the side where the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted. Is formed. The contact portion 53 is formed with a plurality of fine grooves 54 recessed in the surface direction. These narrow grooves 54... Are unnecessary adhesives of the adhesive applied to the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40 when the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted into the headboard body 50 as shown in FIG. Is to let you escape.
[0029]
Therefore, in a state where the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted in the engaging recess 60, the necessary amount of the adhesive B applied to the fixing auxiliary member 40 is small in the contact portion 53 as shown in FIG. A thin film remains between the portion other than the grooves 54 and the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40, but the adhesive B exceeding the necessary amount is pressed to form the narrow grooves 54・ ・ Run away inside.
[0030]
The engaging recess 60 is formed with a plurality of convex portions 70 at positions inside the side surface portions 52, 52 and in contact with the side surfaces of the auxiliary fixing member 40. The plurality of convex portions 70 are made of a resin containing a cellulosic material, as in the case of the head body 50, and are formed integrally with the head body 50. It is formed to increase elasticity. Therefore, when the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted in the engaging recess 60, the fixing auxiliary member 40 is elastically deformed to the back as the fixing auxiliary member 40 moves. Therefore, the work of fitting the fixing auxiliary member 40 into the engaging recess 60 can be facilitated, and the fixing auxiliary member 40 is supported from both sides by the restoring force of elastic deformation. The main body 50 with the fixing auxiliary member 40 fitted therein is fixed to the upper end of the fixing auxiliary member 40 without wobbling.
[0031]
Further, the plurality of convex portions 70 are inclined in a direction in which the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted into the engaging concave portion 60. Accordingly, the action of fitting the fixing auxiliary member 40 into the engaging recess 60 does not require a large force, and even if it is temporarily fitted by positioning or dimensional adjustment, the fixing auxiliary member 40 is simply fitted. Therefore, the temporary fixing state is maintained with appropriate stability without removing the main body 50. Therefore, at the time of temporary fixing, the headboard 30 is not detached and the floor or the like is not damaged, and the headboard main body 50 is not damaged by dropping.
[0032]
Further, on the inner surface of the engaging recess 60 of the cap body 50, the fixing auxiliary member 40 fitted into the engaging recess 60 is a position where the horizontal portion 51 of the cap body 50 and each side surface portion 52, 52 intersect. A concave portion 80 which is continuous in the longitudinal direction is formed at a position corresponding to the corner portion. Even if the fixing auxiliary member 40 protrudes outward in the case of the concave portion 80, the protruding portion abuts against the inner surface of the engaging concave portion 60 to deform or damage the headboard body 50. This is for ensuring a predetermined clearance.
[0033]
Next, the construction procedure of the headboard 30 having the above configuration will be described. First, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40, and the back surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40 is applied to the upper end surface of the handrail base member 20 to be bonded. Then, the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fixed to the upper end surface of the handrail base material 20 by driving a nail downward from the upper surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40 until reaching the handrail base material 20. Thereby, the fixing auxiliary member 40 is firmly fixed to the handrail base material 20 by the adhesive and the nail. As will be described later, the fixing auxiliary member 40 is hidden in the headboard main body 50, so it is not necessary to make the surface appearance itself. There is no problem even if the head is exposed on the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40.
[0034]
Next, the fixing auxiliary member 40 fixed to the handrail base material 20 is fitted into the engaging concave portion 60 of the headboard body 50. At this time, the sizes of the engaging concave portion 60 and the fixing auxiliary member 40 are matched. In order to confirm whether or not, it is necessary to temporarily fit the fixing auxiliary member 40 into the engaging recess 60. For this reason, the length in the longitudinal direction of the cap body 50 is cut to a required length according to the application to be installed. Next, the fixing main member 40 is inserted into the engaging recess 60 with the cap body 50 cut to a required length facing the engaging recess 60 downward.
[0035]
When the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted into the engagement concave portion 60, both side portions of the fixing auxiliary member 40 and a plurality of convex portions 70 formed inside the side surface portions 52, 52 of the engagement concave portion 60. The fixing member is pushed into the depth of the engaging recess 60 while contacting. Since both side portions of the fixing member are in contact with only the plurality of convex portions 70..., Contact resistance is less than that of surface contact, and a large force is not required for fitting. Further, since it is not necessary to widen the opening of the engaging recess 60, the headboard body 50 is not damaged.
