Claims (4)
- 鋼材とアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金材とを抵抗スポット溶接する異材の抵抗スポット溶接方法において、インバーター式又は単相交流式の溶接電源を使用し、通電時間t1が停止時間t2の0.6乃至10倍、総通電時間が120乃至800msecである条件で、電極間に電流をパルス状に通電することを特徴とする異材の抵抗スポット溶接方法。
- 前記鋼材は、亜鉛又は亜鉛合金が被覆された被覆鋼板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異材の抵抗スポット溶接方法。
- 前記鋼材は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金がめっきされためっき鋼板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異材の抵抗スポット溶接方法。
- 前記めっきは、Si:3〜15質量%、Fe:0.5〜5質量%を含む溶融アルミニウム合金めっきであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の異材の抵抗スポット溶接方法。
