Description

The present invention relates to an underwear knitted fabric that is thin, light and excellent in heat retention, and an undergarment using the same.

In general, when working outdoors or watching sports or watching sports in the cold season, a lot of clothing such as thick underwear and sweaters are layered, so there is a problem that these clothes are bulky and the wearer is difficult to move. It was. In addition, it was cold when commuting or going out, but it was warm in the office and in the car, so it was not possible to wear thick clothes and often put up with the cold in thin clothes.

On the other hand, as a conventional technique related to clothing with improved heat retention, underwear for dermatitis patients (for example, two layers of fabric using pure cotton cloth on the outer surface and gauze cotton cloth on the back surface) In this underwear, a glove consisting of a thumb, forefinger, and other three fingers together is continuously formed, and a belt is attached to the abdomen so that a dermatitis patient can receive skin. It was devised so as not to hurt, and was generally not usable.

Also known is a garment (for example, Patent Document 2) having a heat retaining part made of a material or structure having a high heat retention rate only in a portion where heat insulation is desired, but this garment divides the body into several lines. However, because it is necessary to connect the high heat insulation material and the part that does not fit to the line, it requires not only troublesome means such as changing the knitting gauge and sewing the patch, but also the wearer Due to the body shape and operation, the high temperature insulation part was removed from the divided line, and the original purpose could not be sufficiently achieved.

Furthermore, there is also proposed a backless underwear (for example, Patent Document 3) in which only the waist portion of the back portion is doubled and a heat insulating agent can be put in that portion. It is longer than the front body and has a pocket part, and the warmth of the back is partially improved, but it not only warms the whole body, but also has a pocket partly, On top of that, wearing a thin jacket would make it bulky and inferior in appearance.

An undergarment formed by layering and integrally sewing, wherein the underwear is provided with a heat insulating material on the surface of at least one of the two layers of the underwear, and a moisture absorbing material on the back surface.

Moreover, in order to achieve the same objective, this invention provides the underwear which has the structure of following (2).
(2) Two layers of skin-wearing two-layer knitted fabric composed of a front surface and a back surface, wherein the front surface and the back surface are connected by 1 to 25 binding points in 4 cm 2 . It is an underwear formed by stitching together and integrated, using a two-layer knitted fabric made of a heat-insulating material and a two-layer knitted fabric made of a moisture-absorbing material. The underwear characterized by arranging two-layer knitted fabric made of a material so that it may become the skin side.

Furthermore, the underwear of the present invention preferably has the following configuration (3) or (4).
(3) The underwear according to (1) or (2) above, wherein the thickness of at least one of the two underwear knitted fabrics is 0.4 mm or more and 1.3 mm or less.
80g/cm(4) The basis weight of at least one of the two layers of underwear is 80 g / cm 2 以上、130g/cmOr more, 130 g / cm 2 以下である上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の肌着。The underwear in any one of said (1)-(3) which is the following.

According to the present invention, as will be described below, a skin-wearing knitted fabric that is thin, light and excellent in heat retention can be obtained. Therefore, the underwear of the present invention formed by sewing this underwear knitted fabric has the same appearance as a normal underwear, does not become bulky even if a thin outerwear is worn on it, and improves the appearance quality of the wearer. Can be held.

Hereinafter, the underwear knitted fabric of the present invention and the underwear using the same will be described in detail with reference to one embodiment shown in the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing one embodiment of the underwear of the present invention, FIGS. 2 and 3 are enlarged sectional views of the underwear knitted fabric of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is an explanation showing a method for measuring the binding point of the underwear knitted fabric. FIG.

The form of the underwear of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the underwear knitted fabric of the present invention is used for all of the front body 1, the back body 2, and the sleeve 3, and normal sewing means is used. A long sleeve shirt formed by sewing can be exemplified.

The underwear knitted fabric constituting the underwear of the present invention is a two-layer knitted fabric composed of a front surface and a back surface, and the front surface and the back surface are connected at a binding point of 1 to 25 in 4 cm 2. It will be.

As shown in FIG. 2, the underwear according to the present invention comprises two underwear knitted fabrics in which the above-mentioned front surface and back surface are connected by 1 to 25 binding points in 4 cm 2 . It is formed by stacking and integrating sewing. That is, two underwear knitted fabrics are used and sewn to form an underwear that is integrated as a fabric.
Bilayer knitted fabric A and the A that connect with one or more 25 or less binding point 7 surface and the rear surface is in the 4 cm 2, or, as shown in FIG. 3, also of the same C and two layers knitted fabric B Overlaid and sewn together at the sewing point 8, this makes it possible to provide a three-layer air layer 6 in a four-layer knitted fabric, and the heat retention effect and heat insulation effect are greatly improved. is there.

The underwear of the present invention has a four-layer structure as shown in FIG. 1 and is formed by sewing and integration, so that the underwear does not become partially bulky or hard and has an excellent feeling of wear.

The “binding point 7” in the present invention means a portion for connecting both in the middle between the front surface and the back surface, and the yarn forming the portion may use either the front surface or the back surface, Another material may be used only for the yarn at the binding point.

In the present invention, it can be said that the smaller the number of binding points 7, the more the front and back surfaces are not firmly bound, the intermediate air layer can be widened, and the flexibility of the fabric is not impaired. The specific number of binding points 7 is important to be 1 to 25 in 4 cm 2 , and more preferably 4 to 16. As shown in FIG. 4, the number of binding points is expressed by an average value obtained by placing a 2 × 2 cm square measurement frame 10 on a cloth and fixing it with a tape, and counting five times visually. The direction in which the measurement frame 10 is placed is not particularly limited, and may be inclined with respect to the well direction.

