本発明は、商品陳列棚等に商品を展示する際に、商品を載置したり、その商品名や価格等を表示したりするのに用いられる商品陳列用トレイに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、商品陳列棚等に商品を展示する際に、商品を載置したり、その商品名や価格等を表示したりするのに商品陳列用トレイが用いられている。そして、この商品陳列用トレイとして、紙製のものが実用新案登録第3041862号公報に提案されている。

このものは、図22に示すように、長方形状の台板部分51と、この台板部分51の一側端縁部から上方に垂設される帯状の側板部分52と、上記台板部分51の前端縁部から上方に垂設される立板部分53と、この立板部分53の上端縁部から前方に水平に延びる水平板部分54と、この水平板部分54の前端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分55と、上記側板部分52と立板部分53とを結合する支持片56と、上記水平板部分54の下方に形成され傾斜板部分55の傾斜状態を保持する箱状部57とで構成されている。

そして、上記商品陳列用トレイは、紙材を二つ折りにして作製される。すなわち、まず、平板状紙基材を準備し、図23に示すように、所要の形状に裁断するとともに折り目58〜68および切り込み69,70を形成し、平板状紙材71を作製する。このとき、面72の縦横の寸法は、面73の縦横の寸法よりも小さくし、また、面74の縦寸法も、面75の縦寸法よりも小さくし、さらに、面76の横寸法も面77の横寸法よりも小さくする。ついで、水平板部分54の上面および傾斜板部分55の前面となる面に宣伝文句等の広告内容(図示せず)を印刷する。つぎに、平板状紙材71の右半分が下になるようにして、図24に示すように、折り目62で平板状紙材71を二つ折りにするとともに重なる部分(箱状部を除く)を貼り合わせる。このとき、面72と面73とが台板部分51(図22参照)となり、面76と面77とが側板部分52となり、面74と面75とが立板部分53となり、面78が水平板部分54となり、面79と面80とが傾斜板部分55となる。そののち、面81を上方に折り曲げ、面78と面81と面82とで箱状部57を形成する。このようにして、上記商品陳列用トレイが作製される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記紙製の商品陳列用トレイでは、傾斜板部分55に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせるために、平板状紙材71を二つ折りにして貼り合わせるとともに箱状部57を形成している。このため、上記商品陳列用トレイの作製には、この商品陳列用トレイの略全体にわたる貼り合わせ作業が必要となるとともに、箱状部57の形成作業が必要となる。これらの作業は、商品陳列用トレイの作製を複雑にし、その作製コストを上げる。

また、台板部分51に載置されていた商品がなくなると、商品陳列用トレイが不安定になり、商品陳列用トレイが陳列棚Sから落ちることがある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明は、台板部分と、この台板部分の前端縁部に立設される立板部分と、この立板部分の上端縁部から前方に略水平に延びる水平板部分と、この水平板部分の前端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分とで構成されているトレイが複数個、係合部を有する剛性補強体および連結部材を介して、並列され連結されてなる商品陳列用トレイであって、上記各トレイが平板状紙材を折り曲げて作製されており、上記立板部分と水平板部分と傾斜板部分との相互の形成角度を維持するために、上記剛性補強体が立板部分の側縁部と水平板部分の側縁部と傾斜板部分の側縁部とに嵌合しており、かつ上記剛性補強体の上記係合部に、上記連結部材が係脱自在に係合することにより隣接し合う剛性補強体と剛性補強体とを連結ている商品陳列用トレイを第1の要旨とし、台板部分と、この台板部分の前端縁部に立設される立板部分と、この立板部分の上端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分とで構成されているトレイが複数個、係合部を有する剛性補強体および連結部材を介して、並列され連結されてなる商品陳列用トレイであって、上記各トレイが平板状紙材を折り曲げて作製されており、上記立板部分と傾斜板部分との相互の形成角度を維持するために、上記剛性補強体が立板部分の側縁部と傾斜板部分の側縁部とに嵌合しており、かつ上記剛性補強体の上記係合部に、上記連結部材が係脱自在に係合することにより隣接し合う剛性補強体と剛性補強体とを連結ている商品陳列用トレイを第2の要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態を図面にもとづいて詳しく説明する。

図1は、本発明の商品陳列用トレイの一実施の形態を示している。この実施の形態では、商品陳列用トレイは、複数(図では3個)のトレイ1が、係合部を有する剛性補強体20および連結部材9を介して、並列され連結されてなるものである。すなわち、各トレイ1の左右側縁部には、プラスチック製の上記剛性補強体20が嵌合しており、隣接し合う剛性補強体20と剛性補強体20とは、上記連結部材9により連結されている。

そして、上記トレイ1は、つぎのようにして作製される。すなわち、まず、平板状紙基材を準備し、図8に示すように、所要の形状に裁断するとともに折り目11〜15および切り込み16を形成する。このとき、のちに剛性補強体20(図1参照)が嵌合する部分17は、その剛性補強体20のコ字状部の側壁部2a図2〜図4参照)の厚み分を裁断しておく。ついで、水平板部分7の上面および傾斜板部分8(図1参照)の前面となる面に宣伝文句等の広告内容(図示せず)を印刷し、平板状紙材18を作製する。つぎに、上記平板状紙材18の折り目12,13を山折りにし、折り目11,14,15を谷折りにして、図1に示すトレイ1の形状となるように折り曲げる。このとき、折り目15と切り込み16とに隣接する面19(図8参照)が上記立板部分6の前面下部と重なり、この重なった部分を接着剤で貼り合わせる。このようにして、上記トレイ1が作製される。そして、このトレイ1を複数個準備する。そののち、上記剛性補強体20のコ字状部内に上記トレイ1立板部分6等の側縁部を嵌入させることにより剛性補強体20を所要の位置に嵌合させる。

つづいて、図9に示すように、上記剛性補強体20が嵌合されたトレイ1を並列させ、隣接し合う剛性補強体20と剛性補強体20との間に連結部材9を位置させ、上記両剛性補強体20の係合部21の突起24(図2,図3参照)に、連結部材9の貫通孔25を係合させることにより、隣接し合うトレイ1とトレイ1とを連結させ、図1に示す商品陳列用トレイを作製する。そして、この商品陳列用トレイを陳列棚Sに置き、各トレイ1の台板部分4に商品を並べて載置する。