[0036]
At this time, at least the width of the fixing auxiliary member 40 is processed to be approximately the same width as the engaging recess 60 of the head body 50, but the width of the fixing auxiliary member 40 is actually larger than the width of the engaging recess 60, When the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted into the engaging recess 60 of the cap body 50, the cap body 50 may be opened in a C shape or may not be seated properly. In such a case, it is necessary to temporarily remove the fixing auxiliary member 40 temporarily fitted in the engaging recess 60 and to narrow the width of the fixing auxiliary member 40 with a processing tool such as a plane. In this case, when the auxiliary fixing member 40 is pulled out from the engaging recess 60 of the head body 50, it comes into contact with the elastically deformable convex portions 70 formed on the inner side surfaces 52, 52 of the engaging recess 60. The fixing auxiliary member 40 fitted while being pulled out in a direction to return the elastic deformation of the convex portions 70... To the original state on the side surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40, so that the width of the opening of the engaging concave portion 60 is widened. This is unnecessary, and a large force is not required for the operation of removing the fixing auxiliary member 40 from the engaging recess 60. Further, since it is not necessary to increase the width of the opening of the engaging recess 60, the headboard body 50 is not accidentally damaged.
[0037]
Further, on the inner surface of the engagement recess 60 of the main body 50, a recess 80 continuous in the longitudinal direction is formed at a position corresponding to the corner of the fixing auxiliary member 40 fitted into the engagement recess 60. Even if the corner portion of the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40 protrudes, a certain degree of clearance is secured, so that the head body 50 is not deformed or damaged.
[0038]
After the above-described temporary fixing and removal, the width of the inner surface of the engaging recess 60 and the size of the fixing auxiliary member 40 are adjusted, so that the fixing auxiliary member 40 can fit into the engaging recess 60 appropriately. Then, after applying an adhesive to the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40, the engagement concave portion 60 of the headboard body 50 is fitted into the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40, thereby fixing the engaging concave portion 60 to the fixing auxiliary member 40. be able to.
[0039]
When the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted into the engaging recess 60 of the cap body 50, the necessary amount of adhesive remains on the contact surface of the engaging recess 60 and serves to join the cap body 50 and the fixing auxiliary member 40. However, the adhesive exceeding the necessary amount escapes into the plurality of narrow grooves 54 formed in the contact portion 53. Therefore, even when an excessive amount of adhesive is applied to the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40, it remains between the contact surface of the engaging recess 60 and the upper end surface of the fixing auxiliary member 40. The cap body 50 is not tilted by increasing the thickness of the adhesive and making the fixed cap body 50 unstable, or by causing variations in the thickness of the adhesive layer.
[0040]
Further, the adhesive exceeding the required amount does not protrude from between the engaging recess 60 and the upper end surface of the auxiliary fixing member 40, and the appearance is not impaired. In addition, the main body 50 has a grain pattern by coloring and molding a resin in which a fine powder having a diameter smaller than that of the fine powder is supported on the surface of the fine powder of the cellulosic material. It is formed to exhibit.
[0041]
Therefore, by unifying the pattern of the main body 50 and the other interiors, and by matching the color tone, the atmosphere of the place can be made to have a high-class feel and touch. On the contrary, warmth can be given without giving a sense of incongruity. Of course, the cap body 50 is not limited to the above-described materials, and a resin that can be used for ordinary extrusion molding may be used.
[0042]
FIG. 5 shows an embodiment different from the above-described embodiment, and shows a side view of the main body. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 50 denotes a headboard main body. The headboard main body 50, similarly to the headboard main body 50 described above, has a horizontal portion 51 that is positioned horizontally and makes up the horizontal surface of the upper end of the handrail 12 and its horizontal A pair of side surface portions 52, 52 extending downward from both ends of the portion 51 and making up the side edge portion of the upper end of the handrail 12, and between the pair of both side surface portions 52, 52, an engagement recess 60 is formed. On the lower surface of the horizontal portion 51, five support legs 90 are formed that extend along the longitudinal direction of the headboard and project downward.
[0043]
This support leg 90 is for supporting the horizontal part 51, and the longitudinal cross-sectional shape is formed in reverse T-shape. In addition, an escape portion 91 is formed between the support leg 90 and the support leg 90 for allowing an excess amount of adhesive to escape. Further, a pair of claw portions 100 projecting to the inner surface side are formed on the both side surface portions 52, 52 on the inner surface sides facing each other. The claw portion 100 is formed so as to be gently inclined toward the back of the engaging recess 60 . The claw portion 100 is also integrally formed of the same material as the cap body 50, but has a lower hardness than the cap body 50, and when the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted into the engaging recess 60, By being dragged in contact with the side surface of the auxiliary fixing member 40, it is formed in the depth of the engaging recess 60 so as to be elastically deformable.
[0044]
Thus, the claw portion 100 is formed to be large and inclined toward the back of the engagement recess 60, so that the claw portion is elastically deformed when the fixing auxiliary member 40 is fitted into the engagement recess 60. 100 will not be damaged. In the above-described embodiment, the handrail 12 is formed in a staircase. However, the handrail 12 is not limited to this, and may be a balcony or a window.
[0045]