The surface referred to in the present invention means a surface opposite to the wearer's skin side, and the back surface means a surface in contact with the skin or the skin side.

As a material composition used for the underwear knitted fabric of the present invention and underwear using the same, as shown in FIG. 2, a heat insulating material 4 is used on the front surface (outer surface) and a hygroscopic material 5 is used on the back surface (skin side). A configuration using two layer knitted fabrics A and A and a configuration using a combination of a two-layer knitted fabric B made of a heat insulating material 4 and a two-layer knitted fabric C made of a moisture-absorbing material 5 as shown in FIG.

In the present invention, a material having low thermal conductivity is used as the heat insulating material 4. For example, polyphenylene sulfite fiber, polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber, polyester fiber and the like having a thermal conductivity of 10 or less when air is 1 can be used. In any of the fibers, it is preferable that the single yarn fineness is narrower because heat insulation is further improved.

On the other hand, the hygroscopic material 5 may be a natural fiber having high hygroscopicity, a regenerated fiber such as rayon, a polyamide fiber, or a synthetic fiber that has been subjected to hygroscopic processing.

Although the material used for the underwear knitted fabric of the present invention and the underwear using the same may be either a spun yarn or a filament yarn, the spun yarn is more preferable from the viewpoint of touch.

There is no particular limitation on the means of the knitting method, but the number of sewing steps can be reduced, and circular knitting with few stitches is particularly suitable for underwear.

As a means to sew two layers of the above-mentioned two-layer knitted fabrics and sew them together, a method of sewing them to the underwear after being edged by an overlock sewing machine in a state where two pieces cut into the shape of the underwear are stacked, There are two methods of sewing two underwears on a two-layer knitted fabric, and stacking them together so that the stitches are on the inside, and integrating them at the cuffs, skirts and hems, both of which are lightweight and warm. There is no superiority or inferiority in sexual effects. However, the latter method is advantageous in terms of touch, and the seam is not directly in contact with the skin.

In addition, it is preferable that the thickness of at least one of the two-layer knitted fabric used in the present invention is 0.4 mm or more and 1.3 mm or less from the viewpoint of aesthetic appearance, comfort, touch and portability. When the thickness is 0.4 mm or more, it is easy to handle during sewing. Further, when a knitted fabric having a thickness of 1.3 mm or less is used, it is less bulky, and even if a jacket is worn on the knitted fabric, it is inconspicuous and excellent in aesthetics, and is more preferable because it is easy to move.

In addition, it is preferable that the basis weight of at least one of the two-layer knitted fabric used in the present invention is 80 g / cm 2 or more and 130 g / cm 2 or less from the viewpoint of aesthetic appearance, comfort and portability. It is preferable that the basis weight is 80 g / cm 2 or more because heat retention sufficient for preventing cold can be maintained. And if the basis weight is 130 g / cm 2 or less, it is not noticeable even if you wear a jacket on it, and it is not only inconspicuous, it can be made easy to move underwear, it is not heavy and it is portable, Even if it is worn, it is not cramped, so it is ideal for bringing it for changing clothes during winter trips.

There is no restriction on the type of underwear using the underwear knitted fabric of the present invention. In addition to the long sleeve shirt shown in FIG. It can also be applied to.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example and a comparative example are given and this invention is demonstrated more concretely, this invention is not limited to this. The quality evaluation of the underwear knitted fabric used in the examples and comparative examples and the underwear using the same was carried out by the following method.
Measurement method (1) Measurement of basis weight The measurement of the basis weight of the fabric was measured according to JISL1018 “Testing method of knitted fabric”.
(2) Thickness measurement The measurement of fabric weight per unit area was measured five times according to JISL1018 “Testing method of knitted fabric”, and the average value was obtained.
(3) Number of binding points between two layers As described in the text, the number of binding points in 4 cm 2 was visually counted to obtain an average value of 5 times.
(4) Hygroscopicity ΔMR (Delta MR) is calculated from the difference between the equilibrium moisture absorption rate of 30 ° C x 90% RH assuming the inside of clothes and the equilibrium moisture absorption rate of 20 ° C x 65% RH assuming outside air. It was. The calculation formula is as follows, and the larger the number of ΔMR, the higher the hygroscopicity.
ΔMR = (equilibrium moisture absorption of 30 ° C. × 90% RH) − (equilibrium moisture absorption of 20 ° C. × 65% RH)
(5) Heat retention In a temperature control room of 20 ° C. × 65%, using KES-F7 manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd., on a 10 cm × 10 cm hot plate (BT Box) set at room temperature + 10 ° C. A sample collected at 10 cm × 10 cm was placed on the plate, and the W value when equilibrium was reached was measured. The average value of three times was obtained as the Clo value. It shows that heat retention is so high that the figure of Clo value is large.
(6) Evaluation of the state of aesthetics, comfort, and touch Sensory evaluation was performed about the aesthetics, comfort, and touch of the finished cold weather underwear. The evaluation criteria are shown in Table 1. The total score is the overall score, and the larger the total score, the better.
(7) Sewing property evaluation It evaluated by the number of processes which sew an underwear. The evaluation criteria are shown in Table 1.
