図2は、本発明によるマルチホップ無線通信ネットワーク100における消費電力を低減する方法200を示している。信号111は、中間ノード130によってソースノード110から受信される(210)。
ソースノードA110は、信号111を直接宛先ノードB120へ送信するのに必要な電力量を式(1)により求める。
中継モードでは、中間ノード130は、ソースノードA110から中間ノードC120への伝送において生じた誤りを訂正せずに、宛先ノードB120へメッセージ113を転送する。ソースノードおよび中間ノードにおける送信電力は
図4は、本発明によるノード400を示している。各ノードは、送信ブロック410および受信ブロック450に接続されたアンテナ405を含む。送信ブロックおよび受信ブロックは、スイッチ491〜492によって互いに結合される。また、ノードは、プロセッサ480およびモードセレクタ490を含む。
送信ブロック410は、信号111を符号化し、変調し、増幅する。信号は、ローカルに発生したものでも、別のノードから発生したものでもよい。
Claims (4)
- 複数のノードを含むマルチホップ無線通信ネットワークにおいて消費電力を低減する方法であって、
ソースノードにおいて、当該ソースノードからの信号を増幅して送信する増幅モードを用いて中間ノードを介して宛先ノードへ信号を中継するための第1電力要件を求めること、
前記ソースノードにおいて、当該ソースノードからの信号を復号及び再符号化して送信する再生モードを用いて前記中間ノードを介して前記宛先ノードへ信号を中継するための第2電力要件を求めること、
前記中間ノードへ、前記第1電力要件および前記第2電力要件を含む中継要求メッセージを伝送すること
とを含む方法。
